to the emergence of the multi-billion-dollar dairy industry. According to Research and Markets, the global dairy food market is expected to grow from US$675.78 billion in 2020 to US$722.14 billion in 2021 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.9%. The market is further expected to reach US$956.26 billion in 2025 at a CAGR of 7%.
