Sanidad adquiere por 8,1 millones nuevos equipos automatizados y robots para los Servicios de Farmacia

La Consejería de Sanidad ha contratado, por 8.161.793,37 euros, el suministro, instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas logísticos de farmacia necesarios para abordar la tercera fase del proyecto DragoDOSIS, consistente en el despliegue de equipos de automatizados de almacenamiento, envasado y distribución, así como robots dispensadores de medicamentos en los hospitales del Servicio Canario de la Salud.

El suministro ha sido adquirido en 5 lotes. Estos lotes se componen de 13 carruseles de medicamentos (5 horizontales y 8 verticales, de temperatura ambiente y/o refrigerados), 9 reenvasadoras semiautomáticas, 5 reenvasadoras robotizadas y 51 armarios de dispensación, junto a las labores de acondicionamiento necesarias para la instalación y el mantenimiento de los sistemas por un período de seis años.

Estos robots se ubicarán en el Complejo Hospitalario Universitarios Insular-Materno Infantil, Complejo Hospitalario Universitario de Canarias, Hospital Universitario Dr. José Molina Orosa, Hospital Universitario de La Palma y Hospital General de Fuerteventura.

El equipamiento de los cuatro lotes restantes se dis- tribuirá entre el conjunto de los nueve hospitales del SCS, de acuerdo a las necesidades previstas. DragoDOSIS es uno de los tres proyectos en marcha en el SCS para la modernización de los Servicios de Farmacia Hospitalaria, a través de la automatización del ciclo logístico y asistencial del medicamento, como son DragoFARMA y DragoMED.

La tercera fase de DragoDOSIS consiste en el suministro, acondicionamiento, instalación y configuración de los equipamientos, carga inicial de los artículos, así como las integraciones informáticas con los sistemas de información corporativos y hospitalarios, para la automatización de los procesos de almacén central de farmacia y el ciclo de vida logística y asistencial del medicamento.

The Health Council has invested 8.161.793,37 Euros for the supply, installation and maintenance of systems of pharmacy logistics to cover the third phase of the DragoDOSIS, which consists of setting up automated equipment for the storage, packaging and distribution, as well as robots, to distribute medicine in the hospitals of the Canarian Health Service.

5 lots have been acquired that consist of 13 medicine carousels (5 horizontal and 8 vertical, at ambient temperature and/or refrigerated), 9 semi-automatic re- packers and 5 robotised re-packers and 51 distributors, as well as the required modifications for the installation and maintenance of the equipment for six months.

The robots will be located in the Island Maternity and Children’s University Hospital, the University Hospital Complex of the Canaries, the Dr José Molina Orosa University Hospital, the University Hospital of La Palma and Fuerteventura’s General Hospital.

The equipment of the four remaining lots will be installed in some of the nine hospitals of the Canarian Health Service, according to their necessities.

DragoDOSIS is one of three projects of the Canarian Health Service for the modernisation of the Hospital’s Pharmacy Services, through the automation of the medicine logistics and assistance cycle, like DragoFARMA and DragoMED.

The third phase of DragoDOSIS consists in supplying, installing and setting up the equipment, loading them for the first time, as well as setting up the computerised system to enable the automation of the processes of the central pharmacy storage and the logistic and assistance life cycle of medicine.
