BAYSIDE HAKATA Here you can stroll along the boardwalk, take in a great view from atop the 100 m tall Hakata Port Tower, or visit the aquarium: all for free! Kids love eating at Big Umbrella, an Alice in Wonderland themed restaurant, but if you want to try some fresh, inexpensive sushi, Wangan Ichiba offers a pick ‘n’ mix sushi bar at only ¥97 a piece. Or just relax at Namiha no Yu; their baths use naturally hot mineral water pumped up from 800 m below! If you love swing jazz music or old-fashioned Japanese coffee shops, then Jab is for you. Akiba-san opened the cafe sometime 博多 Bayside 是福岡代表型 around 1969, and not much has changed. Jazz 카페 JAB

FUKUOKA - THE NOODLE CITY BUNRYU If you know ramen, then you know some of the best places, like Bunryu, are found in the warehouse districts. Instead of a snazzy decor, Bunryu focuses on getting the food right: from the handmade pork broth (made from Japanese pork bones) and noodles made on the premises, to the braised pork and boiled eggs. The super thin noodles pair perfectly with the light yet rich pork bone broth. What’s more, compared to other tonkotsu ramen, Bunryu’s is surprisingly odourless and light. The bowls are slightly smaller (like back in the day), so you can drink your soup to the last drop without getting too full. Feel free to season your ramen with tare (sauce), pickled red ginger and sesame seeds. And this being Fukuoka, you can also order kaedama (noodle refills). Bunryu’s ramen evolved to accommodate the busy wholesale market workers who wanted a quick, light meal. So if you prefer a less heavy bowl of ramen, this is the place for you.

拉麵店─“文隆”，在灣岸的倉庫街中友善 舒適的環境裡佇立 33 個年頭。不以浮誇 的裝潢為噱頭，而是認真的熬煮出沒有雜 味的新鮮豚骨高湯，與店家自製的手作麵、 叉燒以及溏心蛋完美搭配成招牌拉麵。以 在店裡製作完成，需要過夜成熟的極細麵 對上醇香但不厚重的濃郁白濁豚骨湯配成 極品。店中的碗比一般拉麵店的碗小，所 以可以將湯喝完也不會太飽。店家提供拉 麵醬汁，可以在加點麵條後增添湯頭風味； 桌上也供應紅薑和芝麻，依個人喜好的調 配。“文隆”是為市場工作的人們快速提供 極細麵及豚骨湯頭而發展出的長濱拉麵， 也是對女性極推薦的拉麵店。
분류
연안 창고거리에 자리 잡은 분류는 인테리어나 선전에 힘쓰기보다 정성껏 육수를 우려내고 면을 뽑고 차슈를 만드는 데에 최선을 다하는 곳이다. 잡내가 거의 느껴지지 않는 신선한 육수가 특징적. 직접 반죽해 하루 숙성시킨 뒤 뽑아내는 얇디얇은 면발에 깔끔하면서도 진한 뽀얀 육수가 잘 어울린다. 면을 추가하면서 육수가 옅어졌을 때 넣는 소스와 생강초절임, 참깨 등이 각 테이블에 준비되어 있어 나만의 라 멘을 즐 길 수도 있다. 돼지 뼈를 우 려낸 육 수와 얇고 곧게 뻗은 면발이 특징인 하카타 라멘 중에서도 시장에서 바삐 일하는 이들에게 단시간에 라멘을 제공하면서 극도로 얇 은 면 과 깔 끔 한 육 수 의 형태 를 띠 게 된 나가하마 라멘에 속하는 분류는 여성들에게도 추천하고 싶은 곳이다.

f you’re looking for a taste of local cuisine when you visit Fukuoka, look no further than Aji no Masafuku. Formerly a ramen shop, Aji no Masafuku switched to teishoku (set meals) in 1976 when it moved into the newly opened Tenjin Core. Later, it opened a second shop that it eventually moved to ACROS Fukuoka. Fresh fish is the centerpiece of most of the sets. Two of the more popular dishes are the goma saba (mackerel w/ sesame) and mirin-boshi (fish marinated in sweet rice wine). Rice and miso soup refills are free if you buy a set. Aji no Masafuku makes all of its own sauces, soups and so on (we recommend the original furikake rice seasonings!). Vegetarians should try the eggplant and miso set. If you want to sample authentic Hakata dishes, order the okyuto (noodles made from seaweed) or the game-ni—a stewed mélange of veggies and chicken in a sugar-and-soy sauce broth. And last but not least, you can never go wrong with the Masafuku Set, which comes with tempura and sashimi.

아지노 마사후쿠

미하시라 신사 추계 축제 오니기에
현의 무형 민족문화재로 지정된 하 야시다시 도로츠쿠돈이 풍부한 표현력으로 춤을 선보이며 오도리야마와 함께 참배로와 마을 내를 순회한다. 퍼레이드에는 귀여운 어린이들도 참가하는 등 많은 사람들로 북적인다. 첫째 날, 둘째 날 밤에는 대경연회가 열린다.

Fukuoka Asian Party
The Fukuoka Asian Party, whose theme this year is ‘Creative Contemporary Asia’, will be held in the plaza on the west side of City Hall on Oct. 9~11. The Party will feature stage performances that meld traditional Asian culture with cutting-edge visuals, a conferral ceremony for the Fukuoka Creators Award, appearances by artists and pop idols from Fukuoka and around Asia, and Asian food booths.
Hakata Akihaku (Autumn Festa) 2015
Hakata Akihaku is a series of events and activities held in October and November. During the festival period, several local eateries put on special offers and funfilled stamp rallies. On Oct. 17, the Hakata Tomyo Lantern Arts Festival will light up the area between Hakata Station and Hakata Wharf with tens of thousands of luminaria, and geisha will take to the streets for the Hakata Kenjo Dochu parade.
Fukuoka City Startup Cafe
Located on the third floor of Tsutaya in Imaizumi, the Startup Cafe offers assistance to people who want to start their own businesses. Visitors can make use of free wi-fi, electrical outlets and a copier, as well as of any of the 30,000 business books on Tsutaya’s shelves. Full-time staff are on hand to offer free consulting from 10:00 until 22:00 (apply by 21:00). There are also staff who can speak English, so non-Japanese are more than welcome to stop by. Gold Seal Festival
The 9th Shikanoshima Gold Seal Festival will be held on Oct. 10~12, 17 & 18. A ‘Discover History’ stamp rally will be held every day during the festival period from 10:00~17:00. Social Security and Tax Number Notification
Anyone with a Certificate of Residence as of Oct. 5 will receive a notification of their Social Security and Tax Number (aka My Number) ahead of the system’s launch next January. These cards will be sent by registered mail, so if you are not home during the day, please make arrangements for re-delivery. Each municipality will mail these cards at different times, and Fukuoka City will begin doing so in November. If you will be moving on or after Oct. 5, your case will be processed by the government office in your new location. Please confirm these procedures when you submit your change of address form.
