LA MAISON DE LA NATURE GOH
La Maison de la Nature Goh, a French restaurant opened in Nishi-nakasu in 20 02 by maverick chef Takeshi Fukuyama, attracts gourmands from around the globe. The menu consists only of chef’s courses that use seasonal ingredients from Fukuoka and the greater Kyushu area, and Fukuyama's innovative techniques bring out the most of each ingredient for a unique and sensorially delightful experience. In 2016, it became the first restaurant in Kyushu named to the “Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list”, and it made the ranking again in 2018. Reservations are recommended.

GOURMET FUGETSU
Fugetsu opened in 1949 as a cafe located in the former shopping arcade where Tenjin Core now stands. It has since grown into a chain, including a shop inside the Fukuoka Airport food court and elsewhere, but at the Tenjin Core shop, you can still get a taste of the old Fugetsu atmosphere that made it popular. The focus here, as it has been for 50 years, is the trademark beef butter-yaki. A Fugetsu original, the dish consists of grilled beef flank placed on a bed of spaghetti and covered with homemade BBQ sauce. And yes, the secret is in the sauce. Instead of a typically sweet BBQ sauce, Fugetsu’s soy-based sauce has a hint of refreshingly sour lemon and equal parts garlic and ginger. The noodles, grilled only one side until perfectly crispy, add to the aroma. If you’re hungry, you can also order additional noodles free of charge. The other grilled dishes are also worth trying.
구루메 후게츠 텐진코어점
1 9 4 9 년, 지금의 텐진코어 위치에 있었던 상점가에서 찻집으로 시작한 후게츠. 현재는 후쿠오카 공항 푸드코트 등에서 널리 점포를 Gourmet 風月 天神 CORE 店 1949 年在天神 CORE 開業前在此以咖啡廳 전 개 중 이 다. 그 런 가 운 데 창 업 당시 의 創業的「風月」 。現今雖然在福岡機場美食 스타일이 아직도 묻어나는 곳이 바로 구루메 街等多數地方展店，但是保有濃厚創業時風 후게츠 텐진코어점. 이곳에서 50년 전부터 格的「Gourmet 風月 天神 CORE 店」還是 사랑받아온 명물 메뉴 비프 버터 구이는 철판에 最受人喜愛。推薦已經熱銷超過 50 年，稱 구 워낸 소갈비살을 스파게티 위에 얹은 후 得上是名產的「牛肉鐵板麵」 ，鐵板香煎的 수제 바비큐 소스를 뿌려낸 오리지널 메뉴로 牛腹肉，接著淋上自家特製，以檸檬加上醬 다른 곳에서는 흉내 낼 수 없는 풍미를 맛볼 油做為基底，加入薑、蒜烹煮，散發讓人垂 수 있다. 맛의 차이를 결정하는 소스는 단맛이 涎欲滴的香氣的 BBQ 醬 ；最後再覆蓋在用 강한 일반 소스와는 달리 레몬의 산뜻한 산미가 鐵板烤的微焦，入口陣陣麵香撲鼻的義大利 돋보이는 간장 베이스로 생강, 마늘 향도 적당히 麵上，肉香、醬香、麵香，這種特別的味道 나서 식욕 을 자 극하 는 것이 특 징이다. 면 可是其他店模仿不來的。因為加麵不加價， 곱빼기 주문이 무료이므로 배불리 먹고 싶은 사람들에게도 추천한다. 所以也很推薦給重視份量的人。

Tucked away on the second floor of a funky old building full of eateries and bars in Daimyo is Araki, whose calling card is wine paired with tempura. Tempura is a seemingly simple Japanese dish. Just coat food with batter and fry. But this simplicity preserves the original flavor of the ingredients. At Araki, you can enjoy seasonal tempura—be it vegetables in the summer, grains in the fall or edible roots in winter—with different kinds of wine. Just ask for a recommendation. Daimyo may be a young part of town, but the atmosphere at Araki is laid back and mature.
