All products around us, have water in them in certain sense. Even if you cannot see water in bread or butter, it is in them. You'll find out about it by watching the presentation.
Bread Ordinary bread is the baking consisting of pie. The main ingredients are: wheat or rye flour, water, salt and additives, such as yeast. But how much water is there? So we'll tell you that the amount of water in bread is up 42-48% !!!
Butter Butter is usually on the bread but do you know how much water is in it? Butter contains no more than 16% of water. The rest of the ingredients are: skim milk, beta-carotene and many others but for us the most important is water.

Dishwashing liquid Dishwashing liquid - only chemistry with one exception – water. But how much is water is there? What's amazing, water is it from 94% to 74%.
And now it's what we like the most-vegetables and fruit !
Cucumber Let’s start with cucumber. It has up to 95% of water in it! Would anybody guess?
Tomato We also have a tomato What is very interesting, it has a lot of water - up to 90%! It’s worth to add that it has a lot of vitamins like: C, B1, B2, B6, C, PP.
Watermelon It's time for fruit ! The first is watermelon. It contains 92% of water, so it quenches thirst very well. We should remember that it also has vitamins: B1, B2 and C.
Oranges There are also juicy oranges They contain over 50% of water! Surprised? That’s why they are so juicy. But the most important is vitamin C which there is also very much in them.
Kiwi The last is kiwi. Does anyone know anything about it? It is known that they do not contain much water - less than 20%. Unfortunately.
