AMERICAN COOKIES INGREDIENTS
260g flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon fine salt
170g butter
220g brown sugar
100g white sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
1 yolk
300g chocolate chips
STEPS • In a bowl mix with the blender the brown sugar and white sugar. • Add the vanilla extract, the egg, the yolk and mix with the blender.
• Sift together the flour, salt and sodium bicarbonate and add to the preparation to mix again with the blender. •
Add the chocolate chips.

Leave in the fridge during 20 minutes.
• Leave in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

SAN BLAS BISCUITS INGREDIENTS: 465 g flour 1 packet of yeast 100 g sugar 1 egg 25 ml milk 1 squirt of anise 4 ml oil 6 tablespoon of powdered sugar 4 ounces chocolate STEPS: -Put in a bowl the egg, the oil, the anise and the milk. Mix and add the butter. -Next, remove with your hands. -In other bowl mix the flour, the yeast and the sugar. -Knead in the bowl, when you have a compact ball put it on a clean surface. -Add another squirt of anise and keep kneading until you get a compact mass, divide the mass in smaller balls. -Open the mass balls with a roller. -Let it rest for a while.
-Bakes 20 min at 100ยบC. -Put in a bowl the egg white and the anise, then mix and put the result on the mass and put in to the oven. -Melt the chocolate and when you take the San Blas biscuits out of the oven write what you want on the biscuits.

Steps:
First, throw the ingredients in the bowl. Then, beat with the blender until it is a homogeneous cream. Next, spread the moulds with a little butter and preheat the oven for ten minutes.
 While with the help of a spoon half fill the moulds and put into the oven.  Before removing the cupcakes from the oven check with a toothpick if they are thrown, if the toothpick is clean they are ready to leave but if it comes out a bit dirty leave them a little more in the oven.
