Instructions 1. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, spray with oil and add bacon and leeks. 2. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until leeks have softened. 3. Add tomatoes and chopped spinach and cook 2-3 minutes, or until everything is soft and well mixed. 4. Lightly spray around the top of the frying pan with oil to ensure eggs don’t stick. Whisk the eggs and egg whites together, season with salt and pepper, and add to the pan. 5. Top with chopped avocado and cook for 5 minutes or until almost set. 6. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the frittata is set in the middle. 7. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a big side salad.

Instructions: First, put a casserole in the fire and throw the oil, while it gets hot strip the red pepper and cut the green pepper. ESPAGUETI AL PESTO FANTASIA INTRODUCTION It is an incredible fantasy recipe, it is my favourite dish.
INGREDIENTS 400 g of whole spaghetti, 1 dl of extra virgin olive oil 2 tomatoes, 1 heart of celery 30 g of pine nuts 1 handful of dried oregano 10 gr of parsley Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION TIME: 40 min
COOKING TIME 4minutes
PREPARATION First, weigh 10 g of parsley leaves and mash together with 10 g of celery. Put everything in a mortar, add the pine nuts, salt, pepper and mash until you get a homogenous paste. Then, gradually add the oil and oregano crumbled. Next, boil the tomatoes in hot water for one minute, peel them and grind to the pulp. Then, add it to the other ingredients and let it cool. BLACKBERRY ICE CREAM INTRODUCTION I think this plate is original and I like blackberries.

MACAROONS INTRODUCTION I like macaroons because they are my favourite dessert and they aren’t very difficult to make.
INGREDIENTS -55g almond flour -110g glass sugar -7 large egg whites, at room temperature -15g white sugar -Food colouring
INSTRUCTIONS -First, mix almond flour with glass sugar. -Then, with the kitchen robot whisk the 7 large egg whites to maximum speed. When it starts to come out foam add the 15g white sugar. -Then, continue whisking and when they are already beaten throw food colouring. Continue whisking until the whites are assembled. -Next, add to the robot half of the mixture of almonds and glass sugar and mix. When it is
integrated add the other half and mix again to get dough, then put it in a pastry sleeve. -With the sleeve form macaroons using a mat for macaroons. When they are all the balls on the mat put them on the tray of the oven and leave that they dry the necessary time (hour and a half). -Light the oven 150ºC, bake about 13 minutes. Let them cool off the oven. Split them in half, fill it with whatever you want (chocolate, cream, jam‌) and decorate.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS Serve in a nice and well decorated tray.

Finally, put in the mould the butter and put the mixture on it, and get it into the oven for 40 minutes. When it’s cold it’s ready to eat.
