Steps: First, put the water in the kettle. Next, put two teabags in the teapot. Then, put the water in the teapot. After, put some milk in the mug. Finally, add some sugar and stir. Very important some biscuits ‌ Enjoy your tea!!!


Beans on toast Ingredients: Some bread Some butter A tin of beans in tomato sauce Utensils: A toaster A saucepan A knife / knives A tin opener A wooden spoon A plate


Steps: First, open the tin and put the beans in the saucepan. Then, turn on the gas and stir. Next, put the bread in the toaster. One minute after, spread some butter on the toast. Finally, put the beans on the toast. Enjoy your beans on toast!!!


Paella Ingredients: 300kg rice One chicken 12 prawns 350g squid 1 onion 1 green pepper 1 tomato Oil Salt Utensils: Paella pan Spoon Knife Steps: 1- Chop the chicken in little pieces. 2- Heat a little of olive oil in the casserole and add the chicken. 3- When it is golden add the squid. 4- Add the onion, the pepper and the prawns.


5- When it’s all golden add the chopped tomato and leave everything 2 minutes. 6- Add the rice. 7- Add water (twice as rice.) 8- Cook until the water disappears. 9- Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes with the lid on.


RICE SOUP Utensils: casserole, saucepan and a glass Ingredients: 75g rice, fried tomato, one onion and 1l water. How to cook: Heat the water when it start


boiling add the peeled onion, the rice, the fried tomato and finally the salt. Cooking time: In twenty minutes it will be done


SALAD Ingredients: Corn, tomato, lettuce, cheese, oil, salt

Utensils: One bowl, one plate, one spoon

Steps: First, put the lettuce in a bowl. Next, add the corn to the lettuce. Then, put the tomato with the lettuce and the corn.


Next, add the cheese to the lettuce, corn and tomato. Next, add the oil and the salt. And finally, remove.


CHORIZO OMELETTE Ingredients: •

2 eggs

A piece of chorizo

Oil

Salt

Utensils: •

A frying pan

A fork

1 plate

Steps: 1.- First, cut the chorizo into slices and fry them. 2.- After, stir the eggs and add the chorizo.


3.- Put the mixture in the frying pan and cook. 4.- Next, add the salt when you are cooking. 5.-In some minutes your omelette is finished. 6.-Put the omelette in the plate. Eat and enjoy!!!


French Omelette Ingredients: Oil Eggs Salt

Utensils: One plate Frying pan

Steps: First, throw two eggs on a plate and stir them.


Next, in a frying pan throw some oil and get it warm. Then, add some salt to the eggs. After, in the frying pan through the eggs mixture and cook them. Finally, put the omelette on a plate.


HAM AND CHEESE OMELETTE Ingredients: Ham, six eggs, cheese and oil

Steps: First, cut the ham. Next, in a pan put the oil and warm. Then, cut the ham and mix with the cheese, and all the eggs.


Finally, put the mixture in the pan and cook the omelettes. Enjoy your omelette!!!


MEAT IN SAUCE Ingredients: (for 4 people) 1- Steak 2- 2 peppers 3- 2 onions 4- 2 carrots 5- 1 leek 6- 2 cloves of garlic 7- Salt 8- Oil

Utensils: Casserole Mixer Knife


Elaboration: First, put some oil in the casserole and fry the steak. Then, cut the vegetables and put in the same casserole. Cook for 30-40 minutes at low heat. Now, crush the vegetables with the mixer, add the steak and cook for 45 minutes.


SPANISH OMELETTE INGREDIENTS - 6 eggs - 3 potatoes - 1 pepper - 2 glasses of olive oil - Salt - Onion

STEPS First, peel and chop the onion, clean the pepper and cut it. Next, peel the potatoes and cut them, put everything in the pan for 25-30 minutes. Next, get out and put the olive oil in the frying pan. Shell the eggs and stir them, add some salt and add the potatoes, the onion and the pepper when the oil is hot. Wait for it to be done.


WHITE SAUCE INGREDENTS: .1 spoonful olive oil -2 spoonful flour -1/4 spoonful milk -1 egg -100g bread crumbs -Nuts -Salt UTENSILS: -A spoon -Pan


HOW TO DO IT: First, toast the flour very hot. Then, in the pan throw the milk slowly without stopping to move the dough, add the nuts and salt. Cook until it thickens. And it is finished.


BAKLAUA Ingredients: Filo dough Some butter Some honey Some pistachio Utensils: One brush One tray Steps: 1.-First, use filo dough and do small circles. 2.-Next, melt the butter and put in the small circles. 3.-Put the circles on the tray. 4.-Next, put them in the oven during 20 minutes. 5.-Then, take them out and put some pistachio.


At the end you put some honey and they are ready to eat!!!


CAKE INGREDIENTS - 8 eggs - 225g sugar - 250g flour

UTENSILS - A container - A mixer or something to stir - A skimmer - Moulds - A plate (according to the sponge cake)

PREPARATION TIME 10-15 minutes

ELABORATION In a bowl, beat the eggs well with the sugar. Bring the container to the fire so that it is tempered a little, always without stopping to beat. Once tempered, continue beating until it is 3 times its volume. Then, pour the flour little by little, mixing with a spoon or the hand, with great care so that it does not lower the cake.


Pour the mixture into mould previously greased with butter and flour and place in the oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. Fill and decorate with custard, butter cream, coffee... Enjoy your cake.


CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:  4 yogurts: 3 natural and 1 lemon  4 eggs  4 small teaspoons of Maizena  9 tablespoons of sugar  1 packet of Philadelphia

Utensils:  1 small teaspoon  1 bowl  Serving dish  Mixer

Steps:  First, put the yogurt in the bowl.  Next, put the eggs in the bowl.  Then, put the Maizena and the sugar in the bowl.  After, put the Philadelphia in the bowl.


 Finally, mix all the ingredients with the mixer and put in the oven at 160º- 170º. When it is ready, if you want put some jam on the cake.


LEMON DIP INGREDIENTS: 4 big lemons juice 4 spoonful honey 250g Greek yogurt Lemon peel scratch

UTENSILS: A fork A container Some small containers

COOKING TIME: 10 minutes 1 hour in the fridge


STEPS: – Mix the lemon juice with the honey until you get a homogenous substance. – Add the yogurt little by little while beating. – Pout into small containers, decorate with some lemon slurry and reserve in the refrigerator 1 hour. –


RICE PUDDING Ingredients: -1l milk -1 lemon peel 100g rice -1 orange peel -70g sugar -1 cinnamon stick -10g butter

Utensils: Casserole and bowl

Elaboration: First, put the milk in the big casserole. Then, add 100g rice and mix. Add the lemon peel, the orange peel and the cinnamon stick. Stir until it is creamy and boiling. Next, add the sugar and cook for 10m more stirring.


When the rice is done, remove everything out and add 10g of butter to give some flavour. After, put the rice pudding in a bowl with 1 stick of cinnamon, and leave all night in the fridge, take it out the next day.
