Hey Folks! This is a really special opportunity for the Macon community to enjoy each other and learn some great new ways to practice yoga. We will have our usual Yoga class at 10 AM taught by April Herbert. April was here last weekend and everyone enjoyed her fun and engaging teaching style.I will add a little bio piece on April in the discussion tab. After yoga, a little after 11, Cat Bigley, a visiting teacher from Ohio, along with Ryan Saddler of Balancing Earth Slacklines and David King, also known as YogaSlackers, will teach AcroYoga and Slackline basics workshops in small groups. There will be a raw food spread courtesy of the Georgia Wellness and Fitness Festival, and you are invited to participate in a potluck picnic. Bring a healthy item to share with neighbors and plan to stay a while. See additional information and the flyer in the discussions. Drums and other music will also be very welcome. As with our usual Saturday morning classes, these extra workshops are also free, but remember that our teachers worked hard for their training and donation baskets will be available for your gifts of gratitude. Thank you to all of the teachers and trainers who are bringing us these fun, new approaches to yoga. Thank you to all the people who come weekly and have made this Yoga at Tattnall Square Park a thing. The divine in me honors the divine in you! Namaste.
