Batumi’14 Call for the Delegations
It is our utmost pleasure to announce a call for the Delegations to Batu mi’14 - 5th International Forum of EYP Georgia from 14th to 17th November. Held in the beautiful city of Batumi, the four-day Forum will gather over 110 delegates from all over Europe to discuss current European affairs under the theme "Eastern Partnership Countries and their integration with the European Union”. The Session will be headorganised by the dynamic duo of Mr. Giorgi Metskhvarishvili (GE) and Mr. Giorgi Elisashvili (GE) and presided by Ms. Sophie Hall (CH). Those interested in attending the Forum should contact their National Committees to enquire if they are sending a delegation and if yes, whether they are eligible to participate. Delegates are not required to be accompanied by Teachers. However, if their attendance is requested by the NCs, Batumi’14 will gladly host and provide an independent programme for them. Participation fees are as follows: 25 Euros for Delegates; 250 Euros for Teachers accommodated in a double room; 300 Euros for Teachers accommodated in a single room; Lastly, we encourage all the National Committees send their delegations to one of the most promising events of the year.
