All neighbors are asked to celebrate the season by decorating their homes! It's amazing what just a couple of strings of lights can do. Not only does it look great, but it speaks to neighborhood pride and unity!
¡Se pide a todos los vecinos que celebren la estación por decorar sus casas! Es asombroso lo que nada más un par de cadenas de luces pueden hacer. ¡No solamente se ve fantástico, pero anuncia el orgullo y la unidad de la vecindad!
The judges are volunteers. Their decision is final. The judges will be looking for creativity and effort. A “theme” is always impressive. The award winning categories are “Most Beautiful,” “Most Original,” and “Honorable Mention.” There is a winner in each category in each of the 5 geographic sections, northeast, northwest, southeast, southwest I, and southwest II.

Homes that have been award winners for five consecutive years are in the “Hall of Fame.” The “Hall of Fame” sign is placed in the designee’s yard each year the yard continues to be decorated. The judges will be making their decisions on Tuesday evening, December 17th. Please have your lights turned on by 6 p.m. Membership in the Glenbrook Valley Civic Club is NOT a requirement to win an award this year.
Casas que han sido ganadores por cinco años consecutivos son en el "Pasillo de Fama." El letrero "Pasillo de Fama" se coloca en su jardín cada año que sigue siendo decorado.
