The Houston Association of Realtors recently added a new search function to their har.com website. This allows potential home buyers to search specifically for homes that are located within Historic Districts. HAR adding the feature is evidence of the interest people have in living in a Historic District. In addition to preserving the character of our neighborhood, if we get this designation it could also have a very positive impact on our property values.
