A Civic Club meeting is a great place to catch up on happenings in and around Glenbrook Valley and catch up with neighbors. Our guest speaker will be a representative from the City of Houston's Solid Waste Department. We've had several problems with trash pick up over the last several months. Hopefully we'll leave the meeting with answers to the problems.
National Night Out October 6th Turn on your front porch lights for National Night Out on October 6, 2015, from 6pm ‘til 9pm. Plan a block party!! Get together with neighbors, set up a table on your front lawn or driveway and share refreshments. The point is to meet your neighbors, relax and have a good time.
Houston Botanic Garden Update The notice of the date change for the community meeting that was recently held came to us on the day our September newsletter went to the post office. We apologize for any inconvenience caused with the change of date which was to avoid a conflict with the most sacred Jewish holiday. We are only the messenger.
