Join us for a yoga class with Old Dolphin Kate Goodhart and practise the skills and techniques to focus on your inner wellbeing. The class will finish with a loving kindness meditation. This will send love, peace and joy to yourself, and then extend your heart to send those same thoughts to others in your life.

Jim Smith is a developmental biologist who served as Director of the Medical Research Council (MRC) National Institute for Medical Research.
