How To Be Happy In A Tough Time! irst, you have to think positive! I remember when my mom told me that we were going to put my dog to sleep, and I had a tough time getting through it. After a few weeks, I finally got through it by thinking positive. How I did it was I knew that he would not hurt anymore and he would be much happier. So, after that day, I always thought to never think about how bad it is going to be; think about how good it will be. Next, you have to be nice to others. If you are not nice to others, then they might not be nice to you. You don’t know if they have to deal with the same thing as you. So be nice to others because they might know how you feel. Then, you take a deep breath. If you take a deep breath, then you will calm down. You don’t want to freak out or they might think that you don’t care. Last, you’ve got to think about something else. about something else, then you will forget about it and feel better. So, if you ever are feeling sad, try some of these things and it might help you.
