March, 21 - April 20 Come out of your shell. You'll notice that people are much more sensitive to your feelings because they seem to be more emotional themselves. Communication is likely to occur more through unspoken channels than traditional methods.
Famous Gemini
North West Born: June 15, 2013
GEMINI
May, 21 - June, 20 If you wake up this morning and want nothing more than to stay under the sheets and cuddle a little longer, know that you aren't alone. There is a sensitive warmth about the day that's making you feel vulnerable. Make sure to surround yourself with supportive people. Harsh words are likely to cut more deeply than usual, making you wish you'd just stayed in bed all day. Wellness The planetary alignment creates an energy that gives you a chance to express your wildest dreams. What does this mean for your health? Perhaps it's a moment when you will be able to envision what diet is "right" for your body. We can go an entire lifetime ignoring what our bodies truly need. Only your inner voice can direct you to what is truly healthy for you. Listen to your body for clues and heed the messages.
2
April, 20 - may 20 You may feel a bit restless because you know something is brewing but can't seem to get hold of it. This energy is like a river rushing beneath your feet while you stand on a bridge. The water is tempting, yet you can't summon up the courage to jump in.
CANCER
October, 23 - November, 22 It may be hard for you to get your point across, especially since everyone's head is way up in the clouds. Don't be surprised if your own head takes a trip up there as well. You're better off giving it a boost up there instead of trying to force it back down to reality. November, 23 - December, 21 You may find that people gravitate to you for advice and support. They're apt to lower their guard and more openly accept things you believe in. Conversations could lead to more spiritual topics and you could end up giving lessons on the meaning of life.
"Try not to focus too much on material things"
June, 21 - July, 22 You may find yourself taking the high road. It could be that you're like a bird soaring above the landscape. As you fly, your partner is on the ground trying his or her best to keep up. If you keep flying straight, you'll get lost and confused and may not find your way back.
LIBRA -
LEO
November, 22 - January, 20 It's important for you to be extra cautious. Make sure you're calm and collected before you get behind the wheel of a car. Be sure to have a helmet on if you're riding your bike. Strong emotions that come up at this time are apt to trigger a physical response that could be quite powerful and even a bit violent.
July, 23 - August, 22 You'll feel as though your energy has come home. Oftentimes, if you aren't feeling 100 percent yourself, you'll refuse to leave the house. You should feel much better and ready to take on the world. Your emotions are in line with your actions, and things should be crystal clear for you.
VIRGO
August, 23 - September, 22 Your wacky personality will be appreciated, but don't take it too far. Leave room for seriousness to enter the picture. There's a dreamy, cloudy sensation to the day that might make it difficult for you to concentrate on any one thing.
LIBRA
September, 23 - October, 22 You should try to feel at ease. Remember that inner peace is a big part of your health. This can be achieved through reflection and a quiet review of where you are in life. Try not to focus too much on material things. Instead, concentrate more on your emotional state.
CAPRICORN
AQUARIUS
January, 21 - February, 20 You may not want to openly admit something to someone today, Aquarius, even though you know it's true. You're more than likely working to hide behind a barrier that has formed between you and a close loved one or family member. If you insist on behaving this way, you may want to consider why you even bother staying in the relationship in the first place.
PISCES
February, 21 - March, 20 Like playing a game of chess, you may need to think through your next move carefully. It could be that your opponent is taking a long time to make the next move and you're impatient. As a result, you may make your decision too hastily. Feel free to take as much time as you need.

Tell us about Jasmine. "I was born in Curaçao. When I was 3, my mother, little brother and I moved to the Netherlands, to Dordrecht to be exact. I am a mother of a 10 year old boy named Sol and I am currently living in Amsterdam."
Did you realize from an early age that you wanted to be a performer? "I knew from the age of 5 that I wanted to become an actress. I first saw Krystle Carrington from Dynasty
Jasmine Sendar:
Feeding cry on TV and I immediately told my mother that I wanted to do that and be an actress. I was bullied at school because of my skin tone and people didn’t believe that I could become an actress. The teasing and bullying became my motivation."
We know you mostly from Dutch soaps and variety shows. How did you transition from the stage to the kitchen? "I realized that I could do a lot, except cook a traditional Curaçaoan meal. I would drive 1,5 hours to Dordrecht to visit my mom just to get 'tutu' (Corn meal/black eyed pea bread) or 'bonchi korá' (red bean soup). My best friend Dennis, who is a producer and

Somebody once said: “If you really want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with them. The people who give you their food give you their heart”. This is what Jasmine Sendar, the well-known actress of various successful Dutch soap operas, has been doing for a while now. Her YouTube show 'Zeker Eten' has been a hit from the beginning. Go Weekly caught up with Jasmine while filming new episodes of her show in Curaçao. By Hayson Nicholls | Photography by Dario & Misja filmmaker wanted to start a YouTube channel and he approached me to assist him. During a brainstorming session, he said: “Why don’t you present a cooking show?”. I was hesitant at first because I wasn’t that good of a cook. Still, we developed the idea and we decided that the cooking show
'Zeker Eten' is a huge hit on YouTube. Do you have any plans to bring it to television? "We are working on it. We recently signed with a production company who is eager to bring the show to a higher level. We also want to expand it to other cultures and explore their cuisine."
the Soul would focus on Antillean cuisine, because that wasn’t popular yet in the Netherlands, and we would invite athletes, performers and artists that were of Antillean descent to appear on the show."
Is this show a re-discovery of yourself? "People tend to think that I forgot where I came from, but that has never been the case. My roots show in the way I walk, the way I react and even speak sometimes. What motivated me to do this program is my love for where I come from; I love the food, the atmosphere and most of all the people of Curaçao. I also want my son to know where his ancestors are from."
Who has been your most memorable guest till now? “I have a few. Jetro Willems (PSV) is certainly one of them, because he couldn’t cook at all. Adje is also one that pleasantly surprised me, because he is a great cook. But the most memorable person was my mom. It was also emotional because she made my favorite side-dish 'tutu' and because she is the reason I am doing the show in the first place."
You really are a multitalented person. You act, host, model and most recently you have become a radio DJ. How do you keep up?
"It is quite easy. I love being creative. This makes me happy. I like to be challenged. Acting is my first love, but the rest are close seconds."
Seems like you are pretty busy. Anything else you are currently working on? "I want to make 'Zeker Eten' an internationally known show. I’m also writing a play. It is loosely based on my life, but with a funny twist. I am a happy person and I like to see others happy and laughing."

What’s most noticeable about Nena’s paintings, is the brightness and happiness the colors shout. You can feel the Caribbean flavor. Sanchez admitted to being a self-taught artist and I must say that this makes it so much more special; there’s no one else like her. MCB Athletics Championships Curaçao, 2016 This June 10th and 11th the yearly MCB Athletics Championships Curaçao 2016 take place in the Ergilio Hato Stadium. Once again, games in various disciplines are being organized, from high jumping, discus throwing to sprint and hurdles, in all age categories. The Curaçao Athletics Association expects more than 200 participants. Olympic year “It is a very important year for the athletics association on Curaçao because of the preparations for the CARIFTA Games which are being held on the island in the beginning of next year. The participants already have their focus on this large and unique sports event. Besides that, the athletes can qualify for a spot at the Dutch Caribbean Age Group Championships in Aruba, the NACAC U-23 in El Salvador or earn their place at the Dutch Championships in the Netherlands.” Says Willem Cordilia, president of the Curaçao Athletics Association. Because it is an Olympic year, there is more emphasis on athletics in general, but also on the Caribbean. Likely candidates in the athletics are from the Caribbean.
Willem Cordilia continues; “The association is working tirelessly to get more awareness for the sport to develop even more talents on Curaçao. We are very happy that the athletes currently already have good examples in Churandy Martina, Liemarvin Bonevasia and other athletes and we would like to continue this in the future. This is also why the championships are a very important measurement throughout the athletics year.”
You are invited The athletes that participate in the championships, the association and the athletic clubs on the island invite everyone to come and encourage the athletes in the stadium on June 10th and 11th!
