GOWEEKLY 40 2016 HOROSCOPE
ARIES
VB
March, 21 - April, 19 This could be a quiet day for you and your partner. You could spend some time reflecting on past achievements and future goals. It's important to get a clear picture about the past so you can draw conclusions and make workable plans.
TAURUS
Famous Libra
Djuric Virginie Born: October 7, 1984
April, 20 - May, 20 All the positive energy generated by the celestial atmosphere seems to come together as you experience a rush of sensual passion for a romantic partner. An unexpected encounter could not only fulfill this desire but also bring you closer.
GEMINI
May, 21 - June, 20 The arrival of a surprise visitor could generate mixed feelings. On the one hand, you're probably glad to resume contact with this person. On the other, because you weren't expecting any guests, it could create extra work for you - as if you didn't already have enough on your plate!
"..spend some time reflecting on past achievements and future goals." ARIES -
LIBRA
September, 23 - October, 22 You're generally focused on the material world, Libra, but something about the energy generated by today's planetary alignments causes you to look within. You might think about the joys and pains of past family gatherings and wonder how they affect your life now. This is a positive, healing process, so don't fight it. It won't interfere with what's going on around you.
WELLNESS If you don't already keep a dream journal, it's time to start. What we see in our dreams is often a direct message from the unconscious about new roads we need to take. It's not uncommon to see foods and forms of exercise (and other health practices) in your dreams. Paying attention to these unconscious messages is part of taking care of yourself. With time and dedicated attention, we become more skilled at recognizing the signs.
2
CANCER
June, 21 - July, 22 Someone who's been ill and perhaps undergone surgery might phone you. You could invite this person to join you for a little social gathering. Several people could be involved. All of them will have some interesting and useful information to offer. Natives of Cancer in particular might attract your attention. Enjoy your day.
LEO
July, 23 - August, 22 Your sensual nature is in full bloom. If there's a romantic partner nearby, that person should be on guard! There may be a lot of other people around, so a chance to be alone probably won't present itself until this evening. If you don't connect with a potential partner, at least you'll have a good time.
VIRGO
August, 23 - September, 22 You might have to play nurse. A love partner could claim to feel unwell, and you might expend a lot of energy trying to make your friend feel better. Don't overdo it. There may be psychological factors at work. Your friend could be jealous of the attention you've been giving family and friends.
SCORPIO
October, 23 - November, 22 A group event could put you in contact with a number of people interested in doing a healing meditation for the planet. This sort of activity can work wonders to strengthen the bond among those performing it. You might not talk much during the discussions, but you're apt to be in total agreement with the idea.
SAGITTARIUS
November, 23 - December, 21 Happiness reigns in the home as everyone feels the energy changing. It seems that the end of one cycle brings closure, and now you're free to start a new journey of rebirth. You, above all, are apt to feel a powerful rush of intuition, which could reveal positive events coming up for you and those close to you.
CAPRICORN
December, 22 - January, 19 You might have the chance to meet new people in interesting fields, perhaps from foreign lands. Your conversational abilities are at an all-time high, so you'll not only enjoy everyone's company but they'll enjoy yours, too.
AQUARIUS
January, 20 - February, 18 Instinct and determination drive you toward unconventional plans for making money. A finance counselor or other professional could be involved. You may see this as an opportunity to restore your ailing bank account. You may have future purchases in mind, perhaps even a new home.
PISCES
February, 19 - March, 20 You may feel a passionate attraction for someone intelligent who perhaps makes a living in law, education, or publishing. Conversations with this person could touch on some deep issues.

Miss Curaçao Universe 2016:
Chanelle de Lau! On October 2, 2016, Chanelle de Lau’s life changed as she was crowned Miss Curaçao Universe 2016 at Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort Curaçao. Chanelle’s glossy waves, glamorous gown and interesting answers clearly captured the judges’ attention. Our Miss Curaçao Universe 1996, Verna Vasquez and Miss USA 2016, Deshauna Barber were also present. Chanelle will go on to represent Curaçao in the Miss Universe Pageant in the Philippines. Congratulations to Chanelle and the finalists!
Rihanna @ Paris Fashion Week Rihanna has unveiled her new clothing line, Fenty x Puma at Paris Fashion Week. Rihanna was said to be inspired by the concept of "Marie Antoinette at the gym" while designing the outfits. Color schemes of ivory, pink, beige and army green dominated the collection, which was largely made up of hoodies, tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
Floral prints, lingerie fabrics and touches of lace also feature heavily on both the women's and men's ranges. The collection received broadly positive reviews from critics. Vogue said Rihanna's designs for the sportswear brand "had less to do with athleisure and more with the kind of subversive streetwear rumblings that have been coursing through fashion lately".
Kim Kardashian West has left France after being held at gunpoint and robbed by men dressed as police officers in her private apartment in Paris, French officials said. A spokeswoman for Kardashian West said she was "badly shaken but physically unharmed" following the incident, which took place early Monday morning local time. The French Interior Ministry said five men threatened the apartment building's concierge with a weapon, handcuffed
4
him and forced him to open the private apartment. Two of the men were able to gain entry to Kardashian West's room, according to the Paris prosecutor's office, and a gun was held to her head. She was locked in a bathroom while the men took two cell phones and jewelry worth millions of dollars. The prosecutor's office said a ring worth an estimated 4 million euros ($4.49M) and jewelry worth about 5 million euros ($5.6M) were among the stolen items.

International Sailing Regatta If you’re on Bonaire on October 13 -15, then there is one event you surely mustn’t miss! This year will be the 49th edition of the sailing competition. Let’s see what it’s all about! By: Shari Jourdain
Sailing and fun During the Bonaire Regatta, sailors from all classes come together to compete against each other for their class championship. The races will be held between the main land of Bonaire and the northern coast of Klein Bonaire. You can expect sailors from all ages; even the young ones. Windsurfers will also compete in slalom races and kiters will have long distance races.
6
These days of competition will be great to participate in and to watch as well! The festivities will be located at Coco Beach, and it will be filled with music, food and entertainment. On Saturday the 15th, there will even be a fishing tournament and an after party on sea, without the sails of course! The event is promised to be loads of fun. See you there!
GOWEEKLY 40 2016 COVER STORY
Hennyson Thielman Behind every successful event, there’s a great team. For the 2nd year, HYPE Marketing & Events is in charge of the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta. Go Weekly had the pleasure to sit down with one of the brains behind ‘HYPE’, Hennyson Thielman! Hennyson is a young entrepreneur, and politician with a passion for events. Are you curious about HYPE, and what you can expect this year at the Bonaire Regatta? Read the interview below, and get HYPED! Editor: Sendeliz Gibbes Photography: Jeanvi (Hype Marketing & Events)

COVER STORY GOWEEKLY 40 2016
Tell us more about HYPE Marketing & Events. How did it all start and how do you manage to do it all? I went to Aruba, and then the Netherlands for my studies. After returning back to Bonaire we had the idea to organize an event in the summer. We organized an event in July back then, at Karel’s Beach. It was a success! After that we organized another one, and just like that, back in 2013, a friend and I started HYPE Marketing & Events. We chose the name HYPE, because a friend mentioned once that we were creating ‘hype’ with our events, and suggested it as a name. With time, we created a team with talented creative people, who are extremely skilled at their jobs (marketing, video production, graphic design, promo team etc.). In the beginning, it was a bit difficult, seeing as Bonaire has a small population, so you have to target a broad audience for all events. People like to mix-and-match things on Bonaire, which is also the case for events. You can’t have a single concept for an event; you have to mix the concepts so you can draw a large crowd of people. HYPE has grown into a company that does more than just organize parties. We also organize corporate events, and we do marketing for a lot of companies.
What make HYPE events such a big success? Good question. I think it’s because we try to bring something different every time. People don’t know what to expect at our events. We also try to bring well-known artists to perform at our events. Not every event is bigger or as big as the previous one, but every event is a learning moment.
The 49th edition of the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta is coming up, and this is the second year that HYPE Marketing & Events will organize it. How was HYPE given the opportunity to be in charge of this big event? We started approaching the local government 3 years ago to let us help with the Bonaire Regatta. At that time I had just come back to Bonaire and I wanted to contribute where I could, and wanted to help the Regatta grow as an event. At the beginning of last year, the previous organizer decided to retire and we were contacted by the local government, and were asked to present our company, and our plan for the Regatta to a commission appointed by the government. They sat down with us and various other possible organizers, and after a few weeks we were given the opportunity to organize the Regatta.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced when organizing the Bonaire Regatta? The biggest challenge with the Regatta is that it’s a National event and there are a lot of stakeholders, sponsors, and the local community that are involved in it. All these stakeholders and the community have something to say in the Regatta, and an opinion on what should be done because it’s a National event. We do our best to try to meet everyone’s needs, and wants, but this is at times very difficult, so we also get people who aren’t always happy with the decisions we make. If you want to change something and grow, not all decisions will be popular, but those decisions have to be made.
We heard that the Bonaire Regatta 2016 will be bigger than last year. Can you tell us what we can expect this year? Our vision for the Regatta is for it to become a bigger international event, attracting participants and visitors from all over the world for a week long of sailing and festivities. We aim to make the event bigger every year. We decided this year to put prize money available for the winners in the various categories, to make it more attractive for people to participate in the Regatta. We have a lot of local artists, and bands performing on the big stage, and also every night we will have a big band or artist from abroad, and we’ll end the celebrations on the 15th of October with Gyptian. We have various areas for all ages, a kids corner, food court, shopping area, chill zone, and the main stage. So you can expect the Regatta to be filled with activities on water, and on land.
