Miss me, but let me go
When I come to the end of the road, And the sun has set for me, I want no rites in gloom-filled rooms, Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little--but not too long, And not with your head bowed low; Remember the love that we once shared Miss me--but let me go. For this is a journey that we all must take, And each must go alone. It’s all a part of the Master’s plan, A step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick at heart, Go to the friends we know, And busy your sorrows in doing good deeds. Miss me - but let me go.
A Grandmother Just Like You I just want to let you know You mean the world to me Only a heart as dear as yours Would give so unselfishly The many things you’ve done All the times that you were there Help me know deep down inside How much you really care Even though I might not say I appreciate all you do Richly blessed is how I feel Having a grandmother just like you I love you Grandma ~ Deontay

I remember Mama… If flowers grow in heaven, Lord, then pick a bunch for me. Then place them in my mother’s arms and tell her they’re from me. Tell her that I love and miss her and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Your one and Only, Sheryl
