Hymns of Comfort When We All Get To Heaven Sing the wondrous love of Jesus Sing his mercy and his grace In the mansions bright and blessed He’ll prepare for us a place.
Let us then be true and faithful Trusting, serving every day Just one glimpse of Him in glory Will the toils of life repay.
[Refrain] When we all get to heaven What a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus We’ll sing and shout the victory!
[Refrain]
While we walk the pilgrim pathway Clouds will overspread the sky But when traveling days are over Not a shadow, not a sigh. [Refrain]
Onward to the prize before us Soon His beauty we’ll behold Soon the pearly gates will open We shall tread the streets of gold. [Refrain]
Great Is Thy Faithfulness Great is Thy faithfulness O God my Father There is no shadow of turning with Thee Thou changest not, Thy compassions they fail not As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be. [Refrain] Great is Thy faithfulness Great is Thy faithfulness Morning by morning new mercies I see All I have needed Thy hand hath provided Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest Sun, moon and stars in their courses above Join with all nature in manifold witness To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love. [Refrain] Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside. [Refrain]
It is Well When peace like a river attendeth my way When sorrows like sea billows roll Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say It is well, it is well with my soul.
My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought My sin, not in part but the whole Is nailed to his cross, and I bear it no more Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
[Refrain] It is well with my soul, It is well, it is well with my soul.
[Refrain]
Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come Let this blest assurance control That Christ hath regarded my helpless estate And hath shed His own blood for my soul! [Refrain]
For me, be it Christ, be it Christ hence to live If dark hours about me shall roll No pang shall be mine, for in death as in life Thou wilt whisper Thy peace to my soul! [Refrain]

e want to extend our gratitude to all the relatives and friends who have come today to honor Sylvester Stewart, a person we have all come to love and cherish for many years. All of us have known him in a variety of roles: son, brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin, grandpa, and great friend. We have been privileged to know him as Dad/Papa. Sylvester E. Stewart affectionately known as “Sonna / Bigie was the first of nine children born to Percival Stewart and Hilrett Hall Stewart on October 1, 1932 in Lewis Store, St. Mary, Jamaica West Indies. He met and married Inez Stewart on June 14, 1959 and proceeded to start his own family. He migrated to the United States in 1982 and lived in Bronx, NY until 2008. He worked as a truck driver for most of his life and retired in 2006. He later moved to Apopka, Florida with his wife, Inez.
It was his love for driving at an early age that led him to a chauffeur job and later to become a truck driver. His work as a driver led him to travel around the entire country of Jamaica and he reveled in his knowledge of his country. He was a social buttercup with a lively personality and was the life of any party. His love for the ladies was legendary and he loved to dance. He also learned that a cold drink on a hot day is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Truth is, he loved a cold drink on almost any day or night.
He loved politics and would become so animated while discussing the topic in any conversation because he was passionate about it. He enjoyed baseball and basketball games whether in person or watching from home. He was also a no-nonsense person and at the same time he was the epitome of a supporting husband when his wife became ill. He became her rock and her support throughout her sickness which made it easier for the family. Sylvester passed away at the age of 87 on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. He is survived by his three children: Velma, Charmaine (Robert) and Donnovan (Diana); siblings: Lurline Stewart Crawford (Haretly), Eunice Stewart Grandison (Cecil) and Eric Stewart (Glenis); grandchildren: Camilla, Peter, Whitney, Cheyney, Sasha, Jovan, Threavia; greatgrandchildren: Jaden and Cameron. He was preceded in death by his parents (Percival Stewart and Hilrett Hall Stewart); wife (Inez); siblings: (Ferdinand Stewart (Adlet), Esther May Stewart (Evan), Linda Addassia Stewart, Herma Stewart, Alberta Stewart) and grandson, Nicholas Mason. Thank you, Dad/Papa, for being a part of our lives. We cherish you and are going to miss you.
Trust in the Name of the Lord Recessional Hymn
There was a time I truly believed That I could do it on my own But all that I found at the end of that road is That concept for me was all wrong
The name of The Lord is a mighty strong tower The righteous run in and they’re safe I will trust You
But I found a Savior who turned me around And He placed His love on me And I will trust in You till my last heartbeat
Trust in the name of the Lord (In the name) trust in the name of the Lord (Of the Lord) Lord, I will (Lord, I’ll trust in You)
Some put their trust in earthly possessions But in the end, it won’t bring them through I will not lean to my own understanding But with my whole heart, here’s what I’ll do
Trust in the name of the Lord (In the name) trust in the name of the Lord (Of the Lord) for I know He will see me through
Trust in the name of the Lord (In the name) trust in the name of the Lord (Of the Lord) Lord, I will (Lord, I’ll trust in You)
Trust in the name of the Lord (In the name) trust in the name of the Lord (Of the Lord) Lord, I will (Lord, I’ll trust in You) I Will Trust
Trust in the name of the Lord (In the name) trust in the name of the Lord (Of the Lord) for I know He will see me through
