Inspire INVESTING IN FACULTY IMPACTING STUDENTS

Graland wishes to celebrate the 332 donors who collectively contributed $10.5 million in endowed funds to support faculty through the Inspire Campaign. The Inspire Campaign was launched in the 2018-19 school year with three objectives: • To increase faculty salaries to competitive levels with local public and private schools as well as independent school peers across the country, • To provide funding for individual faculty members who take the initiative to advance, and • To offer greater flexibility in order to recruit top candidates. Although the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted our campaign timeline, it did not impede the campaign’s goals. Gifts made to Inspire helped in elevating and remastering Graland’s faculty compensation system in alignment with our school values. In turn, these donations have impacted students and further advanced Graland’s overall program. Beyond the here and now, gifts to the Inspire Campaign established the Faculty Compensation Endowment. This endowment will provide financial support to the school in perpetuity, benefiting faculty for generations to come. The Inspire Campaign concluded this past summer, however faculty compensation will always be a development priority at Graland. If you are interested in making a gift in support of faculty compensation, please contact Jessica Goski at 303-336-3705 or jgoski@graland.org. Please note the below list represents all commitments made to the Inspire Campaign as of June 30, 2021.
