• Kitchen cabinets include storage features such as layered utensil drawers, knife drawer and bakeware dividers. A motorized spice rack is concealed in the rift sawn oak hood.

Our annual Parade of Homes - held in the spring and fall - showcases newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro, Guilford and surrounding counties. Our Fall Parade is scheduled for October 21-22 & 28-29 providing a mixture of traditional open houses as well as virtual tours of all Parade homes. Admission is free.
