Black History is Our History In honor of Black History Month, Regions Bank is once again offering the Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Essay Contest to high school seniors and college students. The Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Essay Contest is based on the submission of a competitive essay about an inspirational African-American. To enter, applicants write a 500-word essay about how an African-American has inspired and motivated him or her. Entries will be accepted through February 29th. Contest Official Rules and complete entry details and eligibility requirements are available on the campaign’s website, www.regions.com/ridingforward. Valentine’s Day has always been about showing your affection for that special someone. The Florida Strawberry Festival is ranked as one of the top fairs in all of North America and is a true American experience. Celebrating its 85th anniversary, this year’s festival runs from Thursday, February 27th to Sunday March 8th. Featuring 24 headline acts, 80 thrilling rides, over 400 vendors and the “best strawberries” anywhere, this year’s Strawberry Festival is sure to be a big hit!
