Gatorgive

Gator Give Key Club members came together to wrap gifts for 1 girl and 1 boy. Many of the members got together and started wrap presents. We had boxes for most of them, but if the toy was too small for a box someone had to wrap the toy itself. At the same time we had a potluck with food and drank hot chocolate. It was a nice time for Key Club to get to know each other before the holidays. -Thao Huynh, 10 8

Wrapping The gator give wrapping and potluck event was a success! We got our meeting done quick so we could get to the potluck and wrapping. After our president was finished, we got our delicious food and got to work. After about 30 mins, we got every single present wrapped and labeled for our 2 children we adopted to get presents for. One was a girl and one was a boy. I just wish we could be there with them to witness the expression on their face when those presents were unwrapped. -Jennele Nguyen, 10

Gatorgive “The gift wrapping for gator give was a very great time. I had fun wrapping gifts and eating food with other key clubbers. It felt amazing knowing that we were wrapping gifts for kids who will now have a amazing Christmas. I hope there are more events like this in the future so I can have the feeling of knowing that other people are happy. -Adam Hernandez, 11

Wrapping

"We started the potluck with a short meeting of what was going to happen that month and other later events. After the meeting was over we were dismissed to get food and then had a brief period of talking for members as we had a short board meeting. After the board meeting was over I divided our members in half to wrap presents for our Gator Give family and distributed the gifts; I also played Christmas music while wrapping. After all the gifts were wrapped we all put them in bags to deliver them to the family. Overall the event was a success and something nice, cute, yet simple that I'd love to do again." -Hector Ballez, 10 11
