Bulletin Editor Hi Gators, Hopefully everyone is having a great summer vacation! Its been quiet for the month of July, however never fear the board is hard at work preparing new events and preparations for RTC. As well as advertising Key Club to the new freshmen. This school year for Key Club will surely be a great one. Sincerely, Thao Huynh

Senior Graduation 610

Senior “On June 8th my fellow Key Clubber’s and I volunteered at our schools graduation to hand out programs. The event was held at the Thomas & Mack Center, as our club started arriving we began to unpack the boxes of programs and lay them out. Within about a half hour we had already ran out of programs, although this was a relatively short even it was still an enjoyable time to me and our members. After we were finished we were invited to watch graduation for free for our help which most of us did. It was amazing experience seeing our now key club alumni walk across that stage. I encourage all of our members that didn’t attend this year to volunteer next year, it truly was an amazing time.”

Word “On June 14, at Spread the Word Nevada, Jennele and myself spent time with our fellow Kiwanians by cleaning donated books. It may seem boring, but the event was fun to take part in. The Kiwanians were kind and entertaining to talk with. We all relived memories from the books together and have grown closer with each other. Overall the event was relaxing and rewarding to attend this Spread the Word Nevada. -Thao Huynh Bulletin Editor

June

“On June 19th not only did Division 28 East attend but so did our fellow did our fellow divisions and all four of our LTG’s. This was one of the most amazing DCM’s I have ever attended. The DCM was held at Sunset Park from 5pm to 7pm. During the president’s reports our amazing Bulletin Editor, Thao Huynh, was recognized for her hard work and received the Member of the Month award, which was previously awarded to our president, Jennele Nguyen. Two months straight! Our lovely LTG’s also organized various games for all of us to participate in with groups. Although this event was held on the hottest day of the year and we were outside, it was still very enjoyable.” -Hector Ballez, SAA/Historian

June Board Meeting 18 10

June Board “On June 20th my amazing board and I met at Cafe Rio to discuss how our term will work out, and ideas about RTC. As soon as all officers arrived we went and ordered and even though we were all prepared to buy our own food, our amazing advisors paid for all six us including themselves which was incredibly kind of them. After we sat down we dove straight into our meeting and discussing everything on our agendas such as, RTC spirit gear, gaining and maintaining membership, officer tshirts and hoodies, etc. After discussing various other matters it is safe to say Green Valley Key Club will have an excellent year. We decided and debated over many different topics, but by the end we all agreed on the same thing. I am very excited to see how our term pans out, I know for a fact it will be a very eventful one. -Hector Ballez, SAA/Historian
