Cards for Lilac Homes (Due by: Saturday, February 6)

During the end of January and the beginning of February, Our Club decided to take our service hours to the extent of sending these nice Valentine’s cards to the people in Lilac Homes Minnesota! Some people in our club even decided to make some art designs in the covers. Here’s how they look like!

Day 3 Day 2

Day 1

Among Us Night (Saturday, February 13 @ 3-4:15pm)

During our Monthly Among Us night, we didn’t only decide to play the game but as well encourage our members to do service hours for the end of Our Key Club Term. For our service hours, our club ended up making cards instead of playing the game for servicial reasons. We still had fun socializing though, as our members got to chat and listen to music as we were making cards. This is what we have now!

Some members even made personal cards for their friends and others they care about!

Our GVKC Elects! (Tuesday, February 16 @ 2:45 - 3pm) During our GV Key Club Elections, we’ve received the same members in the Officer Board, as well as one new member who is now our Official President for our school’s Key Club!

DCM (Wednesday, February @5-6pm) This month’s DCM was all about having our Key Club Members, especially our High School Senior members have an idea of what it’s like to be a Circle K Member! A Circle K guest joined to talk to our members about how Circle K is the college version of Key Club, and how Seniors can join their club depending on which college they will attend after high school. Apart from learning about Circle K by our college guest, our present LTG leader, Lorelei Casillian had our LTG elects run our DCM meeting!

Message from the President: Hello Everyone! This month has been all about our Officer Elections for the next term! Green Valley Key Club is proud to announce the officer elects for the 2021-2022 term: - President: MacKenzie Shelton-Lott - Vice President: Sarah Doebler - Secretary: Clara Cortat Congratulations Ladies! Additionally, our members attended the D28E February DCM, and has organized a TLC Card Making Live Session where our members played among us after. It was a great month for Green Valley Key Club!

Message from the Editor: Welcome To Our Gator Gazette! This Month was quite a busy day for us, Key Clubbers as we were getting ready to catch up with our Service Hours! February was a great month for that as it was a month of making valentine’s day cards and other cards as well, even for an out of state community in Minnesota! It was fun to know that we can also do service hours for the people who are out of our state and district in Green Valley Key Club! For our DCM, it was fun to see how our future LTG leaders ran our meeting, including the interesting information a college guest gave out about Circle K. I’m so happy for our LTG and Key Club Elects, and I can’t wait to hear the many great things they will do for our next term that’s coming soon! Thanks for reading and stay tuned for the next Gator Gazette (maybe ran by our next editor for Volume VIII).
