Among Us Night (Saturday, November 14 @ 3pm-4pm)

This November, our Key Club decided to do an Icebreaker with our members by playing a game called, “Among Us”. It was a very fun way for our members to socialize with each other as the majority of us were group members and one of us, each round got to play as an imposter, turning against the group member. This provided good strategic thinking skills and teamwork from each of our members as a practice, and a very well way to socialize as we each got to know our ways of thinking when we played the game. SOme were too obvious as imposter than others, in which was funny to see their reactions on a Google meet when playing the game on our devices. Overall, this game was a fun icebreaker for all of us to get to know each other. We even took a group snapshot picture of our characters. Here’s what they look like!

No Sew Blankets Live Session (Thursday, November 19 @ 3:45-4:45 pm)

This Session was a fun Live session that taught some our members something new to do for service hours. This was also a calm event like the last Dog Toy Session we had last Month in October. Basically, the whole idea of making a No Sew blanket is to combine 2 blankets (large cloths of fleece) and make them into a thicker cozy blanket to enjoy for this cold season of the year. Overall, we had a fun time socializing with each other through the Google Meet as we made the no-sew blankets and some managed to make something else other than a blanket!. This is what we’ve gotten done so far!.

Message from the President Hello Everyone! November has been a great month for green valley key club. We had No Sew Blankets and Among Us Game Nights! These events helped our members get the hours they need, as well as allow us to bond as a club. I really miss my key clubbers so it’s nice seeing them during our events. See you next month!

Message from the Editor: Welcome Back To The Gator Gazette!: So for the month of November, I believe it was a simple month for us. There wasn’t as much to do like last month, but we did get to do another live session where we learn a new way to make blankets at home. Then for the Among us night, it was a fun activity for us Key Clubbers to socialize and get to know eachother better. Though there wasn’t really much to do for our Key Club except for our weekly meetings every Monday after school, I did enjoy these two events we have done for the month of November. Now December is coming up and we are planning more live sessions, service events, and potentially, a movie night for our Key Clubbers to enjoy, so I can’t wait for what December can provide us for Service events, and social time with our Key Clubbers!
