With more than 5,000 residents and 300 business owners, this “Crown Jewel of the Erie Canal” surpasses expectations by residents and visitors alike. No need to run to a big box store. Whatever you’re looking for, chances are you’ll find it in Fairport. We hope you’ll discover new gems around town and the surrounding area.
Each business has a story, and the Fairport Chamber of Commerce and Fairport Perinton Merchants Association have worked together to support area businesses and organizations to help them shine. We’ve created this guide of local businesses so residents and visitors may enjoy these stories and appreciate what and who makes
this community “home.” We are proud to be a part of Fairport, and we trust you are too.

Generational Businesses SPOTLIGHT ON OUR
by the Fairport Perinton Merchants Association
The Fairport Perinton Merchants Association (FPMA) is a pivotal organization fostering community engagement and the importance of shopping local. The FPMA was established in 1978 by innovative and industrious business owners in the Village of Fairport with the mission of fostering collaboration among the businesses and promoting the economic vitality of Fairport. 46 years later, three of the founding members, Wayne Beckwith, founding owner of The Fairport Village Inn, Jeanne Byassee, founding owner of Sew Creative, and Howard Sharp, founding owner of RV&E Bike and Skate, are each proud to have their businesses now operated by the next generation.
Fairport
Village Inn
Wayne Beckwith, founding owner of the Fairport Village Inn, has been a cornerstone of hospitality in Fairport since 1976. With his wife, Patty, by his side, together they set the tone and the table for the thousands who have walked through their door to enjoy a great meal and share a cold
Fairport Village Inn
beverage with good friends. Their establishment has been providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent food and drink for locals and visitors alike, contributing to the community’s charm since they began their adventure in hospitality.
Wayne’s son, Kenny Beckwith, became owner of the Fairport Village Inn in 2020. He said it was time for his parents to have more fun and avoid the risk that the pandemic was posing at that moment, so he sent them home with instructions to relax and enjoy. Kenny has carried on sharing the warmth and welcoming vibe while adding his own personal touches that continue to provide delicious food and drink and the welcoming atmosphere that the community enjoys 7 days a week.
Sew Creative
As the founding owner of Sew Creative, Jeanne Byassee brought her business to Fairport in 1986 as a destination for high quality sewing machines, fabric and sewing supplies which still holds true today after over 38 years. Sew Creative serves as a hub for creativity and craftsmanship in the community and has established a strong reputation for service. As her husband Dick was building his own career, he could always be found available to support her in giving back to the community.
Jeanne’s daughter Lisa Swisher took ownership of Sew Creative in 2014 and operates in a new larger location that’s still in the heart of the village. Jeanne is the first one to tell you what a great job Lisa’s doing growing and expanding their sales and classes which keeps them at the top of their field.

Fairport & Perinton Community
RV&E Bike and Skate
Wayne and Patty, Jeanne and Dick and Howard and Jan, along with a team of local business owners, were the dedicated catalysts in creating the strength of our business community by establishing the Merchants Association in the Village of Fairport, which evolved and expanded over the years to include the Town of Perinton businesses, as well. Not only did they put in the long hours it takes to establish and grow their businesses, but they also understood the importance of giving back to the community. Through their selfless contributions, and their years of volunteerism, they’ve played a vital role in shaping the fabric of the community and ensuring its continued prosperity and well-being.
RV&E Bike and Skate
Howard Sharp, the founding owner of RV&E Bike and Skate, brought his business to Fairport in 1976 and has been a driving force in promoting outdoor activities and healthy lifestyles within the community and beyond ever since. His destination business caters to enthusiasts of cycling and skating, contributing to the vibrant recreational scene in the area. His wife, Jan, provided him with the time and support to follow his passion to grow his business which led to establishing a second location in Canandaigua.
Howard’s son, Doug Sharp, has been the owner of RV&E Bike and Skate since 2018 when he took it over from his father. Doug remembers working in the store and growing up along with the business. Today they are known for their high-quality bikes and skates as well as their commitment to great service. Not only is Doug carrying on the family business, but he’s also carrying on the commitment to the community and serves as the current president of the FPMA.
The FPMA has been instrumental in organizing and hosting a variety of festivals and events that have become beloved traditions in the community. Whether you’ve attended Fairport Canal Days, Fairport Scarecrow Festival or Come Home for the Holidays, it’s safe to say that Wayne, Jeanne and Howard have had an impact on your enjoyment of our community.
Volunteerism and community engagement are integral components of the FPMA mission which has had a profound impact on the social fabric and well-being of Fairport and Perinton. As exemplified by Wayne, Jeanne, Howard and their families, giving back to our community has had a transformative impact in Fairport by fostering civic pride and strengthening social bonds. Each FPMA event raises funds which are directed back into Fairport and Perinton and to initiatives to support the businesses. Whether it’s organizing food drives, supporting local charities and local art, or offering assistance to those in need, Wayne, Jeanne and Howard led the way by creating the mission to give back to the community that supports them in the bylaws of the FPMA. We are grateful for their foresight and guidance in setting a good example of how to welcome in and support your neighbors, while giving high quality service in our local community. We wish the next generation –Lisa, Doug & Kenny – continued success!

Ice Cream Factory
Indulge in a Scoop of Happiness
For years, the Ice Cream Factory has been a cherished landmark in Fairport, nestled alongside the serene canal, offering delightful frozen treats to locals and visitors alike. This iconic establishment holds a special place in the hearts of the community, serving up more than just ice cream—it’s a beacon of joy and togetherness.
Originally owned by Tracy and Neil, the Ice Cream Factory endured even through the toughest times, including Neil’s passing and pandemic challenges. But from adversity emerged a serendipitous opportunity for Linda Redfield, who, upon seeing the ice cream truck for sale, recognized it as a chance to embark on a new
chapter of life. An IT professional with a family legacy in entrepreneurship, Linda lit up with the opportunity to honor Tracy and Neil’s legacy.
Since taking the reins in spring 2023, Linda, Bill, and their daughter, Rileigh, have infused the business with energy and passion. From birthdays to weddings, graduations to retirements, the Ice Cream Factory has been there to sweeten life’s most memorable moments. Even as they faced a personal tragedy of their own, they found solace and purpose in serving the community. Linda says getting out in the community and celebrating with people on their joyous occasions has been incredible. “There’s just something very special about being there for those special events,” she adds.
The Ice Cream Factory is committed to community engagement. Through partnerships with nonprofits, churches, and local events, they’ve helped raise funds and fostered connections that transcend transactions. Whether through their charming ice cream truck or pop-up setups, Linda’s family has seamlessly woven themselves into the fabric of Fairport.
Beyond delectable treats and festive occasions lies a deeper ethos—a belief in the power of genuine human connection. Linda and her family understand that it’s not just about selling ice cream; it’s about creating meaningful experiences and spreading smiles wherever they go.
As they look ahead to 2024, the Ice Cream Factory promises even more excitement with new product offerings and continued dedication to customer satisfaction. They look forward to seeing you smile and making life a little sweeter, one scoop at a time.

Mindful Matters
Discover the Tranquility Within
Being human is challenging, and life can be tough. But amidst the stress, there’s Laura Gavigan, the guiding light behind Mindful Matters in Fairport, offering solace and insight through the power of mindfulness. Laura says, mindfulness doesn’t make it all “kittens and rainbows,” but being mindful and tuning in to our individual responses to stressors in everyday life helps us better understand ourselves.
After working in higher education for over 20 years, including at military bases around the world, Laura came to Rochester in 2000 for a career in academic advising, counseling, and student services at U of R. She loved helping launch the Mindful University Project, offering
classes and programs for U of R students, faculty, and staff. When pandemic stressors made her feel burned out in Fall 2020, as so many people experienced, Laura turned her sights on opening her own business. With her Master’s degree in counseling and so many years of coaching and counseling students at the college level, focusing on a mindfulness offering made sense.
In 2021, she founded Mindful Matters, dedicating herself to helping others navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience. Laura offers a diverse range of individual and group classes and programs on a range of mindfulness techniques and strategies to address various aspects of human concerns. Whether it’s developing meditation skills, setting goals, or simply talking through challenges, Laura provides unwavering, compassionate, and non-judgmental support every step of the way.
Three years later, Laura says she’s much happier, healthier, and loves helping her community. Her community involvement includes collaborating with local businesses and her working with organizations like Brightstar Community, an organization supporting survivors of human trafficking and addiction. She’s not just building a business; she’s cultivating a community of compassion and understanding.
With Laura, mindfulness isn’t a lofty concept, it’s a tangible tool for navigating the complexities of life. Whether you’re overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of everyday life or seeking inner peace, Mindful Matters is your sanctuary. Embrace the transformative power of mindfulness and unlock the tranquility within yourself.

Timeless Elegance and Inspired Design
In the heart of Fairport lies a haven of sophistication and creativity, where Diane Prince Furniture & Gifts has been transforming spaces and enchanting customers since the early 1980s. What began as a humble venture has blossomed into a revered destination for discerning decorators and seekers of distinctive furnishings.
Diane Prince’s journey into the realm of interior design started with modest beginnings, orchestrating selections for friends while her children were little. She honed her skills in various decorating jobs at Sibley’s, decorated
model homes for Morrell Builders, and collaborated with colleagues until she took a leap of faith in her 40s and rented a worn-down stone warehouse on Liftbridge Lane in the early 1980s. She saw potential in that rustic warehouse and made it her own, Diane Prince Furniture & Gifts.
Fast forward to August 2017, when instead of retiring, Diane moved the shop to its new home in a beautiful, new store on Main Street. With the village foot traffic, a new demographic is now captivated by Diane’s signature style.
Diane Prince Furniture & Gifts has weathered the test of time. With an astute eye for trends and an unwavering commitment to detail, Diane curates a diverse array of offerings, from exquisite furniture pieces to charming accessories and luxurious linens.

Drawn from the vibrant energy of her surroundings and the allure of new discoveries at market, Diane’s inspirations are woven into every corner of her store, each vignette a testament to her boundless creativity.
As for what the future holds, Diane remains coy, teasing plans on the horizon. But one thing is certain: Diane Prince Furniture & Gifts will continue to be a beacon of elegance and inspiration for years to come, a testament to the enduring legacy of a visionary designer.

Whether you’re a fashion-forward trendsetter or a classic style enthusiast, there’s something for everyone at Cloth-n-Mortar.
Driven by a passion for creativity and a desire to make a difference, Cloth-n-Mortar is more than just a unique shopping experience; it’s a force for good in the community. Lift Bridge THE FAIRPORT
20 Things You Know or Don’t Know About Contract 63 and The Fairport Lift Bridge
Fairport Lift Bridge was part of Erie Barge Canal Contract 63 awarded to H.S. Kerbaugh, Inc of Philadelphia on June 3, 1910 for $2,993,209.00. Another $456,595.00 was needed to complete it after Kerbaugh quit.
Contract 63 (approximately 11 miles long) extended from the Wayne-Monroe County Line west to Kings Bend, except for the new Great Embankment piece, which was Contract 41.
A very short, dead-end spur of Kings Bend still survives west of Pittsford Village – visible from the canal and trail.
17 bridges were in Contract 63, but only 1 Lift Bridge – No 128 Main St., Fairport. 4 have been removed – 3 rail and 1 road. Portions of each are still visible.
The Fairport Lift Bridge turned 100 years old in October 2014. It was built at a cost of $75,000 to replace a fixed bridge.
The trusses are 141 feet long and the width across the roadway is 39 feet 1 3 6 2 4 5
It is the heaviest of the sixteen lift bridges between Fairport and Lockport at 346 tons.
It takes about 90 seconds for the bridge to raise or lower the 10 foot 7 inch travel distance.
It was built in 1913-1914 with steel provided by the Lackawanna Bridge Company of Buffalo and manufactured by the Lackawanna Steel Company in Lackawanna, New Yorkwhich later became Bethlehem Steel.
There is a plaque on the Northeast corner of the bridge with the words “Lackawanna Bridge Company Buffalo NY 1914.”
Main Street crosses the canal at an angle of 32 degrees from normal. It is higher on the south than the north end, requiring a 4 percent grade on the bridge. The bridge therefore has unique dimensions and angles to fit that space.
West Avenue originally intersected South Main Street on the bridge. The smooth arc of the truss was interrupted to let West Avenue onto the bridge. Therefore, the bridge carried a small portion of the roadway that, when raised, took a small piece of the street with it. This end of West Avenue has since been replaced by Kennelley Park and the arc of the truss has been extended to match the other side.
The bridge has a 40 horsepower motor, which is mounted on the bridge and actually rides up and down with the truss. It is located under the east walkway near the center of the span.
The bridge operator takes into consideration vehicle traffic, pedestrian traffic, emergency vehicle needs, and the nearby railroad crossing as well as boat traffic in deciding when to raise the bridge. When the bridge lifts, the railroad crossing gates close.
When built, the floor consisted of two thicknesses of yellow pine, the lower being four inches of treated timber and the upper a two-inch wearing surface. This has since been replaced with metal grating.
Two huge 173 ton concrete counterweights, hidden from view under the roadway just off the ends of the bridge, balance the weight of the bridge. Each counterweight has steel reinforcement and measures 6.5 feet x 6.5 feet x 50 feet long.
Twenty-six steel cables, each 1 3/8 inches in diameter, ride over four 66-inch diameter drums, one at each corner, to lift the bridge as the counterweights descend into huge concrete pits. Because the bridge, when built, was heavier on the southwest corner to carry the West Avenue “wing,” there are eight cables over the southwest drum and six over the other three, for a total of 26. These are not visible.
If the bridge was disassembled and all the steel beams placed end to end, they would stretch along the canal from the lift bridge to the Parker Street Bridge and back again, a distance of about a third of a mile.
The cables and twin pairs of 42-inch diameter pulleys that are visible at the ends of the bridge when it is raised exert delicate forces on the four corners of the bridge to maintain perfect synchronism, overcome friction and to connect the 40 horsepower drive motor to the bridge motion. These forces amount to about 5 percent of the weight of the bridge.
The bridge truss and roadway is maintained by the Department of Transportation while all the infrastructure that makes the bridge move, including lights, bell, and safety barriers is maintained by the New York State Canal Corporation.

2024 Fairport & Perinton Community Guide 39
spring, and summer seasons, there’s always an opportunity for performers to shine.
Your Moment in the Spotlight: Where Passion Meets Performance
Spotlight Studios for the Performing Arts on Railroad St., Fairport, is a vibrant community where children and teens learn about and cultivate a love for musical theatre and acting. After starting over 25 years ago operating out of Monroe County Recreation departments, Spotlight Studios has been a beacon of creativity in the heart of Fairport since 2007.
Inspired by his own high school director, “Mr. B,” an inspiring, fun-loving leader who created an inclusive environment in which everyone could learn and grow, Spotlight’s founder, Fairport resident, John Barthelmes, set out to provide the same transformative experiences for future generations of performers.
John says running Spotlight doesn’t seem like a job, because he loves everything he does there. His passion shines throughout the studio. “Musical theatre is an art form that should be fun and rewarding, not stressful!” he says.
Spotlight isn’t just a business—it’s a family affair. John, artistic director and producer, works with a dedicated team including his wife, Kaitlyn, the choreographer, and John’s mother-in-law, Peggy Zorn, the costumer, as well as Laura Mueller, music director. Together, the Spotlight team brings a wealth of experience and passion to every production and every workshop.
Spotlight nurtures young talent and fosters a welcoming environment in which performers of all skill levels can thrive. Here, the spotlight isn’t reserved for the few—it’s for everyone. Through private one-on-one lessons and live-learning productions, performers learn every aspect of the theatrical process, from audition prep to rehearsals and performances. With 14 musicals and 6 plays produced each year throughout the fall,
Youth can try their hand at directing, music directing, choreographing, and learning about costuming, stage management, and technical theatre through internships. Spotlight offers opportunities for youth to ignite creativity and build confidence. In the “24 Hour Theatre,” performers write, direct, rehearse, and perform one-act plays within 24 hours start to finish, and “Jimmy’s Spotlight Diner” offers performers a solo spotlight within a dinner theatre experience. Whatever your creative goals, Spotlight has an opportunity to explore them.
Beyond honing performance skills, Spotlight fosters personal growth. The team cherishes watching students evolve year after year, from wide-eyed kindergarteners to seasoned high school and college students who inspire each other every day.
Spotlight shares the love of performing at community events throughout the year, including local festivals such as Spring Fling, Canal Days, or the Erie Canal anniversary celebration (watch for their flash mobs adding fun and joy to the celebrations), as well as caroling to spread cheer around the holidays.
New this year, John says Spotlight is thrilled to introduce the “Hidden Talent Show,” in which performers showcase skills beyond the stage, such as juggling, painting, etc., and a Ukelele Show Choir, a cross between a marching band and a Broadway-style songand-dance team.
While their focus is on theater and musical theater, the ultimate goal is to instill values in students including work ethic, teamwork, and compassion, skills they’ll carry with them throughout their lives, no matter their future path. And John says, “Friendships made during theatrical productions are unique and everlasting!”
Join Spotlight Studios for the Performing Arts as they inspire the next generation of performers. Try your hand at creating. Experience for yourself the incredible feeling that is audience applause after weeks and weeks of your hard work and dedication. Join them to find your moment in the Spotlight! www.spotlightarts.com

Fairport Police Department
As the Chief of Police, I am pleased to have the opportunity of introducing you to the Fairport Police Department. You’ll find that our agency is committed to addressing the concerns of our community as well as our commitment to community policing principles.
Credit for our success belongs to the guidance and direction demonstrated every day by the senior leaders in the department, as well as the hard work being accomplished by all the members of our organization. And I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the members of our community that partner with the police department.
With the many challenges that face law enforcement today, I am extremely proud of our ability to adapt and remain steadfast in our commitment to providing the best possible police services to the Fairport community.
I encourage you to visit our website, which reaffirms our commitment to proactively and responsively addressing the needs of our community, enhance our public safety services, and maintain the highest quality of life in Fairport.
We invite you to listen to ‘Copcast – Police Podcast’ on our website – scan the QR code for a direct link.

Fairport Fire Department
Serving you since 1877
The dedicated volunteers of the Fairport Fire Department operate fire, rescue, and emergency medical units 24 hours a day, working out of two strategically located stations. Our district is approximately 15 square miles and protects the village of Fairport and a large portion of the Town of Perinton. The district is bisected by the Erie Canal and the CSX mainline railroad. Because of the busy railroad crossings and the canal lift bridge on Main Street, Station 1 is located to the south at 27 East Church Street and Station 2 sits to the north located at 1105 East Whitney Road. Station 1 houses two engines, one quint/aerial, one heavy rescue and one EMS squad. Station 2 houses two engines and one EMS squad. The department consists of just over 60 members, more than a 40 of which are active fire fighters protecting the lives and property of over 30,000 residents. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY DIAL 9-1-1.
Adopt-A-Hydrant: In the event of a fire emergency in the winter, can firefighters easily access the fire hydrant in your yard? Please help us help you; make sure you maintain a path around your hydrant to allow us quick access.
- John Overacker, Fire Chief

Celebrating more than 150 years as a historic Erie Canal Village, Fairport is a celebrated community offering a high quality of life for its nearly 5,500 residents, 300 business owners and visitors. Fairport, “the Crown Jewel of the Erie Canal,” offers Victorian-style family neighborhoods, quiet tree-lined streets and front-porch friendliness. As a growing destination for recreation, dining, craft breweries, distilleries and unique retail experiences, Fairport is truly a village “on the rise.”
Located in the heart of our Village is the Erie Canal and our recently restored unique lift bridge. There are park areas, viewing platforms and docks located on both the north and south banks of the canal. Liftbridge Lane West offers dedicated bike lanes, easy access to the canal trail, along with public seating to pause and enjoy the view. Also located on Liftbridge Lane West are the Village’s newly completed public restrooms. Fairport is known for annual festivals like Canal Days and the Fairport Music Festival, bringing tens of thousands of visitors to the Village. Fairport is not only a “canal village,” but also a train community. The Fairport Junction train-viewing platform offers an opportunity for viewing of freight and passenger trains that pass through the village daily. Located near the platform is a retired caboose from the CSX rail line. Village Hall is located at 31 South Main Street. Operations are run by the Village Manager and the Clerk-Treasurer. Village elected officials consist of a Mayor and 4 Trustees. Fairport has a Village Police Department which can be reached through the Monroe County 911 system. The Village also has their own municipal electric service with the Fairport Municipal Commission, also known as Fairport Electric. Fairport Electric not only supports the Village’s electric needs, but also those of approximately 20,000 customers located in the Town of Perinton.

In the Fairport Central School District, we believe all students have the right to a safe, welcoming, affirming and equitable educational environment in order to learn, grow and thrive. It is the District’s mission to recognize every student’s potential, and give each student the opportunity to share their voice and story through our student-centered programming.
The Fairport Central School District Strategic Plan outlines key goals and data-driven targets for our schools in order to prepare our students to graduate from high school Future-Ready. Our Strategic Plan calls for strong relationships with caregivers and the community, strategic investments in our staff, and responsive District leadership and operations. In this way, the Fairport Central School district will support, challenge and prepare students to be Future-Ready. You can find the full Strategic Plan on our website at www.fairport.org.
The Fairport Central School District serves the students and families of the Perinton and Fairport communities and beyond in our eight academic buildings, housing pre-kindergarten classes and grades K-12. As outlined in our Strategic Plan, each student in Fairport has access to challenging learning and coursework, along with relevant, standards-based curricula and instruction. Our high school students are invited to participate in the more than 100 elective opportunities, while each student K-12 has access to clubs and extra- and co-curricular opportunities.
The District employs close to 1,200 staff members. We are committed as a District to recruiting, hiring and supporting a highly qualified and diverse staff that:
• Represents our diverse global community
• Is culturally appreciative and responsive
• Models and promotes compassion and understanding of various cultures, backgrounds, orientations, and religions
• Will ensure access and equity for all students
We encourage members of the community and all those interested in the District to join us at regular Board of Education Business Meetings. They are held on the third Tuesday of each month, at Fairport High School’s room 512, unless otherwise indicated.

Bob Ruhland Keller Williams Realty
The Epitome of Integrity in Real Estate
In the bustling world of real estate, where transactions often overshadow relationships, Bob Ruhland, fondly known as Mr. Perinton, stands out as a beacon of integrity and community-centric values. With a journey rooted in a passion for renovation and a commitment to ethical business practices, Ruhland has etched his name as a trusted figure in the Perinton real estate landscape.
Ruhland’s adventure with real estate began at fourteen when he helped remodel his parents’ kitchen and crafted an addition to their family home. This early foray laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Alongside his wife, Wendy, Ruhland dove into the world of home renovation in the mid-1980s, revitalizing 1920 Tudor homes in Texas long before flipping became a mainstream trend. Their decadelong stint flipping houses honed Ruhland’s eye for detail and instilled in him a commitment to excellence.
Licensed as a real estate agent in 2002, Ruhland’s journey took a pivotal turn as he focused exclusively on the residential housing market. An independent realtor with Keller Williams Realty, renowned for its culture of honesty and transparency, Ruhland found a home where his values resonated. At Keller Williams Realty, it’s not about closing deals; it’s about fostering relationships and ensuring every transaction is a winwin for all parties involved.
Community lies at the heart of Ruhland’s ethos, evident through his active involvement in initiatives such as Red Day and KWCares which are charitable organizations with local focus within Keller Williams Realty. An avid Little League sponsor, he also contributes and volunteers locally with organizations including Fairport Rotary, Fairport Historical Society, Fairport Perinton Partnership, Fairport / Perinton Chamber of Commerce, and serves as board member for the Fairport Perinton Merchants Association, embodying
the essence of community stewardship. Ruhland helped coordinate volunteers for the Fairport Canal Days and chaired Oktoberfest for a few years.
For Ruhland, real estate transcends mere transactions; it’s about enriching lives and realizing dreams. He takes immense pride in facilitating the journey of homeownership, cherishing, for example, the unforgettable moments of handing over the keys to first-time homeowners. His passion for empowering others extends beyond real estate, as he mentors budding entrepreneurs through Canalside Trailblazers Networking, nurturing the next generation of community leaders.
At the core of Ruhland’s philosophy lies a steadfast commitment to integrity and ethical conduct. His mission statement serves as a guiding light, emphasizing the importance of doing the right thing, not just for himself and his family, but for his clients. With a focus on coaching and educating clients, Ruhland ensures they are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the real estate market with confidence, in their Buying, Selling or Real Estate Investing.
Ruhland’s goal is simple yet profound: to help clients sell their homes for the highest value, in the shortest time frame, with minimal inconvenience. To achieve this, he adheres to a set of objectives that place the client’s needs front and center. From meticulously explaining the selling process to implementing a robust marketing plan, Ruhland leaves no stone unturned in delivering exceptional service.
His code of ethics serves as a testament to his unwavering commitment to honesty, respect, and prioritizing client interests above all else. With Ruhland and his team by your side, rest assured your real estate journey will be guided by integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to see you succeed.
Ruhland’s team, including residential specialist Connor Cougle and commercial specialist Ian Stahl, as well as the home service providers Ruhland recommends to clients all bring their own knowledge and talent to the team, but share the same ethics code Ruhland values.
Join Bob Ruhland, Mr. Perinton, and his team on a journey where integrity meets excellence, and real estate transactions are infused with compassion and community spirit.
