Class 24 is restricted to Exhibitors who live in Okehampton or one of the Parishes comprising the District: Ashbury, Beaworthy, Belstone, Black Torrington, Bridestowe, Bratton Clovelly, Bondleigh, Bow, Brentor, Broadwoodkelly, Broadwoodwidger, Chagford, Cheriton Bishop, Coldridge, Coryton, Dolton, Dowland, Drewsteignton, Exbourne, Germansweek, Gidleigh, Halwill, Hatherleigh, Highampton, Hittisleigh, Iddesleigh, Inwardleigh, Jacobstowe, Lewtrenchard, Lydford (Town Ward), Marystowe, Mary Tavy, Meeth, Merton, Milton Abbot, Monkokehampton, Moretonhampstead, Northlew, North Tawton, Okehampton, Okehampton Hamlets, Peter Tavy, Petrockstowe, Sampford Courtenay, Sheepwash, Sourton, South Tawton, Spreyton, Sticklepath, Stowford, Throwleigh, Thrushelton, Wembworthy, Winkleigh, Zeal Monachorum.

This class is open to Ponies of all types excluding Registered Mountain & Moorland Ponies.

24. Mare or Gelding, 4 years old and over. Yearling, 2 or 3 year olds, Colt Filly or Gelding. Not to exceed 14.2hh (148cm). Can be shown plaited or in natural state.

Special Rosette to the Best Yearling. The Miss. Calmady-Hamlyn Perpetual Challenge Cup to the winner. Champion goes forward to Best Pony in Show.
