8 oz. (2 sticks) butter, softened
6 eggs, room temperature
3 cups sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Olde Thompson Malabar Black Pepper, coarsely ground
1 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature
2 tsp. lemon extract
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325° F. Spray Bundt pan with flour-added cooking spray. Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Keep beating until very creamy (about 3 minutes), add pepper and lemon extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour alternately with cream; mix well. Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 70 – 75 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Serves 16. Olde Thompson Grind it when you’re ready to add a little spice. Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 325° F oven for 11/4 hours or until meat thermometer registers 140° F (about 15 – 18 minutes per pound). In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Turn Up the Heat Zesty Fajitas INGREDIENTS
1 cup Claude’s Fajita Marinating Sauce 1 stick butter 1 cup Italian dressing
12 flour tortillas
2 lbs. fajita meat
1 avocado, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
Sour cream and chile sauce
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the Fajita Marinating Sauce and Italian dressing. Stir in meat and onions. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 – 5 hours. Pour off marinade and discard. Melt butter in a frying pan over a low fire. Add meat and onions to butter and fry over high heat, stirring constantly until meat is lightly browned. Serve with flour tortillas, avocados, sour cream and chile sauce. Serves 6 – 8. Claude’s Claude’s marinades and sauces will turn any cut of meat into pure delight.
