Cook onions and steak in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 – 6 minutes or until done. Drain, remove from skillet and cover to keep warm. Return meat to the skillet, stir in broth and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles and top with parsley. Serves 4. Repeat, making 4 bundles. Oil grill rack. Grill asparagus bundles, turning once or twice, until asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before threading items (this prevents them from burning when on the grill). Mix first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Alternately thread red bell pepper, shrimp, onion, yellow bell pepper and scallop onto skewers. Brush shrimp and scallops with seasoned butter mixture. Grill over medium heat 6 – 8 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and scallops are opaque, turning occasionally and brushing with seasoned butter mixture. Makes 8 kabobs. Preheat oven to 400º F. Grease 12-muffin tin lightly with oil. Measure 2 cups granola into a large bowl. Use a fork to stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Blend in yogurt, oil and nectar or syrup. Stir liquid and blueberries into dry ingredients to create a lumpy batter; do not over mix. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup granola on top of each muffin. Bake for 7 minutes, then turn muffin tin back to front. Continue baking 4 – 5 minutes until a cake tester inserted into center comes out clean. With a fork and oven mitt, pry hot muffins from pan and set on a cooling rack. Eat warm or at room temperature or freeze cooled muffin in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Makes 12 muffins.

Heat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then butter the pan in the center to form a round that’s about 10 inches in diameter. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Stir in cranberries. Combine egg, yogurt and butter in a second bowl and whisk. Add to dry ingredients and mix until barely combined. The dough will be somewhat thick and sticky. Scrape the dough onto the prepared baking sheet to form a roundish mound about 7 inches in diameter.
