4 scallions, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. sea salt
Romaine lettuce leaves

1 cup sweet Vietnamese chili sauce (available at Asian markets)
Lemon wedges (garnish)

/2 Tbsp. black pepper /4 cup chili sauce
Marinate chicken breast in 1/2 cup Cardini’s Caesar Dressing for up to 4 hours. Remove from marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly brush with oil and grill. Dice grilled chicken and add celery, scallions and remaining 1 cup of Cardini’s Caesar Dressing. Mix until well coated. Separate and arrange leaves of romaine on a serving tray. Place chicken salad in middle of platter and garnish with shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese and lemon wedges.

12 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp. Colman’s Hot English Mustard
Combine all ingredients except for bleu cheese and make eight 4 oz. burgers, approximately 1/2 -inch thickness. Divide crumbled bleu cheese onto the middle of 4 of the patties and top with remaining 4 patties. Crimp edges to seal in cheese. Refrigerate for one hour. Grill until desired doneness. Brush with Mustard Marinade during cooking. Discard leftover marinade. Enjoy! Colman’s The “not-so-mellow” yellow. 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
2 medium onions, diced
Salt to taste
2 carrots, sliced

Heat olive oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat and brown chicken, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice and cook for 1 minute. Stir in milk and Knorr Creamy Pesto sauce mix and bring to a boil. Stir in cheese. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes. Toss sauce with hot pasta. Serves 4.
Prepare ribs by slicing into approximately 11/2 -inch cubes. Place all ingredients in a large covered pot. Add water to cover ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove lid and reduce until sauce is the consistency that you desire. Serve over bed of rice or noodles.
