AlayaCare is a cloud-based, powerful software designed to streamline our processes, improve client care, and increase productivity with its user-friendly features and real-time updates
In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more details, including our rollout plan, training, and support information. We can’t wait to experience a smoother, more efficient way of working with AlayaCare!

This year has been a busy one, marked by the continued growth of our Allied Health team and the successful management of the Villa Dalmacia Day Centre In big news, I’m pleased to announce that since October, all places in our Transitional Care Program (TCP) have been filled I’d like to thank all the staff for their support in rolling out this new program
Looking ahead to 2025, there's so much to be excited about as White Oak continues to grow The passion, compassion, and can-do attitude of our team are what truly set us apart and make White Oak such a fantastic company I am incredibly proud of the hard work, commitment, and care you all bring to ensuring our clients receive the very best care From the bottom of my heart, thank you

GET READY FOR THE SUPPORT AT HOME PROGRAM
You may be aware that home care services are about to receive a major revamp in the way they are structured Exciting changes are coming soon with the launch of the "Support at Home Program," which will replace the current Home Care Packages
The new program will be rolled out next year, and is designed to help people who need assistance with everyday tasks, so they can stay independent and comfortable at home. Like Home Care Packages, it offers services like personal care, cleaning, and help with shopping or cooking, making daily life easier for those who need it.
This new program will replace ‘Home Care Packages’, with improvements that make it more flexible and personalised. It will offer better coordination and more tailored support, ensuring our clients get the care they need when they need it, all while staying in their own homes
More details on the rollout will be shared soon, but we wanted to give you an early heads-up Thank you for your ongoing dedication to our clients and we look forward to seeing how this overhaul will improve outcomes for our clients!

White Oak recently underwent an ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance and Recertification Audit The scope covered the provision of home care services, including daily personal care, housekeeping, companionship, allied health and nursing care
We are delighted to share that the audit requirements were all met and our document management system was well maintained
Well done to our Quality Assurance Administrator, Shoba Nair, and all the team who were involved in ensuring this audit was conducted seamlessly.

Christmas afternoon
teas at hubs
A perfect escape from the recent hot weather, a series of Christmas afternoon teas were held at our Midland and Joondalup hubs to celebrate the end of year.
It was a great opportunity for Support Workers and office staff to meet each other and get to know one another better, plus the Secret Santa event was a hit! Thank you to all who attended the events

We’re excited to introduce two of our newest staff members at the Midland office: Mien Brand and Zoe Arnold.
Mien has joined us as the HCP and NDIS Coordinator, while Zoe is our new Support Services Officer, supporting clients in the eastern suburbs. Both are based at our Midland Gate hub.
A warm welcome to the team, Zoe and Mien we’re thrilled to have you with us!

Congratulations to Maria Hughes who has accepted the role of CHSP Coordinator. Maria began with White Oak initially as a Support Worker, before transitioning to an Administration role at our Joondalup hub. We wish you every success in your new role, Maria!

STAFF SPOTLIGHT ON...
Mandy Christensen Day Centre Coordinator - Villa Dalmacia
Our new Day Centre Coordinator at Villa Dalmacia has been busy getting to know our clients and creating fun activities for them to enjoy.
Mandy began her career with White Oak 6 years ago as a Support Worker after discovering her passion for helping the elderly stay in their homes for as long as possible. She recently stepped into the role of Day Centre Coordinator at Villa Dalmacia, and we are thrilled to have her join our team.
As a mother of four boys, Mandy and her husband cherish their time with their children and four grandchildren In her spare moments, she enjoys tending to her vegetable garden and caring for her four dogs, two cats, and 36 chickens!
With a deep commitment to assisting others, Mandy has fitted into the Villa team seamlessly and ensures our clients get the most out of their day visits
New PPE Pick Up Point Available
We’re excited to let our wonderful Support Workers know that we now have a new pick up point location available in our south suburbs – at our Villa Dalmacia Day Centre!
PPE items will be available to pick up every Monday to Thursday, between 9 30am and 1pm The Day Centre is located at the rear of 27 Gorham Way, Spearwood Simply turn left down the long driveway and head to the back. Ask for Mandy and she will be able to assist you.

Hub Closures Over Christmas
A friendly reminder that our White Oak hubs will be closed from the 25th – 27th December, as well as 1st January. Regular office hours will resume at all hubs on Thursday 2nd January
