is positioned halfway between cotton and polyester, thanks to its composition made of a mix of natural fibers (Tencel) and polyester and to its structure that acts as a cooling system, managing sweat, prolonging natural cooling of the skin and allowing the fabric to dry quickly. Polartec Delta boasts an innovative composition that regulates drying times and guarantees better breathability when wet. In fact, its special knitting uses both hydrophobic and hydrophilic yarns for more advanced control of moisture dispersion. These knitted-woven radiant structures keep cooler at high temperatures by increasing the flow of air for heat dissipation. Delta therefore guarantees technical fabrics to make the most of the body's natural cooling system. The fabrics in contact with the skin, with breathable and quick-drying capabilities, eliminate moisture but do not contribute to body cooling. Delta, on the other hand, works more efficiently by increasing the contact points for better air flow, faster dispersion of moisture and a reduction in the effect of adhesion to the skin of wet fabrics.
