Education project project description:
value proposition: Bringing international talent to schools so that the children can get new learning mediums and disciplines.
Our Mission is to use education to change mindsets with a vision of making South Africa a well-educated responsible nation.
The children will be taught self-discipline.
AIESEC prides itself in empowering the youth and creating future leaders. So in order for this to happen, the objective is to create educational projects in orphanages where children are without access to education, Mostly in rural areas and villages or in disadvantaged primary schools across the country. These projects will make education more accessible to children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Children will learn about new cultures from across the world and also teach the interns about their own culture. They will also be equipped with the necessary leadership training and development.
The job descriptions will be depend on the specific NGO that we will be working with. Mainly interns would have to work with local staff to address educational issues. The following are only examples.

Our project aims to solve the environmental problems that surround South Africa, particularly those involving neglect and abuse of natural resources.
Our volunteers can bring distinctive knowledge that can help organize, implement fundraising for the organization.
we firmly believe in raising awareness, educating and promoting sustainable use of environmental resources, informing communities about climate change, global warming and issues of pollution and waste management.
Youthful generation that is technologically savvy can assist in using social media and the virtual world to the organization’s advantage. Market branding to promote the recognition and the relevance of the organization by using international interns it shows a global mind-set which uses global solutions to solve the current problems.
We achieve these goals by bringing interns from abroad to mitigate these problems.

Project description:
Value Proposition: Practical skills development can help equip communities with abilities to develop the community from within.
The objective is to help reduce the burden of diseases in South Africa by means of Health education programs.
Disease prevention strategies can help clinics with overcrowding problems and will help with preventing shortages of finances and resources.
Our projects will focus on creating awareness on the importance of health, helping educate the youth on disease prevention methods and overall health, and equipping communities and individuals with skills that will enable maintenance of their health.
Providing practical skills to communities will ensure project success, which could help empower whole communities and lead to their growth and relevance. Using trained youth with innovative new methods of delivering information, we can ensure that communities and individuals will actively receive the information and gain skills and knowledge.

Using trained youth with innovative new methods of delivering information, we can ensure that communities and individuals will actively receive the information and gain skills and knowledge.
The project’s aim is to inspire youth, particularly primary and high school students, to consider entrepreneurship as a career path. We hope through this project, this new generation will develop skills, knowledge and desire to give themselves and their peers employment.
