Marketing Example of job description:

Department the intern will be working in International Marketing

Department the intern will be working IT Strategy and Planning

Task 1

The intern will need to understand startup’s product & market, and do research in specific market.

Task 2

After the research, the intern will be involved in process of creating strategy for product marketing.

TASK 3

Based on the insight from research, interns will assist startups to create marketing campaigns to promote product, by social media/ online forum/ email/ website and other tools.

Interns will be responsible to manage the marketing project, track the process, collect the results, and evaluate the campaign, and prepare for the next intern’s takeover.

Admin Fee all the duration of the internship

The intern will need to support the documentation and maintenance of the process & quality management assets which includes process maps and flows, process descriptions, templates, training and communication materials.

TASK 2

The intern will be responsible for coding and transforming train of thoughts into logical process flows.

The intern will need to align the process flows and assets with the customer and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other teams such as the software development team.

Intern’s minimum salary

R11 000 per intern for

Task 1

2 payment installments

- R11 000 if the company does not provide accommodation - R9 000 if the company provides accommodation

- At signing of contract (R5 500) - When intern arrives (R5 500)

Total Cost (one intern/ year)

Admin fee = R11 000 Salary (R9 000 ~ R11 000) x 12 months Total

It’s the company’s choice to provide other subsidy (transportation, flight tickets, food, etc.) or not. But subsidy is recommended in terms of attracting more high profile talents.

The intern will need to understand startup’s product & market, and do research in specific market to understand background.
