What’s next? We asked recall replacement board candidates the following question: Question: If you were sitting on the board next week, what would it look like? I would get all the facts by having meetings with staff and the new CAM, see our financials and look at where we are with manpower. There are a lot of questions that need to be answered. I Waschenko know a lot of people want to go back to the way it was – but we need to look at everything and do it out in the open with town hall meetings. I’m here to make HBTS a better place – so whatever is best for the membership – that is what I am here to do.

I understand the recall votes have been submitted and the current BoD has five working days in which to respond. I stand ready to serve on the board until a new board is seated in the July elecBower tions. In that time frame, we (as a community) will need to discuss and establish a viable "restore point" and begin work toward that end. –Bob Bower The most pressing issue to me would be to discuss and vote on rescinding the Dec. 2 vote to terminate FSR. I understand that some members are resistant to that idea and I would like Danner to hear their specific issues. "The worst contract I've ever seen" is not specific.Yes, the website needs improvement and that needs to be fixed. There may be issues that can be resolved with some tweaks. The other critical issue that goes hand in hand with the previously mentioned business is to restore the status of our long-term employees that were terminated for all of the wrong reasons. –Rod Danner
