Llevamos unas semanas en Sotogrande en las que no paramos de embocar, en el mejor de los sentidos de la expresión (sin confusiones, ni bromas). En menos de un mes vamos a enlazar, hablando en plural porque confiere a todos, La Reserva de Sotogrande Invitational del Ladies European Tour con el Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters (nueva denominación y patrocinio del Andalucía Valderrama Masters de Golf). Dos eventos de gran magnitud y significado internacional en la zona (con todo lo que ya supone y se conoce sobre lo positivo de estas citas cara a la imagen exterior de Sotogrande como destino). Dos importantes fechas, pasando por dos pruebas (también destacadas para esta casa, Grupo HCP), del VII Circuito de Golf Sotogrande disputadas en el trazado Flamingos de Villa Padierna Golf (en esta edición encontrará el mejor resumen) y en el Old Course de San Roque Club que estrena gerencia (se celebra el próximo domingo 23 de junio, las inscripciones aún se encuentran abiertas). Es decir, llevamos un mes con el golf metido en las venas (afortunadamente) y en el que no paramos de embocar birdies, por decirlo así. Y en mitad de toda esa tormenta perfecta y golfística, hasta hemos embocado desde el Tee, el voto en la urna para las Elecciones Europeas y Municipales. Dicho sea de paso y a modo de resumen corto y titirular, el PSOE vuelve a ganar con solidez y consistencia en San Roque. Por lo que durante los próximos cuatro años, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix se mantendrá nuevamente en la Alcaldía de San Roque (tercer mandado consecutivo, los dos últimos con mayoría absoluta), al contar con un importante respaldo del electorado local. Gestión no siempre aplaudida, en muchos casos hasta discutida, pero cuyo liderazgo y peso político es incuestionable en estos momentos en el municipio sanroqueño. Le deseamos buen hacer, paciencia y por qué no, también buena suerte, para su próximo mandato en el que meritoriamente se aplaudirán sus triunfos (ha prometido un Teatro Municipal con aforo para 400 personas en el Valle del Guadiaro) y criticarán sus errores. En definitiva, como a todos. Suerte para los próximos cuatro años.

La actividad en Andalucía se incrementa respecto al pasado ejercicio y sigue la tendencia positiva en las operaciones del sector

El precio de la vivienda crece en la región por encima del 7% Manuel Gil La actividad inmobiliaria atraviesa un momento de estabilidad y competitividad comercial en la región andaluza y especialmente, en Sotogrande. En cuanto a la vivienda de segunda mano en España, en abril de 2019 registró un precio medio de 1.715 euros por metro cuadrado, arrojando un ascenso mensual del 0,86%. La EUC de la Marina de Sotogrande traza su hoja de ruta •

La Entidad Urbanística de Conservación (EUC) de la Marina de Sotogrande perfila sus primeros pasos con el objetivo de conseguir su pleno funcionamiento, según deseo y voluntad de las partes implicadas, a principios del próximo año 2020 si todos los trámites cumplen los plazos y requerimientos marcados de manera pertinente. Conocedor de la importancia de esta cuestión para una zona con más de mil propietarios y del cambio de regulación para su conservación y mantenimiento; El Periódico de Sotogrande reúne en un desayuno informativo a representantes de dos de las partes implicadas en trazar la hoja de ruta de este organismo de nuevo cuño (ya existen otras EUC en el municipio que operan con resultados muy positivos). Por un lado, representantes de la asociación ACUMAR (que agrupa a una inmensa mayoría de los propietarios de la Marina) y por otra, algunos representantes del Ayuntamiento de San Roque (que formará parte, a su vez, de la nueva EUC), pertenecientes al área de urbanismo, entre ellos, Nicolás Moncada, jefe del propio área de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio del Consistorio sanroqueño. El encuentro se llevó a cabo en la fantástica y plácida terraza del Restaurante Mulligan en el Club de Golf La Cañada. En un primer deseo, el plazo optimista para su formalización (según debate y análisis desde am-

La publicación, en breves, en el boletín provincial de la aprobación en el Pleno sanroqueño de los estatutos abre un plazo de seis meses para su puesta en marcha. La celebración de una Asamblea General con todos los propietarios, lo formación de una Comisión Ejecutiva y la contratación de servicios, pasos claves para conseguir su pleno funcionamiento al inicio de 2020.

Un trámite que ya está en marcha y pendiente de formalizarse en los próximos días. Sería importante que esto se produjese durante la primera quincena del mes de junio sería más que conveniente, según entienden las partes implicadas. En ese momento se abren dos vías de actuación diferenciadas: la recepción por parte del Ayuntamiento de dicha zona, actualmente gerenciada por el REM de la Marina que ostenta la empresa promotora (Sotogrande S.A.); y la constitución y puesta en marcha de la nueva EUC. Recepción municipal Una vez publicados los estatutos en el BOP, la empresa promotora contaría con un plazo de seis meses para finalizar todas aquellas infraestructuras pendientes y acordadas en el plan urbanístico, con el fin de que antes del vencimiento de dicha fecha, éste área pudiese ser recepcionado por el Ayuntamiento de San Roque. Constitución de la nueva EUC En la otra línea de actuación, que igualmente arranca tras la publicación en el BOP, comienza un plazo en el que por un lado la nueva EUC debe inscribirse en el registro de Entidades de Conservación y a la vez convocar una Asamblea General para todos los propietarios, notificación que deberá llevar a cabo el propio Ayuntamiento de San Roque. La fecha idónea que se maneja para la asamblea podría ser entre la última semana de julio y la primera de agosto, aprovechando que se trata de una de las ventanas del año que mayor afluencia de propietarios se encuentran en

Sotogrande, coincidiendo con el periodo estival. De esta asamblea, con la presentación de listas y candidaturas, deberá salir una Comisión Ejecutiva que afronte la dirección en los primeros pasos de la entidad. “Y, por fin, los españoles, ¿hemos ganado o perdido? No hay forma de saberlo todavía, claro....”

Para empezar, la victoria del PSOE no parece una victoria. Es verdad que la formación de Pedro Sánchez, que partía desde una posición precaria, ganó las elecciones, pero como no consiguió teñir de rojo el mapa de España, la suya fue una victoria amarga. Algo parecido le sucedió a Vox, porque el partido recibió calificativos que sugerían desilusión. Sin embargo, la fuerza de Santiago Abascal solo obtuvo unos malos resultados en comparación con las expectativas. En la práctica, y enfocando a Vox desde la perspectiva de su punto de partida, los escaños conseguidos en el Parlamento de España, los municipios, las autonomías y en el Parlamento Europeo son cualquier cosa menos una catástrofe. Para colmo, va a ser clave para la formación de gobiernos en varias capitales y algunas Comunidades Autónomas. En cambio, en el caso del Partido Popular, su derrota fue clara pero dulce. Ha perdido a numerosos votantes, sin duda, pero su desempeño en las elecciones del 26 de mayo fue mejor que el previsto. Asimismo, fue capaz de recuperar y mantener plazas tan importantes y simbólicas como el Ayuntamiento y la Co-

munidad de Madrid. El temido sorpasso de Ciudadanos no se ha producido. Precisamente por eso, el partido de Albert Rivera ha cosechado unos resultados buenos pero que no lo parecen tanto. La impresión que da es que siempre está unos pasos más atrás de lo que se espera, pero su importancia realmente va aumentando, y será una fuerza imprescindible para el Gobierno en varios municipios y autonomías importantes, empezando por Madrid. Finalmente, y dejando constancia que las victorias de algunos nacionalistas parecen efectivamente victorias, como la de ERC en Barcelona y sobre todo la del PNV en el País Vasco, la única derrota que parece una derrota es la de Pablo Iglesias. Da la impresión de que Unidas Podemos ha sido prácticamente barrido del mapa. Eso sí, con estos resultados tan decepcionantes posiblemente veamos al señor Iglesias sentado en el Consejo de Ministros. Y, por fin, los españoles, ¿hemos ganado o perdido? No hay forma de saberlo todavía, claro. Pero sí sabemos que el partido más claramente derrotado es el que pretendía subir más los impuestos. No es mala señal.

They undoubtedly lost several voters, but their performance in the elections of 26 May was better than planned. Likewise, it was able to recover and keep very important and symbolic seats like

the Council and the Community of Madrid. The feared sorpasso by Ciudadanos did not take place. Precisely for that reason, Albert Rivera´s party earned good results but they don´t seem so good. The impression is that they are always a few steps behind what is expected, but their importance is really increasing, and they will be an essential force for the Government in several important municipalities and autonomous communities, beginning with Madrid. Lastly, and showing that the victories of some nationalists effectively seem like victories, such as the ERC in Barcelona, and above all, that of the PNV in the Basque Country, the only defeat that seems like a defeat is that of Pablo Iglesias. It seems that Unidos Podemos has been practically wiped from the map. Having said that, with these very disappointing results we may see Mr Iglesias with a position in the Cabinet. And, lastly, Spaniards, have we won or lost? There is no way to know yet, of course. But we do know that the party with the clearest defeat is the one that intended to increase taxes the most. That isn´t a bad sign.

El PSOE repite triunfo en las Elecciones Municipales de San Roque al obtener un total de once concejales (los mismos que en 2015), que le permiten mantener la mayoría absoluta en el Ayuntamiento de San Roque. Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix será, por lo tanto, alcalde por tercera vez consecutiva. Según los datos registrados por la Secretaría General del Ayuntamiento, el PSOE-A logró 5.684 votos, lo que supone un porcentaje del 44,78%. El PSOE también ganó con claridad las Elecciones Europeas en el municipio, con un 45,70% de los votos. En lo concerniente a las Elecciones Municipales, en segundo lugar quedó el PP, que contabilizó 2.576 votos (20,29%) y 5 concejales; en tercer lugar el San Roque 100x100, con 1.086 (8,56%) votos y 2 concejales; cuarto fue Adelante San Roque, con 934 votos (7,36%) y un edil; también un concejal firmó Ciudadanos, quinto con 924 votos (7,28%); y sexto el PIVG, asimismo con un edil, y con 809 votos (6,37%). El entorno natural de Sotogrande, como tarea • Cerca de un millar de escolares participan en la iniciativa de educación ambiental que está coordinando el Puerto de Sotogrande, en colaboración con otras entidades y el propio Ayuntamiento de San Roque. • Estas actividades se desarrollan entre la Laguna de Torreguadiaro, el estuario del Guadiaro y al puerto deportivo. El VI Plan de Asfaltado se Nuestra hace notar en Torreguadiaro Comunidad El Periódico

Manuel Gil La empresa “Eiffage Infraestructuras SAU” lleva a cabo estos días en Torreguadiaro los trabajos del VI Plan de Asfaltado, correspondiente a 2018. En concreto, se está ejecutando esta obra en la calle Las Américas, en la Urbanización La Laguna. A la finalización de este plan se habrán mejorado las calzadas de unas 50 calles de todo el municipio, lo que supone alrededor de 26.000 metros cuadrados. El recientemente reelegido primer edil, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, realizó una visita de inspección a estos trabajos e indicó que “estamos visitando los trabajos del sexto plan de asfaltado que se lleva a cabo bajo mi mandato,

sumando una inversión de más 250.000 euros para la renovación de unas 50 calles en todo el término municipal”. “Lo hacemos además -continuócuando quedan muy distantes las

próximas elecciones municipales, dentro de cuatro años. Porque queremos seguir comprometidos con San Roque. Hemos pasado cuatro años de gobierno diciendo que avanzamos juntos, y ahora

vamos a seguir renovando calles como aquí en la Urbanización La Laguna, concretamente en la calle Las Américas”. El VI Plan de Asfaltado de San Roque contempla actuaciones en calles de Torreguadiaro, San Enrique, Guadiaro, Pueblo Nuevo, San Roque Casco, Taraguilla, Estación, Guadarranque, Puente Mayorga y Campamento. En 2013 se aprobó el primer plan de asfaltado, y desde entonces se han mejorado más de 150 calles, con una superficie total de casi 150.000 metros cuadrados. En el presupuesto de 2019 se incluye otra partida de 200.000 euros para un nuevo plan de asfaltado, que será el séptimo.

Recordar que esta inversión municipal fue adjudicada a Eiffage en febrero pasado por importe de 295.500,02 euros, siendo la oferta más económica de las dos presentadas a la licitación. Aunque en el presupuesto municipal de 2018 no se incluyó un plan de asfaltado, se aprovecharon los 15 millones de euros del Remanente de Tesorería de 2017 para sumar 16 nuevas actuaciones, entre las que se cuenta esta inversión. Como la transferencia de créditos no pudo aprobarse de manera definitiva hasta el Pleno Ordinario de septiembre pasado, el inicio de la licitación tuvo que esperar a finales del año 2018.

Retiran la Innocence de la entrada de Torreguadiaro Una barca pesquera sustituirá a la controvertida escultura Manuel Gil Eso sí, jamás dejó indiferente a nadie. Operarios del Ayuntamiento de San Roque llevaron a cabo la retirada de la conocida escultura Innocence ubicada en la entrada del bulevar de Torreguadiaro, escultura obra de Sergio Galea, para trasladarla al Parque de la vida, en San Roque Casco. Formaba parte del paisaje de Torreguadiaro y pese a que no contar con gran aceptación desde su llegada (allá por el año 2008), la Innocence supo ganarse la simpatía de vecinos y visitantes al ser parte central de acontecimientos como la celebración del Mundial de Fútbol de 2010 que ganó la Selección Española. Operators from the Council of San Roque have removed the well-known Innocence sculpture located at the entrance to the Torreguadiaro boulevard, a sculpture created by Sergio Galea, in order to move it to the Park of Life, in San Roque Casco. It formed part of the landscape of Torreguadiaro and despite not being widely approved since its arrival (back in 2008), the Innocence gained the affection of residents and visitors as it as a central part of events such as the celebration of the 2010 World Cup which the Spanish national team won. Dawn would arrive, any morning, with it dressed in costumes and even provocative bikinis. Aesthetically, it never filled or excited the residents of Torreguadiaro (this is verified in several publications and windows of opinion published by this media outlet) but it will be strange not to find the figure, with its wide hips, at the start of the boulevard. According to municipal sources, it will be replaced by a marine, fishing-style vessel, probably before the start of the summer season. What is certain is that it will not be forgotten and some residents will go to visit it in its new location.

Pleno Aniversario Ciudad San Roque

Ilustres y homenajeados El Pleno Institucional de Honores y Distinciones por el 313 Aniversario de la Fundación de la Ciudad reconoció las trascendencia y labor de algunos de sus vecinos y entidades más destacadas del municipio sanroqueño

Sentido y querido homenaje. Un selecto grupo de vecinos y entidades sanroqueñas fueron galardonadas con motivo del Pleno Institucional de Honores y Distinciones por el 313 Aniversario de la Fundación de la Ciudad. Distinciones entregadas en el Teatro Juan Luis Galiardo, con la particularidad de que los comicios municipales retrasaron una semana la fecha habitual de esta celebración (para no interferir). Durante la sesión, se entregó la Medalla de Oro de la Ciudad a la Guardia Civil; se nombró Miembro Honorario de la Corporación a Juan Simón Jaén Cabrera; y se otorgaron Menciones de Honor a la Pastelería “La Nueva” (Antonio Ocaña Pérez); Panadería Sabe (Juan Antonio Sabe Martín); Ferretería “El Motor” (Antonio Torres Ayala); Club Deportivo San Bernardo; Coro Rociero Ciudad de San Roque; José Manuel Andreu Cuadrado; Inmaculada López Marcenaro; y, a título póstumo, a Luis Ángel Ortega León, con la categoría de Hijo Adoptivo de la Ciudad.

El acto comenzó con una breve presentación a cargo del alcalde, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, que pidió un minuto de silencio por el fallecimiento del guardia civil de tráfico Fermín Cabezas, ocurrido instantes antes de celebrarse en pleno en acto de servicio. El alcalde trasladó a los mandos de la Guardia Civil y a la familia las condolencias en nombre de la Corporación. Finalizó el Pleno con una breve intervención del alcalde en funciones, en la que recordó que San Roque ha trabajado duro estos 313 años para salir adelante, y ese esfuerzo se recompensa a sanroqueños ilustres en este Pleno. Hizo una mención especial a la Guardia Civil, la institución mejor valorada por los españoles y por los sanroqueños. “Por eso en su 175 aniversario son merecedores de la más alta distinción”, dijo. Además del emotivo reconocimiento a la Guardia Civil con la Medalla de Oro, también fue entrañable la distinción como Miembro Honorario de la Corporación

City of San Roque Anniversary Plenary

Distinguished citizens and award winners The Institutional Plenary of Honours and Distinction for the 313th Anniversary of the Founding of the City recognised the impact and work of some of the most notable residents and entities in the municipality of San Roque It was a heartfelt and beloved tribute. A select group of residents and entities of San Roque won awards as part of the Institutional Plenary of Honours and Distinction for the 313th Anniversary of the Founding of the City. Distinctions were presented at Teatro Juan Luis Galiardo, with the particularity that the municipal elections delayed the regular date of this celebration by a week (to not interfere). During the session the Gold Medal of the City was presented to the Civil Guard; Juan Simón Jaén Cabrera was appointed an Honorary Member of the Corporation; and Mentions of Honour were given to “La Nueva” Bakery

((Antonio Ocaña Pérez); Sabe Bakery (Juan Antonio Sabe Martín); “El Motor” Hardware Store (Antonio Torres Ayala); Club Deportivo San Bernardo; City of San Roque Rociero Choir; José Manuel Andreu Cuadrado; Inmaculada López Marcenaro; and, posthumously, to Luis Ángel Ortega León, in the category of Adoptive Son of the City. The event began with a brief presentation of the mayor, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, who requested a minute of silence for the passing of the traffic Civil Guard Fermín Cabezas, which occurred moments before the plenary was held during active duty. The mayor passed on his condolences to

the officers of the Civil Guard and the family of the deceased on behalf of the Corporation. The plenary ended with a brief intervention by the serving mayor, where he reminded people that San Roque has worked hard over these 313 years to make progress, and the distinguished citizens of San Roque have been rewarded for that work at this Plenary. He offered a special mention to the Civil Guard, the institution most valued by Spaniards and the people of San Roque. “Therefore, on its 175 anniversary it deserves the highest distinction” he said. In addition to the emotive recognition of the Civil Guard with the

Gold Medal, the appointment of Juan Simón Jaén Cabrera was an Honorary Member of the Corporation was also heartfelt, he is one of the most beloved and admired residents of the neighbourhood of Campamento. Semirrígidas, en pleno Puerto de Sotogrande

El “intercambio”, realizado hace sólo unos días, se lleva a cabo en el tramo final del espigón, a pocos metros de la Torre de Control Las imágenes que ilustran esta foto-reportaje bien podrían ser sacadas de cualquier tráiler, serie de televisión o película relacionada con cualquier trama vinculada al narcotráfico y al sur de España. Un apellido y lastre que el Campo de Gibraltar lleva colgado y del que tardará décadas en desprenderse, pese al ínfimo porcentaje que representan estas prácticas respecto a sus vecinos y ciudadanos. Sin duda, uno de los puntos calientes (en el sentido de tratarse de uno de los que mayor difusión alcanzan por su reconocimiento y visibilidad pese a no, obviamente, por cantidad y flujo), es el Puerto de Sotogrande. No es la primera vez que se dan imágenes de este tipo, en este caso, agradecemos a R. W., fiel lector, por facilitarnos estas imágenes. En la acción se ve como en apenas unos 50 segundos se lleva a cabo todo el operativo junto a la Torre de

It is sad image for the resort but it is something that we need to eradicate and that all levels of society need to pay closer attention to. This media outlet remains a transmitter for the events that occur in the area. This scene took place just a few days ago.

Registro de jornada obligatorio

Tras la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto Ley 8/2019, sobre el registro de la jornada, y las numerosas consultas planteadas, el Ministerio de Trabajo ha publicado una guía para dar respuesta a las dudas más importantes. En este artículo os resumimos la información más importante a tener en cuenta para realizar adecuadamente el registro de la jornada, conforme a esta guía: ¿A qué tipo de trabajadores se debe hacer registro de la jornada? Se realizará a todo tipo de trabajadores, al margen de su categoría o grupo profesional, así como a todos los sectores de actividad y empresas, siempre que estén en el ámbito de aplicación del Estatuto de los Trabajadores. También quedan obligados los trabajadores que realizan su función de forma externa, como comerciales, trabajadores a distancia, etc. Si bien, existen varias excepciones: Relaciones laborales de carácter especial, Trabajadores a tiempo parcial (que se regularán por lo establecido en el artículo 12.4c del ET), Trabajadores con registros especiales ya regulados, como trasporte por carretera, ferroviarios, etc…, Socios trabajadores de cooperativas y trabajadores autónomos sin trabajadores. ¿Qué ocurre con los trabajadores que realizan teletrabajo o jornadas flexibles? En estos casos también se exigirá el registro, pero aquí, si se realizan jornadas por encima de lo establecido, no se tendrán en cuenta como excesos de jornada si al analizar los días posteriores, se acredita que se ha cumplido con la jornada mensual ordinaria. ¿Quién tiene la obligación de registrar la jornada con trabajadores de ETT y subcontrataciones? Si es un trabajador contratado a

través de una ETT, será la empresa usuaria la que tendrá que realizar el control (art. 15.1 de la Ley 14/1994). Para las subcontrataciones, la empresa contratista o subcontratista será la obligada a llevar el control horario. ¿Cómo se deberá realizar el registro de la jornada?¿Como se registran las interrupciones y desplazamientos a otros centros o empresas clientes? El registro deberá incluir horario concreto de inicio y fin. Además, se deberán incluir las pausas diarias. Para trabajadores desplazados fuera del centro de trabajo, con o sin pernoctación, el registro de jornada no altera la aplicación de las reglas generales, debiéndose registrar el tiempo de trabajo efectivo. Este registro no incluirá intervalos de puesta a disposición de la empresa, sin perjuicio de su compensación mediante dietas, etc. ¿Qué medios se pueden usar para el registro de jornada? No se establece modalidad específica, sólo que debe llevarse de forma diaria e incluir inicio y fin de jornada ¿Cómo se debe conservar el registro? Es válido cualquier medio siempre que garantice su fiabilidad e invariabilidad. Deberán conservarse físicamente en el centro de trabajo y ser accesibles de forma inmediata. No es necesario entregar copia a los trabajadores, salvo en el caso de trabajadores con contrato a tiempo parcial o si es solicitado por el trabajador. ¿Qué ocurre con las horas extraordinarias? El registro de la jornada y de horas extraordinarias son obligaciones legales independientes y compatibles. Se deberán registrar tanto las horas ordinarias, como las extraordinarias.

Obligatory record of work day

After the entry into force of the Royal Decree Law 8/2019, on the record of the work day, and the numerous consultations made, the Ministry of Work has published a guide in order to respond to the most important queries. In this article we summarise the most important information to take into account in order to properly record the working day, in accordance with this guide: For which type of workers is it necessary to keep a record of the working day? It should be kept for all types of workers, regardless of their category or professional group, as well as all sectors of activity and companies, provided that they are within the scope of application of the Statute of Workers. Workers who carry out their duties externally, such as sales people, long-distance workers etc. are also obliged to do so. However, there are several exceptions: Special working relations, part-time workers (which will be regulated by what is established in article 12.4c of the ET), Workers with special records that are already regulated, such as road transport, railways, etc.…, Worker members of cooperatives and freelance workers without employees. What happens with workers who carry out teleworking or flexible working days? In these cases, the record will also be required, but here, if they carry out more days than what is established, they will not be taken into account as excess days if when analysing subsequent days, it is accredited that they have fulfilled the ordinary monthly day. Who has the obligation to record the working day with Temporary Employment Agency workers?

With workers contracted through a Temporary Employment Agency, it will be the user company that has to carry out the control (art. 15.1 of Law 14/1994). For outsourcing, the contractor or subcontractor will be obliged to record the time checks. How should the working day be recorded? How are interruptions and trips to other centres or client companies recorded? The record must include a specific start and end time. Also, it will be necessary to include daily breaks. For workers travelling outside the work centre, with or without staying overnight, the record of the working day does not alter the application of the general rules, and it is necessary to record the effective working time. This record will not include intervals of making the company available, without prejudice to compensation through allowances, etc. What means can be used to record the day? No specific form is established, but it is necessary to keep a daily record and include the start and end of the working day. How should the record be kept? Any means is valid provided that it guarantees reliability and invariability. They should be kept physically at the work centre and be immediately accessible. It is not necessary to provide a copy to workers, except in the case of workers with a part-time contract or if requested by the worker. What happens with overtime hours? The record of the day and overtime hours are independent and compatible legal obligations. It is necessary to record both the ordinary and extraordinary hours.

La francesa, que firmó un 69 en la jornada final, tuvo que tirar de casta y calidad en el tramo final para despegarse de la alemana Esther Henseleit, una de

haber fallado cinco cortes en el LPGA Tour, circuito en el que también tiene tarjeta. “Siempre hay altibajos en este deporte. Diez semanas malas y una buena, y esta es la que cuenta. Es difícil encontrar la fuerza para seguir trabajando, creyendo en una misma, y tener disciplina de trabajo. El comienzo de año ha sido un poco flojo y he venido aquí porque sé que juego bien en España para darme un poco de ánimo y confianza antes de volver a América dos meses. El plan ha salido muy bien”.

En Flamingos, como en casa Espectacular segunda prueba del VII Circuito de Golf Sotogrande, disputada en el fantástico trazado de Villa Padierna Golf con un centenar de participantes M. G. En Flamingos, como en casa. Espectacular jornada golfística la vivida en la fantástico recorrido de Flamingos de Villa Padierna Golf, cita correspondiente a la segunda prueba puntuable del calendario del VII Circuito de Golf Sotogrande. Con cerca de un centenar de jugadores, en las impresionantes instalaciones de Villa Padierna; el campo se presentó en unas espectaculares condiciones, en ocasiones poniendo en serios apuros a los jugadores, para este exitoso sábado de mayo. Con salida al tiro a las 9:00 h.; el centenar de participantes comenzaron un recorrido en muy competitivo y no siempre sencillo, con calles ajustadas en algunos de los hoyos (más que complicada esa salida delante del Hotel en el Hoyo 10, entre otros), que elevaron el listón de la jornada. Amplios greenes e impeca-

bles tees, con diferentes cambios de altura durante todo el campo; no pusieron las cosas demasiado fáciles para los jugadores. Un pic-nic a mitad de partida animó a encarar el segundo tramo del recorrido. Una vez finalizada la jornada deportiva, el centenar de participantes se desplazó hasta la zona de la terraza-restaurante (junto el Tee del Hoyo 1), para disfrutar de un exquisito cóctel y presenciar la entrega de premios y sorteo de regalos. Para maridad el menú, los asistentes disfrutaron de dos excelentes vinos Marqués de Riscal (Rueda y Tinto), que acompañaron a la perfección con la gastronomía ofrecida por el servicio de restauración local. Tras el postre, unos selectos combinados cortesía de Barbadillo, Gin Marsh, pusieron el colofón a una degustación de altura. Por

su parte, Gilmar Real Estate (otra de las marcas colaboradoras del circuito), hizo entrega a los jugadores de un welcome pack con diferentes obsequios de la firma inmobiliaria. Respecto a los ganadores, Fabricio Llanza se llevó el trofeo a la Bola más cercana (hoyo 4), mientras que el Drive más largo fue para Daniela Fontana y Guillermo Gutiérrez (premio para ambas categorías en el Hoyo 11). La categoría Damas fue a parar a manos de Jaqueline Tuzi, seguida de Marlene Asher y Daniel Fontana. Ignacio García se llevó la victoria en la Segunda Cat. Caballeros, acompañado en el podio por Santiago Arranz y Francisco Huertas. Por último, Francisco Funes conquistó la Primera Categoría Caballeros, seguido de Nicolás Larrain y Adrei Smetckii.

Spectacular second event of the VII Sotogrande Golf Circuit, held at the fantastic Villa Padierna Golf course with one hundred participants. Juan Carlos Antequera, de Gilmar Consulting Real At Flamingos, just like at home It was a spectacular day of golf at the fantastic Flamingos course at Villa Padierna Golf, an event corresponding to the second qualifying event of the schedule of the VII Sotogrande Golf Circuit. With close to one hundred players, at the impressive facilities of Villa Padierna; was course was in spectacular condition, sometimes causing serious problems for the players, on this successful Saturday in May. La Cañada Golf Club thus hosted the Laborclean Tournament, with a record participation of more than 90 players. On a very sunny day but with a strong western wind, the players were able to enjoy a course in perfect condition at a tournament held under the stableford format. The overall scratch winner of the competition was Rafael Aguilar Herrera. In the Men´s First Category, the winner was Juan Andrés Lara (40 points); followed by Rafael Aguilar (38); Oscar Montilla Gómez (37); and José Gago Fernández (36). Se clausura con éxito el VIII Circuito J80 Sotogrande El ‘Marbella Team’ gana el campeonato en aguas de Sotogrande y se lleva también el Trofeo de Primavera 2019. ‘Urban Arkimedes’ y ‘PF Sailing Team’ se ordenan en el podio absoluto.

Manuel Gil Se confirmaron todas las quinielas posibles, y este fin de semana el J/80 ‘Marbella Team’ ha sellado la victoria en el VIII Circuito Land Rover Future Marina de Sotogrande organizado por el CN Bevelle. El barco de los armadores Pepequín Orbaneja y Juan Luis Páez consigue así su séptimo título absoluto en un circuito que sólo dejó escapar hace un par de temporadas. El barco con bandera del RCM Sotogrande y el CN Sevilla hace además doblete ya que junto al absoluto gana también el Trofeo de Primavera. Le secunda en el podio el ‘Urban Arkimedes’ de John Bassadone, único equipo que ha conseguido arrebatarle una edición al ‘Marbella Team’ y que este año ha plantado cara desde los inicios, señalándose como serio aspirante a un título que comenzó en sus manos de manera provisional. Los de Bassadone sí ponen su nombre al subcampeonato después de pelearlo hasta el final con el ‘PF Sailing Team’ de Petter Fjelstad, ambos equipos protagonistas de un mano

a mano de alto voltaje que se hacía más intenso en los últimos compases del circuito. Por su parte el ‘PF Sailing Team’ luce un extraordinario tercer puesto que suma a su victoria en el Trofeo de Invierno que se cerraba en febrero después de dieciocho pruebas. El circuito finaliza después de nueve entregas y cuarenta y dos pruebas y otro fin de semana que necesitó de la pericia de la flota y el comité de regatas dirigido por el oficial Guillermo Puche para aprovechar un viento juguetón, que pasaba de cero a quince nudos de intensidad y viceversa a lo largo de dos últimas jornadas resueltas con

dos pruebas el sábado y cuatro el domingo. A pesar de llegar al fin de semana como líder solvente, el ‘Marbella Team’ conducido por su co-armador y patrón habitual Juan Luis Páez, lejos de relajarse, ganaba cinco de las seis pruebas disputadas, con un segundo puesto en otra que ganaba el ‘Few Oil’ de Vince Nichols, equipo que no sólo dirimía su particular mano a mano con el ‘Eureka Tech-Marina de Sotogrande’ de Tomás Puerta por el cuarto puesto, sino que se decantaba como el segundo mejor barco de la despedida en franca pelea con los de Bassadone. Tras Nichols y Puerta, el sexto puesto es para el ‘Scotta 1985’ de Horacio Cardarelli, seguido del ‘Centro Fisioterapia Benalmádena’, ‘Caisol Global-Gaesa Cooperativa’ de Rafael Fortes y Felipe Parejo, octavo, ‘Castañer Yachts’ de Iñaki Castañer, ‘Katiusha’ de Javier Millán, ‘Nexum Capital’ de Fico Jiménez Galeote, décimo primero y cierra la clasificación Vidar Hansson con el ‘High Seas’.

Isolas 1892 Moncayo se lleva la victoria en el Torneo de La Quinta en Santa María Polo Club El equipo Isolas 1892 Moncayo se ha proclamado ganador de la VIII edición del Torneo de La Quinta, celebrado en el Santa María Polo Club, tras vencer al conjunto de La Quinta Cazenove por un resultado de 10 a 9, en una gran final.

El equipo integrado por Gomez, Galiene, Bernal e Isola superó en un encuentro decisivo al cuarteto de La Quinta, que tuvo en sus filas a Melentin, Irazabal, Gomez e Iturrioz. Fue el mejor cierre para un gran torneo que durante tres días ofreció muy buen polo y un plan diferente para el fin de semana en las canchas de Los Pinos, sede principal del Santa María Polo Club. La final comenzó con goles del equipo de Isolas que se adelantó en el marcador al principio del primer tiempo, terminando con un empate a tres. Fue en el tercer tiempo cuando el conjunto de Isolas impuso distancia con una diferencia de 6 a 3 goles. Sin embargo el cuarto y último tiempo fue el definitivo, ya que ambos equipos llegaron a los minutos finales igualados a 9 goles. Un em-

Los más pequeños también disfrutaron del día de polo, gracias a los castillos hinchables, juegos y todas actividades preparadas especialmente para ellos. A medida que avanzaba la mañana se fueron congregando los espectadores en torno a las canchas de Los Pinos, animando a los equipos y polistas. Tras la final llegó el momento de la entrega de trofeos a los ganadores, y la degustación para todos los asistentes de un tradicional asado argentino elaborado por el restaurante La Quinta, entre otros platos.
