Parece, así lo indican todos los análisis externos e informaciones, que Sotogrande afronta una nueva era en cuanto al desarrollo de espacios hoteleros y un importante salto de calidad en lo que es hacia lo que deberías ser. Buenas noticias, todas ellas, que parecen estar destinadas a que logre, sino un aumento del número de capas disponibles; sí, al menos, un destacado paso al frente respecto a situarse Sotogrande como un importante destino hotelero de altísima calidad. Por un lado, se confirmó el traspaso de manos en el clásico Tenis Hotel de Sotogrande, de manos de la empresa matriz, al Grupo Alantra (importante entidad de inversión que desde hace algunos años trata de promover su parcela activa de negocio con plazas hoteleras en complejos de alto nivel). Sin duda, más allá de que traiga de la mano nuevos proyectos, ampliaciones o aires renovados, lo que no se puede dudar es que llegan con ganas de impulsar este segmento de negocio en Sotogrande. Potenciando la fertilidad que este terreno tiene aún por explotar en la urbanización. Más o menos, en una sintonía parecida, parece la cada vez más próxima remodelación integral del Hotel Almenara. Desde hace algunos años, concretamente hace dos años y un poco más en el pabellón de la Diputación de Cádiz en FITUR; Marc Topiol, CEO de Sotogrande S.A., anunció por primera vez esta actuación. Todo indica, según fuentes de este medio, que veremos grúas y movimiento de maquinaria antes de final de año en la parte alta de Almenara. El proyecto va dirigido a convertir el resort en un auténtico destino hotelero de gran lujo que se transforme y sirva de referencia en toda la Costa del Sol. Con una profunda obra integral en el complejo. Esperemos vea pronto la luz y se convierta en ese buque insignia, a nivel hotelero, que requiere y merece la zona. Todo ello, unido a que si finalmente cuajan esos proyectos que parecían próximos pero que a veces se dilatan en el tiempo (uno proyecto en Torreguadiaro, otro en los terrenos de La Zagaleta, el Gran Lujo en Los Pinos, etc.). Esperemos que no se detenga la tendencia y sigan los planes de crecimiento.

¿Nos espera un otoño frío o animado?

Does a cold or a lively autumn await us?

Recién salida del horno la sentencia que afecta a los principales mandatarios durante el “Proceso catalán” y con unas elecciones, prácticamente, a tres semanas y a la vuelta de la esquina es complejo abstraerse del rodillo político e informativo que nos rodea. Pero haciendo un esfuerzo por girar hacia un localismo aperturista, me ronda desde hace días una premisa. ¿Estamos ante un innovador “veroño” con altas temperaturas y mucho compromiso empresarial con apuestas e iniciativas de interés para la zona?; ¿o bien nos enfrentamos al último tramo del año con pocas esperanzas de iluminarnos hacia lo positivo?

I am confident that this is the case, I have my doubts, I won´t deny it, but I am confident that although the month of October does not feature a very important event such as the visit of the European Tour to our beloved Valderrama; there are resources, imagination, creativity and a desire to create new adventures during this time of year in order to keep growing, thinking positively and being able to break away from the seasonal tourism that sometimes has a tiring effect on the business community.

El valor de la vivienda crece más de un 2% en la región El mercado inmobiliario no deja de creer aunque congela su ritmo de subida. En consulta con el último índice trimestral de unos portales digitales de referencia en el estudio del sector (Pisos.com), detalla que la vivienda de segunda mano en Andalucía en septiembre de 2019 tuvo un precio medio de 1.638 euros por metro cuadrado y afrontó un descenso del -0,47% frente al mes de junio de 2019. Interanualmente, se produjo una subida del 2,17%. Mensualmente, cayó un

-0,43%, la cuarta más llamativa. Andalucía fue la sexta autonomía más cara, teniendo por delante a Baleares (3.101 /m²), entre otras. En cuanto a la vivienda de segunda mano en España, en septiembre de 2019 registró un precio medio de 1.696 euros por metro cuadrado, arrojando una caída trimestral del -1,15%. De un año a otro, la subida fue del 2,63%, mientras que el recorte mensual fue del -0,09%. “Los precios abandonaron los

grandes porcentajes hace tiempo, tanto de caída como de subida, y es en los últimos meses cuando más visible ha sido ese efecto de calma tensa”. Es la opinión de Ferran Font, director de Estudios del portal, que añade que “la incertidumbre política ha afectado a todos los indicadores del mercado de la vivienda. Además del precio, las hipotecas y las compraventas parecen avanzar a ralentí”. El portavoz del portal inmobiliario señala que todavía quedan algunos meses para que la ac-

tividad se normalice: “Este escenario retrasa decisiones de gran importancia para los profesionales del sector y para la ciudadanía en general”. El experto declara que “algunas inversiones están en la sala de espera mientras se sale del impás ejecutivo”. No obstante, Font asegura que “la situación actual de la vivienda no solo se explica de puertas adentro, sino que otros factores como la amenaza de un Brexit duro o una inesperada evolución al alza del Euríbor deben ser teni-

dos en cuenta”. En cuanto a las capitales andaluzas, Cádiz (2,68%) fue la sexta en el ranking de repuntes nacionales trimestrales, mientras que Sevilla (-2,80%) fue la décima capital española que más se depreció. Frente al pasado año, Cádiz (10,98%) fue la quinta capital española que más subió.

anteriormente gestionado por NH Group), confirmaron a este periódico la venta del Hotel NH Sotogrande al potente grupo internacional inversor Alantra, en lo que supone un paso más en su estrategia de expansión de negocio e integra así al mítico espacio hote-

lero sotograndino en su cartera de últimas adquisiciones en este segmento. Esta misma estrategia, por parte de Alantra REIM (su plataforma para inversiones), pasa por incrementar la gestión activa del grupo con hoteles emplazados en resorts y localizaciones vinculadas al lujo y alto nivel. Denuncian la falta de limpieza en playas y varias zonas de Torreguadiaro Los anexos a La Laguna, diferentes partes de la costa y los accesos a la playa, principales focos de la demanda vecinal Manuel Gil

Mayor atención, limpieza y servicios de mantenimiento. A través de la Plataforma de Vecinos de la Calle de la Iglesia de Torreguadiaro, se realizó una denuncia y llamamiento hacia el actual equipo de gobierno para reclamar un importante incremento respecto a los trabajos de limpieza, mantenimiento y conservación de diferentes puntos de la barriada. Se destaca, principalmente, el cuidado de las playas que tras el arrastre de restos de las últimas

semanas no se ha efectuado, asegunda los vecinos, ningún trabajo especial para mantener en buen nivel la playa de Torreguadiaro y las contiguas. Preocupa también, en esta misma zona, los accesos también a la playa, dónde tristemente se ha convertido casi en todo un habitual ver garrafas tiradas de gasolina (por los cruces de lanchas nocturnos); así como la necesidad de una buena actuación en todo lo aledaño a La Laguna. Sin abandonar la misma zona,

la propia calle de Iglesia de Torreguadiaro y todo lo anexo a los terrenos del TG-22, según la plataforma, precisa de una urgente acción por parte de los equipos de limpieza de la autoridad municipal. En la misma línea, ya se avisa y alerta antes de las primeras lluvias de importancia, nuevamente, la necesidad de acometer algunos trabajos para acondicionar la barriada de los pescadores y evitar futuros problemas derivados por el terreno.

Como si fuera el Moto Perpetuo de Paganini, los políticos ante estas elecciones se mueven sin parar, en un baile que se repite sin aparente final. Esto afecta a todos los principales partidos nacionales. Pedro Sánchez pasó de tener dudas sobre los nacionalismos a esgrimir la bandera de España con gran entusiasmo; de considerar a la ultraizquierda de Podemos un “socio preferente” a proclamar que no habría podido dormir por la noche de haber tenido dicho socio en el Gobierno; y de recomendar políticas económicas expansivas a presentarse como un mandatario serio que recorta el déficit y la deuda pública. Tampoco el Partido Popular puede presumir de coherencia. Pablo Casado empezó con unos mensajes más liberales y por tanto muy alejados del estilo de Mariano Rajoy. Y ha terminado con proclamas centristas, y llevando en su candidatura en un sitio preponderante a Ana Pastor, que es políticamente idéntica a Rajoy. “Es buen momento para recordar a nuestros lectores que todo aquel que sea no residente en España, pero que posea algún inmueble urbano situado en territorio español, debe tributar por dicho inmueble en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residente....”

Nuevo acuerdo fiscal entre España y Reino Unido en relación a Gibraltar, Brexit y Tributación de personas físicas no residentes en España El pasado día 4 de marzo 2019 España y Reino Unido firmaron un Acuerdo en materia de fiscalidad e intereses financieros con Gibraltar, de cuyo contenido este despacho ha informado ampliamente en una anterior edición de este periódico. Somos de la opinión de que en el caso de un Brexit con o sin acuerdo, dicho Acuerdo fiscal seguirá siendo aplicable, siempre por supuesto que haya sido ratificado por ambos países que en estos momentos sigue siendo asignatura pendiente. En lo que respecta a la residencia fiscal de personas físicas, nos tendremos que remitir a la normativa interna de cada territorio, y en caso de conflicto, se establecen una serie de reglas para su resolución, estableciéndose que será residente fiscal en España aquella persona que cumpla alguna de las siguientes circunstancias: 1. Si pernocta más de 183 días en España en el año natural. Las ausencias esporádicas (fuera de ambos territorios) se sumarán al territorio donde se ubiquen la mayor parte de las pernoctaciones; 2. El cónyuge o persona de relación similar, ascendientes o descendientes dependientes, tienen su residencia habitual en España; 3. La única vivienda permanente a su disposición está en España; 4. Dos tercios de los activos netos que se posean directa o indirectamente estén en España.

A partir de la firma del Acuerdo, los nacionales españoles no podrán trasladar su residencia fiscal a Gibraltar, de igual forma que los extranjeros residentes en España que trasladen su residencia fiscal a Gibraltar se les aplicará la cuarentena fiscal, que hasta el momento solo aplicaba a los nacionales españoles. En caso de que se den tales requisitos, la consecuencia será que dicha persona (extranjero residente en España) seguirá siendo tratada como residente en España durante el año en que traslade su residencia y los cuatro siguientes, haciéndoles tributar aquí por la conocida como renta mundial o worldwide income, es decir, por toda la renta que obtenga, independientemente de donde provenga. Es buen momento para recordar a nuestros lectores que todo aquel que sea no residente en España, pero que posea algún inmueble urbano situado en territorio español, debe tributar por dicho inmueble en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residente. Nos gustaría recordarles que el plazo de vencimiento de este impuesto es el 31 de Diciembre de 2019. New international agreement on taxation between Spain and The United Kingdom relating to Gibraltar, Brexit and Taxation of non-residents in Spain On 4 March 2019, Spain and the United Kingdom signed an Agreement on taxation and the protection of financial interests regarding Gibraltar, the contents of which have been the subject matter of a detailed article published by Hassans in a previous edition of this newspaper. We are of the view that in the event of a Brexit, with or without a deal, the Agreement will continue to apply, assuming it is ratified by both countries, which it still pending. With regard to the tax residency of natural persons, the domestic law of each country will apply. In the event of a conflict, tie-breaking rules will apply by virtue of which a natural person will be tax resident in Spain in any one of the following circumstances: 1. If he/she spends over 183 overnight stays of the calendar year in Spain. Sporadic absences in Spain or Gibraltar will be added to the time where the individual spends the majority of his/ her overnight stays; 2. His/her spouse or the natural person with whom a similar relationship has been established, and/or any dependent ascendants or descendants, resides or reside habitually in Spain; 3. The only permanent home at his/her disposal is in Spain; or 4.Two thirds of his/her net assets, whether held directly or in-

directly, are located in Spain. As from the date of the Agreement, Spanish nationals will not be able to move their tax residency to Gibraltar. Equally, non-Spanish nationals who are residents in Spain and move their tax residency to Gibraltar will be treated as tax residents of Spain in the tax period in which the change of residency occurs and during the four subsequent tax years, which had until then only been applicable to Spanish nationals. In the above circumstances, such person (a non-Spanish national resident of Spain) will not lose tax residency in Spain in the tax period in which the change of residency takes place and during the four subsequent tax years, being liable to Spanish tax on his/her worldwide income and gains, regardless of whether such income and gains have arisen. This is a timely moment to remind our readers that non-residents of Spain who own a property in the Spanish territory are liable for the payment on Non-Resident Income Tax on such property. Comunidad Remitido de prensa El pasado 16 de Abril denunciábamos en este medio y bajo el título “La EUC de La Marina el Cuento de nunca Acabar”, la pasividad de las instituciones ante un problema que lleva enquistado desde el año 2015. Pues bien ahora nuevamente, y desde que el pasado 25 de Abril se aprobó en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, la Constitución de la EUC de La Marina, continuamos esperando a que el Ayuntamiento de San Roque se digne poner los medios para llevar a cabo la resolución aprobada, SEIS MESES!!!!. Resulta realmente paradójico e indignante la celeridad con la que las instituciones exigen y ejecutan los pagos de los impuestos, la multas o todas aquellas decisiones que implican algún tipo de pago por parte de sus administrados (IBI, Basura, Carruajes, etc..), y la tranquilidad con la que se toma la solución de uno de los problemas que mas gravemente está afectado a los propietarios de La Marina de Sotogrande, desde hace décadas. Es aun más indignante que tras

La Asociación de Consumidores y Usuarios de La Marina de Sotogrande (ACUMAR), denuncia la pasividad de las instituciones para resolver a favor de la creación de una entidad de conservación, una situación que lleva estancada en terreno municipal, prácticamente, desde hace seis meses

DOS MESES!! iniciales de espera, desde el día 13 de Junio en que se publicó la resolución del Pleno y tras DIEZ cartas, correos y escritos presentados en el registro, dirigidos; al responsable técnico de Urbanismo, al concejal de Urbanismo, a la secretaria del Ayuntamiento, al jefe de la Alcaldía y al propio Alcalde, solicitando la puesta en marcha de la EUC, ofreciendo la colaboración de la Asociación y pidiendo mantener una reunión aclaratoria con el Alcalde, NO hayamos recibido respuesta alguna. Esta situación no puede conti-

nuar eternamente y hemos de tener en consideración que, una vez se acordó el pasado mes de Abril, la Constitución de la nueva Entidad Urbanística de Conservación de La Marina y publicado debidamente en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, cabe interpretar que el Régimen Especial de La Marina ha quedado automáticamente extinguido y, en consecuencia también, la obligación de pago por parte de los propietarios de la Marina de Sotogrande de estos servicios que Conservación de La Marina, S.L. (antes Sotogrande, S.A.) viene prestando,

tal y como viene previsto en el propio Clausulado del REM. Pues bien, o se reacciona de forma inmediata por parte del Ayuntamiento exigiendo a la urbanizadora Sotogrande S.A la finalización y entrega inmediata de la urbanización y dotando paralelamente a la nueva EUC de la estructura que sus Estatutos prevén, convocando la Asamblea Constituyente de propietarios, cuya celebración, dicho sea de paso, estaba prevista para el mes de Julio, o nos veremos abocados a un conflicto de consecuencias impredecibles, ante el limbo jurídico

que se avecina. Está situación ya no puede alargarse más, por tanto, exigimos al Ayuntamiento la inmediata recepción final de las obras de La Marina y en su defecto la EJECUCIÓN DE LOS AVALES de acuerdo con sus propios decretos y resoluciones. Igualmente, y también de forma inmediata, se convoque la Asamblea General Constituyente de la Entidad, de manera que ésta pueda entrar en funcionamiento el 1 de Enero de 2020 y evitemos la situación de desgobierno y falta de gestión que de otra forma se va a producir. De no resolverse esta situación en las próximas semanas y tal como ya hemos anticipado en reiteradas ocasiones, la Asociación de Consumidores y Usuarios de La Marina (ACUMAR) se verá, ahora sí, avocada a pedir amparo de los tribunales, por todas las vías disponibles, en defensa de los MIL DOSCIENTOS ciudadanos que están viendo pisoteado su derecho a una gestión legal, digna y equitativa de su complejo urbanístico.

The Association of Consumers and Users of Sotogrande Marina (ACUMAR) has condemned the passivity of institutions in ruling in favour of the creation of a conservation entity, a situation that has been at a standstill at a municipal level for practically six months On 16 April in this newspaper and under the title “UCE of Sotogrande Marina, the never-ending story”, we denounced the passivity of the institutions in the face of a problem that has been entrenched since 2015. And now again, on 25 April the Plenary of the Council approved the Constitution of the UCE of the Marina, we continue to wait for the Council of San Roque to bother itself to provide the resources to implement the ruling that was approved SIX MONTHS AGO!!! It is highly paradoxical and shocking to see the speed with which institutions demand and implement the payments of taxes, fines or all the decisions that entail any kind of

payment by those it governs (property tax, waste, right of access, etc...) and how relaxed they are when it comes to resolving one of the problems that has most seriously affected the owners of Sotogrande Marina for decades. It is even more outrageous that after the initial TWO MONTHS of waiting, since 13 June when the Plenary ruling was published and after TEN letters, emails and documents presented at the registry, sent; to the technical manager of Urban Planning, the councillor of Urban Planning, the secretary of the Council, the head of the Mayoral Office and the Mayor himself requesting the launch of the UCE, offering the collaboration of the Asso-

ciation and asking to hold a clarification meeting with the Mayor, we have NOT received any response. This situation cannot go on forever and we must consider that, once agreed in April, the Constitution of the new Urban Conservation Entity of the Marina and duly published in the Official Bulletin of the Province, it can be considered that the Special Regime of the Marina has been automatically terminated, and so too consequently has the obligation of the owners of Sotogrande Marina to pay for these services that Conservación de La Marina, S.L. (previously Sotogrande, S.A.) has been provided, as outlined in the Clause of the REM.

So, either the Council reacts immediately, demanding that the developer Sotogrande S.A. finishes and immediately delivers the resort, and alongside this provides the new UCE with the structure established in its Statutes, summoning the Constituent Assembly of owners, which by the way, was due to take place in July, or we will face a conflict with unpredictable consequences, faced with the legal limbo that is approaching. This situation cannot be extended any longer, therefore we request that the Council immediately delivers the works of the Marina and failing that, the ENFORCEMENT OF THE GUARANTEES in accordance with its own decrees

and rulings. Likewise, and also immediately, the General Constituent Assembly should be summoned, so that it can begin functioning on 1 January 2020 and we can avoid a situation with misrule and a lack of management that will otherwise occur. If this situation is not resolved in the coming weeks and as we have announced on repeated occasions, the Association of Consumers and Users of the Marina (ACUMAR) will now be compelled to request protection from the courts, via all possible means, in defence of the ONE THOUSAND TWO-HUNDRED citizens whose right to legal, decent and fair management of their resort is being trampled on.

Comunidad • Entidades públicas y privadas recriminan la postura de la APBA que plantea su uso durante la temporada turística más baja. • El pasado verano, tras varias iniciativas en meses anteriores, se realizó una concentración vecinal en la playa de Torreguadiaro.

Rotundo rechazo, al posible fondeadero frente a Sotogrande Manuel Gil Pocas veces, la frase “no es no”, ha estado más de moda en nuestros días. En este caso, frente a la posibilidad de un fondeadero frente a las aguas de Sotogrande por parte de diferentes organismos públicos y privados de la zona. Esta postura toma de nuevo vigencia tras las recientes declaraciones del presidente de la APBA, Gerardo Landaluce, que aseguró que para el puerto “es vital el tener dicho fondeadero exterior, aunque sólo fuera en temporada turística baja”. Concretamente, el alcalde de San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, reiteró el frontal y categó-

rico rechazo a las pretensiones de la Autoridad Portuaria de la Bahía de Algeciras de instalar, en aguas frente a las costas de San Roque, de un fondeadero exterior. “Que quede totalmente claro, estamos totalmente en contra del Fondeadero Exterior, y vamos a hacer todo lo posible para que el Fondeadero exterior no llegue a nuestras costas”, aseguró Ruiz Boix. El alcalde recordó que “tenemos una servidumbre de actuaciones industriales y portuarias por las que hemos perdido ya casi 6 kilómetros de costa, y no vamos a permitir, ni ahora ni nunca, de contar con un fondeadero en las

costas de San Roque”. “Si hay alguien que tenga interés en contar con un fondeadero o en ampliar actividades industriales, que piensen en otros municipios, porque entendemos que somos un municipio que ha puesto ya excesivo suelo industrial a disposición de la construcción del PIB de Andalucía”, indicó. El alcalde entiende que con sus declaraciones de ayer, el presidente de la APBA “reconoce implícitamente el que hay afecciones del fondeadero al sector turismo, dada su propuesta de hacerlo sólo en temporada baja, para no afectar al turismo, por lo que reconoce dicha afección”. Esa pretensión, sin embargo, choca frontalmente con los esfuerzos que se llevan a cabo desde el consistorio sanroqueño y las empresas turísticas desde hace años en “desestacionalizar el turismo en la zona del Guadiaro, y que el turismo esté presente los 365 días del año”. Por ello, “no queremos el fondeadero exterior ni en primavera, ni en verano, ni en otoño ni en invierno, y eso es lo que

debe quedar meridianamente claro. Queremos una evaluación ambiental estratégica que valore más alternativas, y que la elegida no atente contra el sector turístico deportivo en San Roque, vinculado al Valle del Guadiaro y Sotogrande”. Hemeroteca El pretendido fondeadero se extenderá desde Gibraltar hasta la costa de Málaga por lo que el impacto será más grave. El Ayuntamiento de San Roque lideró el año 2017 la movilización de vecinos, empresas y ecolo-

gistas contra esta medida, con acciones como unas charlas informativas en las que participaron centenares de personas. Ello provocó que la APBA anunciara en mayo de 2017 que iba a paralizar la tramitación del fondeadero en el litoral turístico sanroqueño hasta conocer el resultado de un estudio de alternativas. Tras retomar la APBA en agosto del pasado año el tema, más de un millar de personas rechazó el fondeadero de la APBA con una cadena humana en Torreguadiaro, en un acto convocado por Verdemar.

Outright rejection of possible anchoring ground off Sotogrande • Public and private entities condemn the position of the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras (APBA) which proposes its use during the lowest tourist season. • Last summer, after several initiatives in previous months, a gathering of residents was held on Torreguadiaro beach. There have been few times when the phrase “no means no” has been so fashionable at present. In this case, against the possibility of an anchoring ground in the waters off Sotogrande by different public and private bodies in the area. This position is once again gaining significance after recent declarations by the president of the APBA, Gerardo Landaluce, who stated that for the port “it is crucial to have the exterior anchoring ground, even if only in the low tourist season”. Specifically, the mayor of San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, repeated the head on and categorical rejection of the aims of the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras (APBA) to install an exterior anchoring ground in waters off the coast of San Roque. “Let´s be completely clear, we are totally against the Exterior Anchoring Ground, and we are going to do everything possible to ensure that the exterior anchoring ground does not come to our coasts” stated Ruiz Boix. think about other municipalities, because we believe that we are a municipality that has already provided an excessive amount of industrial land for the creation of GDP in Andalusia” he indicated. The mayor considers that with his declarations yesterday, the president of the APBA “implicitly acknowledges that the anchoring ground affects the tourist sector, given his proposal to only do it in the down season, in order not to affect tourism, therefore he acknowledges this affect”. However, this aim clashes head on with the efforts made by the council of San Roque and tourist companies for years to “break away from seasonal tourism in the Guadiaro area, and for tourism to have a presence 365 days a year”. Thus “we don´t want the exterior anchoring ground in either spring, summer, autumn or winter, and that must be made perfectly clear. We want a strategic environmental evaluation that assesses more alternatives, and

the one chosen should not harm the sporting tourist sector in San Roque, linked to Valle del Guadiaro and Sotogrande”. From the archives The intended anchoring ground will extend from Gibraltar to the coast of Malaga therefore the impact will be more serious. In 2017, the Council of San Roque led the mobilisation of residents, companies and ecologists against this measures, with actions such as information talks in which hundreds of people took part. That led the APBA to announce in May 2017 that it was going to postpone the procedure for the anchoring ground in the tourist coastline of San Roque until it found out the result of a study on alternatives. After the APBA returned to the subject in August last year, more than a thousand people rejected the anchoring ground of the APBA with a human chain in Torreguadiaro, in an event organised by Verdemar.

Bolero eco y eco ansiedad Hace unos días me prepare para ir a la oficina a trabajar un rato. De camino, en la via de servicio de Mar y Sol – Pueblo Nuevo vi a un sr recogiendo plásticos y desperdicios y metiéndolos en una bolsa. Vi que cerca de él había un pequeño puesto de venta de bolas de golf y una vieja moto de pequeña cilindrada. Deduje enseguida que era una “bolero” intentando embellecer su puesto de trabajo. Tengo que reconocer que me conmovió. No porque fuera bolero o porque estuviera en su puesto ilegal, en pleno sol intentando sacarse unos pocos euros para subsistir. Lo llevo viendo desde años y nunca había parado porque no me gustan los puestos ilegales y la competencia desleal que hacen a las tiendas y comercios que pagan sus impuestos y que se rigen según las normas de nuestro sistema. Por muy precaria que sea la situación de estas personas nuestro estado de derecho tiene los medios (o me gustaría creer que los tiene) para ayudar a personas en estas situaciones a salir ade-

lante y reintroducirlas en nuestro sistema de empleo oficial. Pero no me quiero salir del asunto que quería relatar. Me conmovió porque era la primera persona que había visto en años recogiendo de forma voluntaria deshechos (sobre todo plásticos). Sé que hay muchas otras personas que lo hacen pero no lo había visto de manera tan clara hasta ese momento y me pareció un gesto “heroico”. Pare para hablar con él pero siendo cauto. Todavía sospechaba que su impulso “eco” se debía más a un propósito mercantil (mejorar la estética de su puesto de trabajo) que a un fin altruista. -Buenos días!, que tal por aquí -Mire Ud, intentando vender bolas y de paso recogiendo la basura que hay en esta carretera. No puedo quedarme quieto viendo tanta suciedad. Es la 3era bolsa que he recogido esta mañana. Quiere comprar bolas? Le dije la verdad; me había parado porque su gesto me había

conmovido y no tenía interés en comprar bolas de golf. Me explico que llevaba años “disputándose” la rotonda de Mar y Sol con otro “Bolero” y, según él, mientras él recogía basura su competencia ensuciaba. Me parecía una ocurrencia muy simple ya que las toneladas de plástico de esas carreteras no se pueden deber al otro bolero sino a los miles de conductores y viajeros que pasan por allí todas las semanas (yo incluido) y que de forma voluntaria echan desechos por las ventanillas. En cualquier caso allí estaba él con su motito, su vida humilde y su acción “heroica” dejándome en evidencia sin saberlo porque yo no había tenido hasta entonces el valor de hacer lo que él hacía de forma frecuente. Yo no tiro cosas por la ventanilla e intento reciclar en casa pero está claro que eso ya es insuficiente. Que Sotogrande y sus alrededores son una maravilla no es una novedad, pero podríamos tener las calles y zonas verdes mucho más limpias…., no solo ya por un tema estético sino para reducir

nuestra “eco ansiedad” (termino que escuche por primera vez hace solo unos días). Creo que esta “eco ansiedad” la sufrimos casi todos: tenemos la sensación de que estamos haciendo un grave daño a la naturaleza y, por consiguiente, a nuestras próximas generaciones y no estamos haciendo prácticamente nada por resolverlo. Lo vemos todos los días en los telediarios y en los informes medioambientales pero es como si estuviéramos viendo una película desagradable….y no nos conmueve lo suficiente como para coger una bolsa y salir a la calle para recoger deshechos y convertirnos por unos minutos en pequeños “héroes”.

Debemos movilizarnos para limpiar aquellas zonas donde el estado no pone atención. No hay que echar la culpa al estado para justificar nuestra pasividad y estoy seguro que esto nos hará sentirnos mucho mejor aparte de mejorar mucho el aspecto de nuestro entorno con el beneficio ecológico y económico que esto tendría. Con la ayuda del Periódico de Sotogrande vamos a convocar quedadas para aquellos “voluntarios” que quieran participar durante 30 minutos o 1 hora para recoger basura y documentarlo. Será interesante saber cuánta basura habrá en nuestra zona y lo bonito que estará todo cuando nos “libremos” de ella.

I believe that almost all of us

are suffering from this “eco anxiety”: we have the feeling that we are causing serious damage to nature and, consequently, to future generations and we are doing practically nothing to resolve this. We see it almost every day in the news and environmental reports but it is as if we are watching an unpleasant film...and we are not moved enough to pick up a bag and head out to the street to pick up rubbish and become little “heroes” for a few minutes. We need to mobilise in order to clean the areas that the state doesn´t pay attention to. It isn´t necessary to blame the state in order to justify our passivity and I am sure that this will make us feel a lot better, and also really improve the look of our environment with the ecological and economic benefit this would entail. With the help of Periódico de Sotogrande we are going to organise meet-ups for “volunteers” who want to participate for 30 minutes or 1 hour to collect waste and document it. It will be interesting to find out how much waste there will be in our area and how beautiful everything will be when we are “free” of it.

Eco-ball man and eco-anxiety A few days ago I got ready to head to the office to work for a while. On the way, on the Mar y Sol - Pueblo Nuevo service road I saw a man collecting plastic and rubbish and putting it in a bag. I saw that close to him there was a little stand selling golf balls and an old motorbike with a small-capacity engine. I immediately deduced that he was a “ball man” trying to make his place of work look nicer. I must admit that it moved me. Not because he was a ball man or because he was in his illegal stand, right under the sun trying to earn a few Euros to survive. I have seen for years and had never stopped because I don´t like illegal stands and how they compete unfairly with shops and businesses that pay their taxes and that are governed according to the rules of our system. However precarious the situation of these people, our rule of law has the resources (or I would like to believe that it has them) to help people in these situations to progress and to reintroduce them in our official employment system. However, I don´t want to get away

from the subject I wanted to talk about. I was moved because he was the first person I had seen in years voluntarily collecting rubbish (especially plastic). I know that lots of other people do it but I had not seen it so clearly up until then and it seemed like an “heroic” deed. I stopped to talk to him but remaining cautious. I still suspected that his “eco” drive was more due to business reasons (improving the look of his stand) than altruism. -Hello! How are things around here -Well, I´m trying to sell balls, and along the way I´m picking up the rubbish on this road. I can´t sit still when I see so much dirt. He explained that he had spent years “battling” for the Mar y Sol roundabout with another “Ball man” and according to him, while he collected waste his competitor made the place dirty. La ‘BiblioPlaya’ de Torreguadiaro, ejemplo de éxito y proyecto a exportar

Según los datos de la encuesta, dos de cada tres visitantes era de sexo femenino; predominaron los lectores con edades entre 35 y 60 años, así como de público infantil acompañado. Además, la totalidad de los encuestados aprueba repetir y ampliar el servicio al mes de julio, y también valoraron positivamente el conocimiento y asesoramiento mostrado por el personal asignado.

Superar el miedo al compromiso en tres pasos: A lo largo de la vida, vamos tomando decisiones para alcanzar nuestros objetivos, aprender y crecer. Cuando estamos en una relación de pareja, transitamos diversas etapas, integrando cada una de ellas a la anterior y acercándose, paso a paso, a la realización de un proyecto conjunto. With the help of the mediator, ways of saying this to the partner without arguing are tested out. 3.- Having explained fears and reservations about commitment to the partner with whom, in turn, work will have been carried out in order for them to receive this information with gratitude, understanding and not to take it as a personal insult, ways of tackling and changing the problem and creating a new situation are created in a joint session. A la jornada siguiente, turno para la convivencia y la expedición con la III Ruta de las Recoveras entre Gibraltar y Casares. Noviembre arranca fuerte con el IV Encuentro de Dibujantes en Casares. sentará la obra de Gastón Quiroga “Un mundo sin ceros”. Una interesante y disparatada historia, en una sociedad distópica, que será interpretada por el Escuela Municipal de Teatro de Casares (Grupo Juvenil). Y como colofón al mes de noviembre, el sábado 30 a partir de las 22: 30 h. en el Centro Cultural Blas Infante, momento para el buen humor y la risa de la mano del III Concurso de Monólogos y Comedia de Casares, presentado por ‘Txapela de Cádiz’. Para el último periodo del año, en diciembre, la Navidad juega un papel fundamente, como no podía ser de otro modo, en las actividades y citas, entre las que destaca la celebración del X Belén Viviente de Casares. Además, en plenas fiestas, el 28 de diciem-

bre, habrá también espacio para los amantes del flamenco con el I Festival de Aficionados Flamencos de Casares. Guadiaro disfruta de la III Feria de Comercio Diferentes establecimientos, empresas y firmas comerciales con actividad en el

Valle del Guadiaro dan a conocer sus productos y servicios durante la celebración del evento Manuel Gil Numerosas personas asistieron a las actividades programadas durante las dos jornadas de las que contó la celebración en Guadiaro de la III Feria de Comercio 2019, en el recinto ferial de Guadiaro. La Feria de Comercio del Valle del Guadiaro se celebró en el recinto ferial de Guadiaro, y se contó con la participación de los siguientes negocios: Inmobiliaria MG, Sound Suite, Novena Provincia, Garden Motor, Sotorental, Boutique del Corcho, Modas Geyna y El Rincón de Leyre. Hay que recordar que esta cita en el Valle del Guadiaro estaba prevista inicialmente para finales de agosto, pero se aplazó al co-

nocerse el fallecimiento de la pequeña Sara. Tras una jornada inaugural que contó con un desfile de moda organizado por Modas Leyre y

Modas Geyna, posteriormente el público disfrutó de una actuación de baile flamenco del grupo de Vanesa Orrán. Respecto al sábado, los asistentes

pudieron disfrutar de una exhibición del equipo canino de la Policía Local y de la actuación del grupo de baile Soul Fusion, y el cierre lo puso la actuación

del grupo musical Compás Flamenco. Además, la empresa Diviértete realizó actividades de animación infantil, como pinta-caras y globoflexia.

Obligación de presentación del Impuesto sobre la Renta de no residentes por ser propietario de inmuebles en España

Los no residentes en España que sean propietarios de uno o más inmuebles en el país deben presentar el modelo 210 en Hacienda, aunque el inmueble no haya estado alquilado durante el ejercicio. • Al Igual que sucede con los residentes fiscales en España, el propietario de un inmueble urbano no alquilado, debe declarar la imputación de renta inmobiliaria. El coste fiscal de esta obligación es mínimo, pero es obligatorio. En caso de residentes en la Unión Europea y Espacio Económico Europeo, el rendimiento a declarar será la cantidad resultante de aplicar el 2% del valor catastral del inmueble (1,1% si está actualizado), aplicándose sobre el resultado el tipo de gravamen del 19% (el tipo será del 24% en caso de residentes fuera de la UE y EEE), dándonos así la cuota a pagar. La declaración correspondiente a dichos rendimientos se realizará durante todo el año natural siguiente al devengo -siendo la fecha del devengo el 31 de diciembre-, es decir los rendimientos presuntos correspondientes al ejercicio 2018, se pueden declarar durante todo el año 2019, siendo la fecha máxima el día 31/12/2019. • En cambio, si su inmueble ha estado alquilado, deberá presentar el modelo 210 trimestralmente, declarando los ingresos y gastos de cada trimestre. En este caso, los residentes en países de la Unión Europea o del Espacio Económico Europeo, podrán deducir del im-

porte íntegro cobrado, los gastos inherentes al alquiler (por ejemplo, los intereses de un préstamo solicitado para adquirir el inmueble, los gastos de reparación y conservación, el Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles, los gastos de comunidad, suministros, amortizaciones...), y el tipo de gravamen será del 19% sobre el rendimiento neto. En caso de no residentes en la UE o EEE, no podrán deducir gasto alguno del importe íntegro que se cobre al arrendatario, y el tipo de gravamen será del 24%, sobre dicho importe. Si el inmueble se encuentra alquilado a un particular, el modelo a utilizar para declarar dichos arrendamientos también será el Modelo 210 Impuesto sobre la Renta de no Residentes sin establecimiento permanente. El plazo de presentación e ingreso en este caso será los veinte primeros días naturales de los meses de abril, julio, octubre y enero, en relación con las rentas cuya fecha de devengo esté comprendida en el trimestre natural anterior. Cuando el inmueble sea propiedad de un sólo individuo, de un matrimonio o de varias personas, cada una de ellas es un contribuyente independiente, por lo que deberán presentar declaraciones separadas. Es decir tantas declaraciones como personas individuales sean propietarias y como propiedades existan. Tras recorrer varios países, acaba instalándose en una aldea de apenas ochenta habitantes al sur de España, desde donde atrajo a personajes variopintos como cineastas, escritores y multimillonarios caprichosos que fueron transformando la aldea. La idea de Rosalinda era formar una colonia de élite en aquel lugar tan privilegiado, y casi lo consigue, si no es por el capricho de un gobernante vengativo que la castiga cuando sus

En la presentación de esta biografía novelada de Rosalinda Fox, donde se entremezclan realidad y ficción, colaboran las delegaciones de Cultura y Bibliotecas. En “Las doncellas de la espía” se narra la historia de Rosalinda Fox, la que fuera “antena” del imperio británico. Nació en Calcuta en el primer cuarto del s. XX de donde salió a los

Otras doce fotografías fueron elegidas como segundas clasificadas. En total han sido de 120 participantes, procedentes de todo el país e incluso algún extranjero, y han sido 252 las fotografías presentadas, triplicándose las del pasado año, lo que da una idea de la dimensión del concurso. La finalidad del concurso fue seleccionar 13 instantáneas relacionadas con la lectura para su posterior publicación en el Calendario de la Lectura 2020 de la Red de Bibliotecas. El primer y único premio consiste en 150 euros. Además, la fotografía ganadora se publicará en la portada del Calendario de la Lectura 2020 de la Red de Bibliotecas de San Roque. El segundo premio consistirá en la publicación de las doce mejores fotografías en el interior del citado calendario. Las 20 fotografías mejor valoradas por el jurado (finalistas) serán expuestas en la web de la Red de Bibliotecas de San Roque.

Educación Excelencia y premios a la formación científica El Colegio Puerblanco-Montecalpe es galardonado hasta en dos ocasiones en el Concurso Internacional “Ciencia en Acción”, celebrado en Alcoy Valores, educación y formación científica. El Colegio Puertoblanco – Montecalpe resultó premiado hasta en dos ocasiones, recientemente, durante el Concurso Internacional “Ciencia En Acción”, celebrado en el municipio alicantino de Alcoy. Este certamen es uno de los mayores y prestigiosos eventos de educación científica que tienen lugar en España y cuenta con una importante repercusión de carácter internacional en la comunidad educativa. En concreto, los alumnos fueron galardonados con el premio ‘Agora’, además de recibir la “Mención de Honor” en la categoría STEM, por el proyecto Ciencia

para esos locos bajitos”, presentado por las profesoras Palma García y Auxi Medina. Destacó, de manera notable, la extraordinaria defensa que los alumnos realizaron sobre la iniciativa, consistente en un trabajo con diferentes ilusiones ópticas a través de conceptos matemáticos y físicos. Detallaron que la mayoría de los materiales empleados en el proyecto, se trataban de restos reciclados y recopilados por alumnos de cinco años de edad. Por otro lado, citar también, el proyecto presentado en la categoría de Biología por un grupo alumnos de Montecalpe, en compañía de los profesores Cándido López y

Germán González. Un interesante trabajo, “Versatilidad Morfológica o Selección Natural. Una especia con dos caras”, sobre la morfología de una especie en dos ecotipos, con la medición de la intensidad de corriente. Resaltar que este concurso está destinado a profesores, investigadores, profesionales y divulgadores de la comunidad científica. Su principal objetivo es transmitir la Ciencia de una forma motivadora. Este año ha contado con 500 trabajos presentados, de los que se han seleccionado 80. Entre ellos, Puertoblanco – Montecalpe, alcanzó la fase final obteniendo dos premios.

Colegio Puertoblanco – Montecalpe recently received two awards during the International “Science in Action” Competition, held in the Alicante municipality of Alcoy. This competition is one of the biggest and most prestigious events in scientific education that take place in Spain and it has a significant international impact on the educational community. Specifically, the pupils were awarded the “Agora” prize, and also received a “Mention of Honour” in the STEM category for the project “Science for those crazy little short people”, presented by the teachers Palma García and Auxi Medina. What really stood out was the extraordinary defence that the pupils offered of the initiative, which con-

sisted of a project with different optical illusions created through concepts of mathematics and physics. They outlined that most of the materials used in the project were waste that was recycled and collected by five-year-old pupils. On the other hand, it is also worth mentioning the project presented

in the Biology category by a group of Montecalpe pupils, accompanied by the teachers Cándido López and Germán González. An interesting project “Morphological Versatility or Natural Selection. A species with two faces” on the morphology of a species in two ecotypes, with measurement of current intensity. It is worth highlighting that this competition is targeted at teachers, researchers, professionals and communicators from the scientific community. Its main objective is to transmit Science in a motivational way. This year 500 projects were submitted, of which 80 were selected. Among them, Puertoblanco – Montecalpe, reached the final phase, obtaining two prizes.

“Vamos a Regalar Sonrisas” en Guadiaro, que partió desde el recinto ferial para recaudar fondos para dicho colectivo; se

trataba de una cita en apoyo a la asociación “Por una Sonrisa”, dedicada a los niños enfermos de cáncer y a sus fami-

lias. Tal fue el éxito, que de unos 300 inscritos previstos inicialmente por la organización, se pasó finalmente a los 800 dorsales en ambas carreras. La I Carrera Solidaria “Vamos a Regalar Sonrisas” contó con la organización de la Asociación de Madres y Padres de Alumnos “Cerro Redondo”, del CEIP Gloria Fuertes junto a “Por una Sonrisa” y el CD Guadiaro. Colaboran el Ayuntamiento de San Roque, la Diputación de

Cádiz y la empresa Multimedia. La carrera constaba de dos recorridos: el infantil, de 1,3 kilómetros ; y el de adultos, de 4 kilómetros. En la recogida de dorsales, como símbolo de la asociación “Por una Sonrisa” se entregaba a cada participante una nariz de payaso.

Close to 800 participants supported the I “We are going to give away smiles” Charity Race in Guadiaro, which departed from the fair enclosure in order to raise money for the aforementioned group; it was an event to support the “For a Smile” association, dedicated to children who suffer from cancer and their families. It was so successful that, the 300

people registered initially planned by the organisation, ultimately rose to 800 people on both races. The I “We are going to give away smiles” Charity Race was organised by the “Cerro Redondo” Parent´s Association of CEIP Gloria Fuertes alongside “For a Smile” and CD Guadiaro. The Council of San Roque, Provincial Council of Cadiz and the company Multimedia collaborated. The race consisted of two routes:

the children´s route, 1.3 kilometres; and the adult´s route, 4 kilometres. At the collection of numbers, as a symbol of the “For a Smile” association, each participant was given a clown´s nose.

La Reserva de Sotogrande acoge la Final de la BMW Golf Cup 2019

El impresionante trazado de La Reserva de Sotogrande acogió la Gran Final Nacional de la BMW Golf Cup 2019, competición que celebra su clausura por segundo año consecutivo en el extraordinario campo sotograndino. Tras disputarse nada menos que doce citas clasificatorias, una de ellas recientemente y muy cerquita (Alcaidesa Links Golf), los clasificados (muchos de ellos de procedencia internacional), disfrutan de unos días de lujo (el tiempo y la temperatura así lo acompañan), en uno de los complejos más exclusivos del sur de Europa como es La Reserva de Sotogrande. Resaltar que tuvieron lugar las instalaciones del Hotel Alme-

nara diferentes eventos como cócteles, encuentros y entrega de premios, que amenizaron la celebración del torneo. La entrega de premios de la final, además se celebró en el mitíco Real Club Valderrama.

Respecto a la parte deportiva, en la primera categoría de caballeros, Víctor Manuel Bravo, representante de BMW Madrid, resultó primer clasificado con 73 golpes netos. En la segunda categoría fue Ángel Blázquez, repre-

sentante de BMW Bertolín, quien claramente se alzó con la victoria gracias a sus 74 golpes netos. Mariola Segarra, representante de BMW Maberauto, fue la líder de la tabla en la categoría de damas terminando con 78 gol-

pes netos, uno menos que la segunda clasificada. Golf en mayúsculas y cochazos apostados en la puerta de la Casa Club y alrededor del putting green y las principales salidas. Un marco perfecto.

Gran éxito del Torneo BigMat Noll Sotogrande, en La Cañada Golf Manuel Gil El Club de Golf La Cañada acogió la celebración del Torneo BigMat El Motor-Noll Sotogrande con la participación de más de120 jugadores, bajo la modalidad de juego de stableford. Brillante y exitosa competición en una jornada excelente de golf en el que campo presentó unas condiciones inmejorables que hizo disfrutar de lo lindo a los participantes. Tras la competición los jugadores recibieron un magnífico almuerzo en el restaurante Mulligan de la casa club y a continuación se celebró la entrega de premios con la asistencia, además de directivos de La Cañada, de José Antonio Pino, por Big Mat El Motor; y Charles Gubbins y Stephanie Noll, por parte de Noll Sotogrande. Dressage Sotogrande and La Viña, the big winners at Andalusian Classic Dressage Competition Alborán Riding Club in Marbella organised an intensive Classical Dressage event for the V Andalusian Classic Dressage Cup, at the Sotogrande Riding Club facilities. The event was attended by almost 30 pairings belonging to different clubs from the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz, including the most representative teams from the municipality of San Roque, C.H. La Viña and Dressage Sotogrande. La Viña sealed gold in Promotion 2 with Daniela Fernández; the silver medal in Promotion 2 with Marta Cózar and gold in Raider 1C with Manuel Cabeza. countdown of the last qualifying competitions of the season. In the Under-10´s, Antonina Morgalyuck, with her spectacular pony Eclipse, took the gold medal on both days of qualifying followed by Mariana Fernández of Algeciras who resides in Sotogrande, riding Piropo she dazzled on both occasions to take silver.

Curro Ramírez of La Línea, took first place on the podium, and there was also a great performance by Andrea Lozano. In the Social Promotion I, Julian Corbacho, earned two gold medals and the La Línea rider Natalia Ortíz closed out the podium with a hard-fought bronze medal.

Regresan las regatas y la competición a las aguas de Sotogrande Manuel Gil Sin medias tintas, así comenzó el Circuito de J/80 Land Rover Future Marina de Sotogrande que organiza por noveno año consecutivo el CN Bevelle. El estreno se resolvía después de seis competidas pruebas, tres el sábado y otras tres el domingo, tras las que el equipo liderado por John Bassadone y Alfonso Herrera a los mandos del barco ‘Land Rover Future’ se convertía en el primer líder de la nueva temporada, aunque necesitó espabilar en la segunda jornada para superar al ‘PF Sailing’ de Petter Fjelstad. Ante la ausencia del defensor del título, ‘Marbella Team’, equipo que previsiblemente habría planteado batalla, ambas tripulaciones eran las encargadas de encajar los tantos del estreno, con cinco para los de Bassadone y una para los noruegos. Tras la primera jornada, estos se hacían

con el liderato provisional con un 4º, un 1º y un 2º frente a dos 1º y un 6º del barco con bandera del CN Bevelle, que se revolvía el domingo ganando las tres pruebas con un 5º y dos 2º del ‘PF Sailing’. El septeto andaluz ha superado por 4-1 en la gran final a Canarias, que ha protagonizado una semana del golf base estelar. Los dos primeros partidos del día, en la jornada final del sábado, los foursomes, se disputaron entre una enorme igualdad. Los andaluces Álvaro Gómez, de Linares, y Sebastián Desoisa, de Alcaidesa Links Golf San Roque, vencieron en el hoyo 18 a Lucas Vidal y Francisco Luis de Bethencourt, que nunca dieron por perdido el punto. Tampoco lo hicieron Almudena Agüera y Violeta Fernández-Tagle, que cayeron en el 18 ante las insulares Nerea Garrido y Regina Sánchez. Así pues, tablas en la casa club. Quedaban tres partidos individuales; todo lo vivido durante la semana desembocó en esos tres partidos. Ahí estaba el título. El VII Circuito de Golf Sotogrande toma color en la capital. El magnífico trazado del RACE GOLF de Madrid acogió la última prueba puntuable del calendario, por segundo año consecutivo, con todo un dato histórico para la competición con más de 200 inscritos en la cita. Con salidas desde el Tee del 1 y 10 hasta casi las 3 de la tarde, los dos centenares de jugadores disfrutaron de una jornada extraordinaria y gran broche de oro a esta séptima edición del Circuito, antes de la Gran Final el próximo 14 de noviembre en el Real Club Valderrama. Tras una jornada deportiva llena de buenos momentos, con un estado del campo excepcional y vestido de lujo para la ocasión, los jugadores pasaron a la Casa Club en la que disfrutaron además del clásico cóctel y el protocolario acto de entrega de premios y sorteo de regalos, de la degustación de vinos de Marqués de Riscal, Ginebra Marsh de Barbadillo y además pudieron obtener algunos obsequios por parte de Gilmar Real Estate, con stand especial. En cuanto a la parte deportiva, el premio a la bola más cercana fue para Pablo Marín y el Drive más largo, para Teresa Vega de Seoane y Gonzalo Sánchez (en Damas y Caballeros, respectivamente). En la Categoría de Damas, la ganadora fue Ana Jiménez, seguida de Begoña Arnáiz y Elisa Ferrer. En Segunda Cat. Masculina, el ganador fue Santiago Igartúa seguido de Andrés Verila y Daniel Olalla. Mientras que en Primera Categoría Masculina, la victoria se la llevó Santos de Landarillas, seguido de Valentín Montes y Pablo Marín.

The magnificent RACE GOLF course in Madrid hosted the last qualifying event of the year, for the second consecutive year, with an historic record for the competition with more than 200 players enrolled in the event. With departures from the 1st and 10th Tees up until almost 3 in the afternoon, the two hundred players enjoyed an extraordinary day and great finish to the seventh edition of the Circuit, before the Grand Finale on 14 November at Real Club Valderama. After a day of sport full of good moments, with the course in exceptional condition, and looking its best for the occasion, the players headed to thw Club House where they also enjoyed the classic cocktail and formal awards ceremony and prize draw, as well as the wine tasting courtesy of Marqués de Riscal and Marsh Gin from Barbadillo, and they also had the chance to get some gifts from Gilmar Real Estate, which had a special stand. As for the sport, the prize for the closest ball went to Pablo Marín and the Longest Drive went to Teresa Vega de Seoane and Gonzalo Sánchez (in the Ladies and Men´s categories respectively). In the Ladies Category, the winner was Ana Jiménez, followed by Begoña Arnáiz and Elisa Ferrer. In the Men´s Second Category, the winner was Santiago Igartúa followed by Andrés Verila and Daniel Olalla.
