La temporada comienza a desperezarse con intensidad en la zona. Desembarca la Semana Santa y despega la campaña de sol, buen tiempo, terrazas, negocios que abren y servicios de temporada que se ponen al día desde el comienzo de la Semana Mayor. Las restricciones de movilidad, obviamente, mermarán la capacidad de actuación y del mercado que visite la urbanización pero son muchas las persianas que comienzan a levantarse y establecimientos que se ponen en marcha tras un inicio complejo del 2021. En las páginas de esta edición especial de Semana Santa de El Periódico de Sotogrande encontrarán varias razones que le hacen indicar en una relativa apuesta local por la generación de empleo y creación de riqueza. Lo vemos con las ofertas que pone en marcha, a través del Club de Trabajo de Sotogrande, la empresa matriz para el renovado So/ Sotogrande y el complejo The Beach en La Reserva Club. El alcalde de San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, en una entrevista en exclusiva para este medio ya adelanta que el Consistorio pone en marcha más de 250.000 euros en ayudas para pequeñas y medianas empresas que directamente repercutirá en el incremento de puestos de trabajo en aquellas compañías más dedicadas al servicio o a la oferta de temporada. El regreso del mercadillo, la ampliación de horarios y toque de queda para la hostelería, la apertura de nuevos negocios (se viene a la memoria el recién inaugurado supermercado de Ruiz Galán en Alcaidesa), le movimiento del mundo del caballo en la zona (si las restricciones lo permiten, en continuo crecimiento), e incluso eventos como los torneos de golf y otras actividades de gran calado en la población local tendrán una influencia muy grande en la recuperación y el empleo. Esperemos que así sea, que todos esos proyectos se conviertan en hechos reales y despeguemos, gracias a esta primavera, en un 2021 de recuperación de la actividad económica.

In the pages of this special Holy Week edition of El Periódico de Sotogrande you will find several reasons that point to a relatively local commitment to the generation of employment and creation of wealth. We can see it with the job offers launched through the Job Club of Sotogrande, the parent company for the revamped So/Sotogrande and The Beach complex at La Reserva Club. The mayor of San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, in an exclusive interview for this outlet announced that the Council is launching more than 250,000 Euros of grants for small and medium-sized companies which will have a direct influence on increasing the number of jobs in companies more devoted to service or a seasonal offer. The return of the market, the extension of opening hours and the curfew for hospitality, the opening of new businesses (the recent opening of the Ruiz Galán supermarket in Alcaidesa comes to mind), the movement in the equestrian world in the area (if restrictions allow, in continuous growth), and even events such as golf tournaments and other significant activities among the local population will have a really big influence on the recovery and employment. We hope that this is the case, that all of these projects become a reality and we take off, thanks to this spring, in a 2021 of recovery of economic activity.

Holy Week in a pandemic

Cuando este ejemplar caiga en sus manos, tan colorido y repleto de contenidos especiales en el primer número de la primavera, estaremos disfrutando de la Semana Santa de 2021 en Sotogrande. No es ningún secreto que esta primera gran ventana del calendario, tradicionalmente vinculada a la apertura de la temporada y el inicio de la llegada de visitantes a la urbanización; no será lo que todo ansiábamos o estamos acostumbrados. No será un índice claro de recuperación social y económica. Hasta ahí, todo correcto, pero dista mucho esta situación a la que vivíamos hace apenas un año con el confinamiento domiciliario y la total ignorancia sobre el virus que en esas primeras semanas de marzo azotaba con gran violencia nuestro país, especialmente Madrid. Una cuestión a agradecer y aprovechar. Precisamente, esa conexión vital y los intensos vasos comunicantes que conectan, desde hace décadas, este exclusivo destino con la capital madrileña se han fortalecido a lo largo de los años por lo mucho que guarda de Madrid la urbanización y lo mucho que Madrid presume de Sotogrande. Las medidas y restricciones de perimetraje continúan haciendo muy complejas esos lazos en la actualidad, especialmente para personas con segundas viviendas y el alto número de población madrileña que nos suele acompañar en estas fechas, de manera tradicional. Pero todo eso se mantendrá, vista al frente, y en un corto periodo de tiempo se incrementará. No es precisamente casual el altísimo porcentaje de usuarios que ya están reservando sus residencias vacacionales desde el centro del país para los meses estivales en la urbanización. Pero la situación es la que es y con estas cartas debemos jugar la partida, claro está. El contexto socio-sanitario permite la movilidad provincial por lo que la visita a terrazas, clubes de golf, polo, restaurantes y otros puntos de interés del resort (actividades deportivas, encuentros, cenas, algo de playa si el tiempo lo permite), está asegurada. Revertir toda esa situación en un canal de enriquecimiento para los establecimientos y comercios locales que han sufrido un inicio de año muy duro es una tarea fundamental. La Semana Santa dura un suspiro, el fin de semana largo todavía menos, así que las oportunidades son muy cosas y todo debe estar perfectamente preparado. Demos una bienvenida de calidad, con óptimo servicio y precios coherentes, a potenciales visitantes. Por otro lado, ya que el viajar es una cuestión que aún debe esperar, dediquemos nuestros recursos e inversiones a la zona en la que vivimos. Apostemos por la comunicación de y en Sotogrande, apostemos por la gastronomía, el servicio y el ocio de alto nivel que ofrece la zona. Descubramos juntos, esta Semana Santa, todo lo que nos puede ofrecer este privilegiado rincón. Si echan la vista un año atrás, pese a todo lo sufrido, encontrarán motivos de sobra para echarse a la calle y con la pertinente preocupación, disfrutar de todo los atractivos y parabienes de Sotogrande en esta bonita época. When this edition falls into your hands, so colourful and full of special content in the first issue of spring, we will be enjoying Holy Week 2021 in Sotogrande. It is no secret that this first big window of the calendar, traditionally linked to the opening of the season, and the start of the arrival of visitors to the resort; will not be everything we looked forward to or are used to. It will not be a clear indicator of social and economic recovery. So far, all correct, but this situation is a long way from the one we experienced barely a year ago with the home lockdown and the total ignorance about the virus that in the early weeks of March was violently battering our country, especially Madrid. This is something to be grateful for and make the most of. Indeed, that vital connection and the intense communicating vessels that have connected, for decades, this exclusive destination with the capital Madrid have been strengthened over the years by how much the resort looks to Madrid and how much Madrid boasts of Sotogrande. The measures and perimeter restrictions continue to make those links very difficult at present, especially for people with second homes and the high number of people from Madrid who traditionally tend to accompany us at this time of year. However, all of that will be maintained, looking ahead, and in a short period of time it will increase. The extremely high percentage of users from the centre of the country who are already booking their holiday stays for the summer months in the resort isn´t exactly a coincidence. However, the situation is what it is and we have to play the round with these cards, that is clear. The social-healthcare context enables provincial mobility therefore visiting terraces, golf clubs, polo, restaurants and other areas of interest in the resort (sporting activities, gatherings, dinners, a little beach if the weather allows) is guaranteed. Turning that situation into a channel of enrichment for establishments and local businesses who have suffered a very tough start to the year is a crucial task. Holy Week only lasts for a short time, the long weekend even less so, so there are very few opportunities and everything needs to be perfectly prepared. Let´s give a quality welcome, with optimal service and consistent prices to potential visitors. On the other hand, as travelling is a matter that must still wait, let´s devote our resources and investments to the area that we live in. Let´s commit to the communication of and in Sotogrande, let´s commit to the high level gastronomy, service and leisure that the area offers. This Holy Week, let´s discover together everything that this outstanding place can offer. Looking back a year, despite everything suffered, you will find lots of reasons to head out to the street and with the relevant care, enjoy all the attractions and celebrations in Sotogrande at this beautiful time. • El hundimiento de la calzada en la Av. de Los Cortijos o varios cortes al tráfico en la Carretera de Las Arenillas y de Puente de Hierro, puntos más destacados.

El temporal deja notables consecuencias en Sotogrande El intenso temporal del pasado fin de semana (5, 6 y 7 de marzo), se hizo notar con mucha fuerza en toda la zona de Sotogrande y el Valle del Guadiaro. Varias han sido las intervenciones necesarias por parte de los efectivos de seguridad, bomberos, Policía Local o Guardia Civil para aliviar y descongestionar áreas altamente afectadas por el temporal e incesantes precipitaciones. En la zona de Sotogrande destacan varios incidentes, especialmente, el hundimiento de una parte muy pronunciada de la Av. de Los Cortijos, en pleno corazón de Sotogrande Alto. En este punto, además de dejar atrapado un coche y tener que acudir al rescate de una persona (efectivos del Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos), resaltar que toda la

vía se encuentra en un estado muy preocupante.

Urbanización Sotogrande

Además de la actuación de emergencia referida anteriormente; en estos momentos la Entidad Urbanística de Conservación, en colaboración con la Delegación de Urbanismo y técnicos municipales, ya trabaja en la valoración de daños y estudio de la actuación para sanear y reparar todos los desperfectos. También tuvo que ser retirado un árbol batido por el temporal en la misma zona. Al ser un punto estratégico en el recorrido de Sotogrande Alto, el tráfico queda repartido a las entradas por al zona del Colegio Internacional y la que conecta con la zona de Sotogrande Costa, cruzando el puente sobre la autovía.

Destacar la inundación de varios puntos del complejo residencial, como suele ocurrir siempre que hay un volumen considerable de precipitaciones aunque sin notorias consecuencias. Pero la mayor atención la reclamó el profundo incidente ocurrido en el área de Sotogrande Alto, con el hundimiento de al vía y zonas colindantes en la Av. Los Cortijos. Un lugar habilitado para el paso de agua subterráneo (arroyo de Gadalquitón), que ante el temporal se hundió dejando completamente inhabilitada la calzada (la reparación puede tardar varios días o incluso semanas, ya que aún se

La inundación, como suele ocurrir (ya tuvo gran impacto atrapando coches el pasado 8 de enero), en el vértice

más inferior de la Carretera de las Arenillas en su paso por el Colegio Internacional se produjo como era de esperar. Además, nuevamente quedó atrapado un vehículo cuando subió el nivel del agua en ese punto. También se produjeron cortes, por restos de vegetación o hundimiento, en otros puntos de la A-2100 (Carretera de las Arenillas), en el tramo que conecta Sotogrande con Castellar. Y un desprendimiento en la carretera que une Guadiaro con San Enrique, más conocida como la carretera del Puente de Hierro, que provocó el corte al tráfico durante varias horas.

• Acor y la empresa matriz de la urbanización usarán esta herramienta para la contratación de los nuevos puesto en el Hotel So/ Sotogrande y The Beach.

Las empresas Acor y Sotogrande S.A. usarán el Club de Trabajo para ofertar puestos de trabajo en el nuevo hotel SO/ Sotogrande (antiguo Almenara) y para The Beach, en La Reserva. En total se trata de 580 empleos, de los que 300 ya están cubiertos con las obras de remodelación del hotel. La teniente de alcalde delegada de Empleo, Belén Jiménez, manutuvo un encuentro con responsables de Sotogrande, al objeto de conocer la oferta laboral que desde esta empresa se va a realizar en breve. Así, los responsables de Sotogrande detallaron a la edil que en total se oferta este año 580 puestos de trabajo, 300 para la construcción del hotel, 180 para el funcionamiento del mismo, y otras 100 para “La Reserva Beach”. En lo que se refiere al hotel, la plantilla es-

tará compuesta de 180 personas, de las que 62 son los antiguos trabajadores del Hotel Almenara, ahora mismo en ERTE, y a los que se van a impartir cursos de capacitación y actualización. Los otros 120 puestos de trabajo para el hotel SO Sotogrande, explicó Belén Jiménez, que también recibirán

cursos de formación, se ofertarán a través del Club de Trabajo. En lo que se refiere a “La Reserva Beach”, la temporada comenzará en mayo con 3 días a la semana, para ya en los meses de julio y agosto estar a pleno rendimiento. Se tratan de unos 80 empleos directos de Sotogrande SA, más otras 20 que tres empresas privadas que van a subcontratar para prestar los servicios de socorrismo, animación infantil y deportes acuáticos.Por otro lado, Jiménez anunció que ya se ofertan dos puestos de trabajo relacionados con Sotogrande, y en breve se irán publicitando los perfiles que demanda la empresa para el Hotel y The Beach.

Ballenatos a las urnas Los naturales o habitantes de Sotogrande podrían quizá ser llamados ballenatos. Después de todo, cabe avistar ocasionalmente dichos cetáceos en las inmediaciones del estrecho. En cambio, reciben el nombre de ballenatos los naturales de Madrid, un lugar en donde, como canta Joaquín Sabina, “el mar no se puede concebir”. Sea como fuere, los ballenatos han sido súbitamente convocados a las urnas el próximo 4 de mayo. Si las elecciones en Madrid tienden a ser interpretadas en clave nacional, con más razón en las de 2021, dadas las peculiares circunstancias que las han rodeado, desde su precipitada convocatoria hasta la sacudida que en el mundo de la izquierda provocó la renuncia del vicepresidente, Pablo Iglesias, y su decisión de participar en la contienda democrática madrileña. Se avecina un tiempo de prueba, no solo para Unidas Podemos, últimamente de capa caída, sino para el resto de la izquierda, desde los populistas de Íñigo Errejón hasta el PSOE. Toda la izquierda, en efecto, anhela recuperar en Madrid el peso que hasta ahora los votantes le han

negado. En el lado del centro y la derecha, Ciudadanos deberá intentar no desaparecer, Vox procurará consolidar su presencia en Madrid, y el PP de Pablo Casado tratará de superar el fiasco de las elecciones catalanas. Todos los ojos estarán puestos en Isabel Díaz Ayuso, joven política con ideas claras y pocos complejos, a la que los ataques de sus adversarios han convertido poco menos que en una heroína. Su olfato le ha hecho apostar por una estrategia de componentes liberales, empezando por los menores impuestos. Ello ha suscitado la inquina en los demás partidos, con lo que no cabe descartar que se trate de una bandera popular a la hora de votar, y que favorezca a la presidenta madrileña sobre sus rivales. Como informó hace unos meses nuestro periódico, hemos podido ver ballenas en Sotogrande, animadas por la relativa ausencia de seres humanos en el mar, debida a la pandemia. No sabemos qué harán los ballenatos el 4 de mayo, pero no me extrañaría que se aproximaran a las orillas electorales en un número bastante abundante.

Comunidad Tras conocer las demandas de vecinos del Valle del Guadiaro y de trabajadores de establecimientos de Puerto de Sotogrande, el Ayuntamiento dio a conocer que ha realizado una mediación con Sotogrande SA y New Capital para conseguir rebajas de precio en el parking público que explota la segunda de las citadas empresas. Con estos descuentos, que ya han sido aprobados, se pretenden solucionar los problemas para encontrar aparcamiento en la zona, en especial durante los meses de verano. El alcalde, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, indicó que “desde mayo de 2020 hemos mantenido contactos con Sotogrande SA, propietaria del edificio del parking público de 317 plazas situado en la Ribera del Marlin, así como con la empresa que explota esos aparcamientos, New Capital”. Explicó que vecinos del Valle del Guadiaro y trabajadores “de los distintos comercios y actividades que se desarrollan en el Puerto de Sotogrande y en la Marina” habían demandado solu-

ciones a los problemas de aparcamiento en la zona, en especial durante los meses de verano “cuando concurren muchas personas y es prácticamente imposible aparcar”. Desde el Ayuntamiento, añadió el primer edil, se ha pedido a ambas empresas “sensibilidad”,

y finalmente se han encontrado dos soluciones. En lo que respecta a los empleados, se les ofrece “una plaza de aparcamiento a un precio mensual que está incluso por debajo de las condiciones de mercado en la zona. Podrán pagar 53 euros al mes para tener la facilidad de

llegar a su centro de trabajo en el menor plazo de tiempo posible, sin tener que entrar en esa búsqueda que durante los meses de julio y agosto se convierte en imposible por la llegada de los veraneantes, por el uso de la playa o por las actividades de distintos chiringuitos”.

Apuntó el alcalde que “en segundo lugar, para fomentar el comercio y la economía de la zona, para los clientes que consuman en la Ribera del Marlin o del Puerto de Sotogrande se han establecido unos precios especiales”, de manera que presentando el ticket de compra “podrán contar con una rebaja en el precio del parking público”. Tras agradecer “este esfuerzo” a ambas empresas, Ruiz Boix se refirió a una medida que ha puesto en marcha Sotogrande SA para ayudar a los emprendedores de la zona durante los meses de pandemia. “Como propietaria de muchos de esos locales -explicó-, en dos etapas de este último año y por más de cuatro meses ha realizado un compromiso social y solidario. A aquellos establecimientos que no han tenido actividad debido a las medidas sanitarias y a los que han tenido que reducir los horarios comerciales, Sotogrande SA no ha cobrado varios meses. Hay que agradecer ese esfuerzo y sensibilidad”, concluyó.

Council outlines different discounts and benefits that it has obtained for workers and customers in the Sotogrande Marina area.

After hearing the requests of residents from Valle del Guadiaro and workers in establishments in Sotogrande Port, the Council announced that it has carried out mediation with Sotogrande SA and New Capital in order to attain price discounts for public parking which is operated by the second of the aforementioned companies. With these discounts, which have already been approved, the aim is to resolve problems finding parking in the area, especially during the summer months. demic. He explained “as the owner of many of those premises, in two stages of the last year and for more than four months, it has made a social and caring commitment. For several months, Sotogrande SA has not charged establishments that have not had activity due to the health measures, and those who have had to reduce their opening hours. “La conexión peatonal sobre el río Guadiaro será algo histórico”

• El primer edil repasa con El Periódico de Sotogrande cómo ha vivido un año siendo alcalde durante la pandemia y destaca los principales proyectos que verán la luz en el Valle del Guadiaro durante al segunda mitad de su mandato. Con la llegada de la Semana Santa, prácticamente se completa un año complejo y difícil. ¿Cómo le ha cambiado la perspectiva política? Háblenos de su año como alcalde en pandemia. Ha sido una tarea de aprendizaje diaria. Tuvimos que afrontar algo para lo que no se estaba preparado, ninguna administración, vimos cómo se alteraron todos los planes de Gobierno. En primer lugar, nos volvamos en las actuaciones de protección sanitaria, durante esos complicados meses la colaboración del pueblo de San Roque fue clave (ayudas, mascarillas, etc.). Durante el desarrollo de la pandemia comenzaron a cobrar importancia las labores de desinfección y limpieza, algo para lo que también contamos con la ayuda de bomberos, agricultores, unidades de emergencia, etc. Y por último, vislumbrando una realidad que vino para quedarse, al menos por un tiempo, tocaba adaptarse a las circunstancias a nivel social y económico, algo muy duro. Los últimos datos muestran un incremento de casi mil parados en San Roque desde el inicio de la pandemia por lo que la situación es más compleja. Todo indica que estamos al principio del final pero, lamentablemente, aún

falta. Los ritmos de la vacunación son inferiores al 10% y aún tardaremos en recuperar esa ‘vieja’ normalidad. ¿Ha sido más cruel, sanitariamente, el 2021 que el pasado año? La conocida como ‘tercera ola’ fue la que más impacto y más daño hizo en San Roque, seguramente, motivada por la cepa británica y su irrupción en la Comarca. Todo ello, ha que sumarle a un otoño con índices bajos y una cierta sensación de relajación que conectó con los encuentros navideños, todo ello con la campaña de vacunación aún sin empezar. ¿Cree que se están acertando en las políticas para equilibrar salud y economía? Háblenos de esas ayudas a las Pymes. Desde abril del pasado año tenemos en marcha un plan de dinamización económico para pequeñas y medianas empresas; en estos momentos hemos activado un fondo de ayudas de 250.000 euros para tratar de arrimar el hombro a un sector muy castigado por la pandemia: turismo, gastronomía, agencia de viajes, ocio nocturno, etc. Debemos estar apoyando y dar facilidades a todos los

estratos del tejido empresarial más penalizados. Pongamos la lupa más cerca. Se ven más grúas en Sotogrande que en los últimos diez años. ¿Son indicadores de un proceso de recuperación? Los años 2018 y 2019 fueron muy positivos en la zona y se veía muy próxima la recuperación económica tras un desierto de cerca de diez años de crisis. Todo ello hacía comenzar el 2020 con grandes expectativas y proyectos en marcha. En FITUR dábamos detalles del proyecto de Millennium en Alcaidesa o la reforma integral del Hotel Almenara, un importante paso hacia la excelencia con más de de 150 habitaciones y el salto a cinco estrellas. Destacar también proyectos residenciales en marcha en el puerto deportivo de Sotogrande, San Roque Club, Alcaidesa o La Reserva con dos promociones en camino que también suponen un avance urbanístico notable. La recuperación del sector de la construcción es muy importante para todo ese área. ¿Y por qué no prospera el plan ecuestre en San Enrique? El Plan Especial de Ayala supone un

segundo argumento para el desarrollo del distrito equino; el primero es el más de medio siglo de experiencia en este sector a nivel internacional como destino de referencia en el mundo del polo por infraestructuras y competiciones. Pero para que esa realidad no se limite a los mes del verano, tratamos de impulsar un distrito equino y lograr que las grandes organizaciones del mundo del polo se asienten largas temporadas en nuestra zona. Ese plan, dentro de un suelo no urbanizable, permite afincar villas pequeñas en espacios de tres hectáreas como residencial, zona de cuadras y área de servicios. La Junta de Andalucía, después de varios años de tramitación del proyecto, nos ha requerido para que anulemos ese plan. Los técnicos municipales lo están estudiando y si ellos avalan esta larga tramitación de cuatro años; no vemos claro que tengamos que anularlo y seguramente nos veamos en un contencioso para luchar por la aprobación de ese expediente. ¿Qué planes tiene para el Valle del Guadiaro? Estamos poniendo en valor el vivero de empresas en Pueblo Nuevo, invitando a 10/12 autónomos y empre-

sarios a que puedan instalarse y ayudarles a esa labor emprendedora. También está adjudicado el centro de salud y edificio multiusos en Torreguadiaro; vamos a remodelar toda la zona con plazas de aparcamiento y un nuevo edificio y en San Enrique, ya están perfiladas unas mejoras alrededor del recinto ferial con pistas deportivas. Para acabar, una de las actuaciones más destacadas, la licitación en estos momentos del puente peatonal para unir San Enrique y Guadiaro, una obra emblemática para este mandato y que será histórico contar con la conexión desde el recinto ferial de Guadiaro hacia la zona dónde habitualmente se hace la romería, zona que también contará con mejoras para zonas recreativas. Hay 5/7 actuaciones muy importantes para el Valle del Guadiaro al que hay que sumarle un plan de asfaltado con un doble de cuantía, con cerca de medio millón de euros. Hace años, reprochaba la falta de presupuesto estatal para finalizar el paseo marítimo en Torreguadiaro, ¿cuándo cree que lo veremos terminado? Torreguadiaro es uno de los principales puntos gastronómico de la Co-

mano de las vacunas. Una vez llegue ese momento, todos esos servicios de sol y turismo permitirán una recuperación inmediata. Igual cueste algunos meses más, pero este Gobierno seguirá apostando por las cuatro cuestiones que considera fundamentales para velar por los intereses de los sanroqueños: una prós-

marca y ello requiere cualquier esfuerzo por nuestra parte para mejorar. Durante los siete presupuestos de Rajoy no hubo oportunidad de dar cabida a esta partida y en el primer presupuesto de Pedro Sánchez, al parecer, tampoco cuenta con un asiento por parte del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente. Como alcalde, vuelvo a reclamar que se finalice esa segunda fase. También es necesario un parking en Torreguadiaro; la de Los Álamos tiene una parte es municipal, a ver si logramos enamorar a alguien que quiera invertir en este sentido. ¿El 2021 será el año en el que se forme la Entidad Urbanística de Conservación en La Marina? En primer lugar, destacar las ventajas y beneficios que hemos conseguido en el parking de la Marina de Sotogrande para trabajadores, clientes y consumidores, a un coste inferior a la media de la zona. Por otro lado, respecto a la eliminación del REM de la Marina, había que cursas unos pasos previos. En estos momentos todo sigue su curso y parte de ello era la ejecución del 100% de las responsabilidades por parte de la promotora. Prácticamente todo está ejecutado y pronto veremos su constitución. Sólo espero que una vez esté en funcionamiento la EUC, el servicio y posible ahorro de costes no esté reñido con un descenso en la calidad de conservación de la marina, un lugar emblemático. ¿Hace caso omiso de las acusaciones y requerimientos judiciales? Voy a cumplir diez años en la Alcaldía, el próximo junio, y hasta la fecha, en las tres ocasiones que me he presentado, siempre he contado con más apoyo en las urnas que los comicios anteriores. Se ve que algunos no respetan esos resultados democráticos y quieren llegar a sus objetivos a través del desgaste, el descrédito y la difamación hacia mi persona. Deberían, dedicarse mejor a construir un proyecto que se avalorado por los vecinos de San Roque, más que el que hay en la actualidad. Creo que soy el alcalde más denunciado de la historia de San Roque e imagino, probablemente, que de la provincia. Esta oposición es destructiva , quieren acabar conmigo en los tribunales y hasta la fecha, sólo computo las cuestiones penales, llevo dieciocho pronunciamientos judiciales a favor es decir, todos. Por último, un mensaje a los vecinos para la segunda mitad del mandato. Me gustaría transmitir un mensaje muy optimista. Igual que parecía que la pandemia no tendría fin ya se vislumbra un posible final del túnel, de la

The arrival of Holy Week practically completes a complex and difficult year. How has it changed your political perspective? Tell us about your year as mayor during a pandemic. It has been a daily learning task. We had to face something that we were not prepared for, no administration was, we saw how all the Government plans were changed. Firstly, we devoted ourselves to health protection actions, during those difficult months the collaboration of the people of San Roque was essential (assistance, masks, etc.). Over the course of the pandemic, disinfection and cleaning work began to become more important, and for this we also had the help of firefighters, farmers, emergency units, etc. And lastly, envisaging a reality that was here to stay, at least for a while, it was necessary to adapt to circumstances at a social and economic level, which was very tough. The latest data shows an increase of almost one thousand unemployed people in San Roque since the start of the pandemic therefore the situation is more difficult. Everything indicates that we are at the start of the end but, regrettably, there is still a way to g. It is also worth highlighting residential projects underway in Sotogrande Marina, San Roque Club, Alcaidesa and La Reserva with two developments underway that also constitute a notable advance in urban planning. The recovery of the construction sector is very important for that entire area. And why hasn´t the equestrian plan in San Enrique not gone ahead? The Special Ayala Plan is a second argument for creating the equine district; the first is the more than half a century of experience in this sector internationally as a leading destination in the polo world in terms of infrastructures and competitions. However, in order for that reality not to be limited to the summer months, we are trying to create an equine district and get the major organisations from the polo world to spend long seasons in our area. That plan, on undeveloped land, makes it possible to create small villas in spaces of

three areas as homes, stable areas and service areas. The Regional Government of Andalusia, after several years processing the project, has asked us to cancel that plan. Municipal technicians are studying it and if they endorse that long processing of four years; we can´t clearly see why we need to cancel it and of course we will see one another in a dispute to fight for the approval of that case. What plans do you have for Valle del Guadiaro? We are showcasing the business incubator in Pueblo Nuevo, by inviting 10/12 self-employed people and entrepreneurs to set up here and helping them with that entrepreneurial work. The health centre

and multi-use building in Torreguadiaro has also been awarded; we are going to remodel the entire area with parking spaces and a new building and in San Enrique, improvements have been defined around the fair enclosure with sports courts. It is seen that some people don´t respect those democratic results and wish to attain their objectives by wearing away, discrediting and defaming me. They should devote themselves better to creating a project that has been valued by the residents of San Roque, more than the one at present. I believe that I am the most denounced mayor in the history of San Roque and I imagine, probably, in the province. That opposition is destructive, they want to finish me in the courts and thus far, I am only counting the criminal matters, I have eighteen legal rulings decided in my favour, that is to say, all of them. Lastly, a message to the residents for the second half of the term. I would like to convey a very optimistic message. Just as it seemed that the pandemic wouldn´t end, a possible end of the tunnel can be glimpsed, with vaccines. Once that time comes, all those sun and tourism services will enable an immediate recovery. It may take some more months, but this Government will continue to commit to the four issues that it considers crucial to looking after the interests of the people of San Roque: a prosperous employment policy, a firm commitment to social policy, an active investment plan to improve public infrastructures and maintaining one of the lowest tax rates; reminding all the residents that we have the lowest Property Tax in all of Spain, and the same applies to the vehicle tax.

M. G. / Redacción Nuevo retroceso en el proyecto de actividad ecuestre en San Enrique. El alcalde de San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, apuntó hacia la Junta de Andalucía por “frenar el crecimiento del municipio”, al pedir la anulación del acuerdo plenario de julio de 2020 para la aprobación del Plan Especial de Ayala en San Enrique. En su opinión, se trata de “una nueva injerencia en las competencias municipales” que puede suponer que el proyecto, relativo a la creación de minifincas para la explotación caballar, no salga adelante. En todo caso conlleva su ralentización, lamentó. Ruiz Boix detalló que se había en el Ayuntamiento una resolución de la Consejería de Fomento, Infraestructuras y Ordenación del Territorio firmada por su delegada territorial en Cádiz, Mercedes Colombo. Se trata de un requerimiento de anulación del acuerdo adoptado en el Pleno Ordinario de julio de 2020 que suponía la aprobación definitiva del “Plan Especial para la Declaración de Interés Público en suelo no urbanizarle ‘AYALA’, sito en Hacienda San Enrique, San Enrique de Guadiaro, y su correspondiente Estudio Ambiental Estratégico, promovidos por Ayala España, SA”. El “Plan Especial para la Declaración de Interés Público en suelo no urbanizarle ‘AYALA’, sito en Hacienda San Enrique, San Enrique de Guadiaro, y su

correspondiente Estudio Ambiental Estratégico, promovidos por Ayala España, SA” se aprobó en el Pleno Ordinario del pasado mes de julio con los votos a favor de 19 de los 20 concejales presentes, contándose sólo con el voto en contra del representante de Adelante San Roque. Se trata de unos terrenos de 155 hectáreas de extensión, situados al norte del núcleo de población de San Enrique. El objetivo es el desarrollo de pequeñas explotaciones o minifincas (de 3 hectáreas cada una) vinculadas a la actividad principal para la explotación caballar, hortofrutícola y de secano, así como instalaciones tipo establos y residencial unifamiliar orientadas a la explotación de los terrenos. Este proyecto se considera un paso más hacia la implantación del distrito equino, ya que Ayala pretende con el mismo atraer al municipio a los equipos de polo y de otros deportes ecuestres, de manera que su implantación sería a lo largo de todo el año, y no sólo en los meses estivales coincidiendo con las competiciones. Estas minifincas serían sus bases permanentes en la zona, donde criar y entrenar a sus caballos, cuya alimentación se conseguiría de las explotaciones agrícolas situadas en estos mismos terrenos. Del millón y medio de metros cuadrados objeto de este plan, 940.000 se destinan a uso agropecuario, a cultivos de re-

gadío y secano. Otros 430.000 metros cuadrados serían para uso ganadero, principalmente explotaciones de carácter equino. Y, finalmente, una muy pequeña porción para la construcción de establos y viviendas unifamiliares ligadas a estas minifincas, de tres hectáreas cada una. En opinión del primer edil, esta decisión “supone una nueva injerencia en las competencias municipales” en lo que considera “una guerra abierta de la Junta de Andalucía contra el municipio de San Roque”. Explicó que este plan especial “hubiese permitido contar con un nuevo producto acorde a las

demandas de los clubes de polo del mundo que quieren asentarse en la zona del Valle del Guadiaro del municipio de San Roque. Generaría muchos empleos con el asentamiento de grupos de caballos de distintos clubes que necesitan personal para tareas como petiseros, mantenimiento...”. “Ese -recordó el regidor sanroqueño- fue el objetivo del plan especial, que se aprobó tras distintas consultas el pasado mes de julio. Ahora, cuando pedíamos su inscripción en el registro de la Junta de Andalucía, nos encontramos con un requerimiento de anulación del acuerdo del Ayuntamiento que

Now, when we requested its registration in the registry of the Regional Government of Andalusia, we find ourselves with an annulment request of the Council´s agreement which is a setback for the municipality´s economic interests and the creation of employment. A setback, not only for the developers, a company established for decades in San Roque that has generated a lot of activity around the world of

polo, which unfortunately will be unable to carry out this project in view of the Regional Government´s request”. Ruiz Boix stated “I hope that this situation is not only due to wanting to contradict all the rulings of a government that is led by a socialist party mayor. Because the Regional Government of Andalusia never remembers San Roque, which has been the case in the three budget documents they have drafted, and they only remember in order to try to break up an investment project that creates employment and wealth”. He said “unfortunately, it will not be possible to carry out, or, as a minimum, it will be slowed down due to this interest from the Regional Government of Andalusia, which said a lot that it would facilitate and speed up urban planning procedures, and we have only encountered obstacles to prevent economic development and the creation of employment in the municipality of San Roque” concluded the mayor.

En los últimos meses, las restricciones sanitarias recomendaban la suspensión cautelar de uno de los rituales familiares más tradicionales y asentados en la urbanización. El concejal de Nuevas Tecnologías, David Ramos, está manteniendo reuniones con empresas del sector de cara a la nueva temporada de playas. Para conjugar con garantías el disfrute de las playas y las normas sanitarias frente a la COVID-19 El verano pasado, el Ayuntamiento de San Roque puso en marcha el verano pa-

sado un conjunto de videocámaras que ofrecían imágenes de las distintas playas del término municipal a través de una página web, en el portal web del Ayuntamiento, en el servicio de WhatsApp del Consistorio y en la aplicación de teléfonos móviles de

rranque, Puente Mayorga-Campamento, Alcaidesa-Faro, Guadalquitón, Sotogrande y Cala Sardina, mientras que se pusieron tres en Torreguadiaro, al ser la más frecuentada de todas. Explicó Ramos que “el verano pasado tuvimos que implementar en las playas una serie de medidas para garantizar que se cumplían los límites de aforo de cara a impedir contagios de COVID-19. Así, se aumentó la vigilancia por parte de la Policía Local, se reforzó la limpieza, se instaló megafonía y, también, se pusieron estas cámaras web que se complementaban con datos como si ondeaba una bandera verde, roja o amarilla, el grado de

ocupación de cada una de las playas y otra información de carácter metereológico”. “La verdad -indicó el edil- es que fue todo un éxito, y en dos meses visitaron más de 350.000 personas tanto la web de la empresa que nos daba cobertura como la del Ayuntamiento, así como la aplicación para móviles de Multimedia, en la que también se podía consultar esta información. Queremos repetir estos buenos resultados, y ya estoy llevando a cabo contactos con empresas del sector, contando con el asesoramiento de técnicos tanto del Centro de Proceso de Datos (CPD) como de Multimedia”, concluyó Ramos.

Educación MUN SAN JOSÉ 2021 S´MUN2030 Singularity Model United Nations Anteriormente y al igual que otros años, alumnos procedentes de colegios de todo el mundo participaron en la primera edición virtual de S’MUN2030. Los alumnos de 3º de Secundaria del Colegio San José, actuando como representantes de los países miembros de Naciones Unidas, buscaron soluciones sobre los temas asignados.

Un año más y de forma diferente, hemos celebrado MUN San José 2021, un modelo de simulación del funcionamiento de las instituciones de las Naciones Unidas que promueve el interés de los alumnos en las

relaciones internacionales y en el debate de temas de relevancia mundial. Al mismo tiempo, mejora sus habilidades de diálogo, diplomacia, dialéctica, trabajo en grupo, oratoria, resolución de conflictos, construcción

de consenso, cooperación y liderazgo. Todos los alumnos de 3º de Secundaria tanto de Estepona como de Guadalmina, representaron al país que les había sido previamente asignado

como delegados, debatieron sobre el papel de la ONU ante temas de actualidad internacional y presentaron las resoluciones finales fruto de los acuerdos alcanzados en los diferentes comités.

Formando ciudadanos para el mundo El colegio bilingüe Puertoblanco-Montecalpe, se ha caracterizado siempre por su apuesta decidida hacia la innovación educativa. Creating global citizens The Puertoblanco-Montecalpe bilingual school has always been characterised by its decisive commitment to educational innovation. In order to fulfil its mission of transforming society, our school has gradually adapted its pedagogical proposals to the evolution of pupils, families and society. Faced with this changing world, the school is heading towards a pedagogical framework that should meet current and future needs, while maintaining its own character, through its genuine human and Christian education. Recently, the schools of the Attendis group Adharaz-Altasierra (Seville) and Las Chapas-Ecos (Marbella) have been authorised as IB World schools, in order to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP) aimed at pupils aged between 3 and 11. The objective of Attendis is to implement the continuation of the international educational programmes of IB by putting three of the programmes of that organisation into practice: PYP, MYP and Diploma. As part of the large Attendis group, over the coming months our school will begin the path towards the first of these programmes, the PYP. Ruiz Galán inaugura su nuevo supermercado en Alcaidesa

• Un nutrido grupo de representantes políticos y del tejido empresarial local arropan el desembarco de la cadena de supermercados en el resort residencial. • El nuevo establecimiento, situado en el Centro Comercial Alcaidesa, cuenta con 300 metros cuadrados y dispone entre otros servicios de: panadería, frutería, carnicería y charcutería al corte, además de tienda online y reparto a domicilio. Bendición, corte de cinta y operativo a pleno rendimiento. El nuevo supermercado de la cadena Ruiz Galán abre sus puertas en el Complejo Comercial Alcaidesa, dando así respuesta a uno de los servicios más demandados por la comunidad local desde hace años. La Red de Bibliotecas pone en marcha un taller sobre Harry Potter M. Gil La red de Bibliotecas de San Roque pone en marcha una serie de Talleres de Teatro y lectura, que se van a llevar a cabo a través de internet por streaming. Se trata de un taller en el que el alumnado trabajará diferentes partes de una obra de teatro, habiéndose elegido para este primer taller la última pieza escénica escrita sobre la saga de Harry Potter: Harry Potter y el legado maldito. El taller se desarrollará durante tres días desde el 7 de abril y para apuntarse es necesario enviar un correo electrónico a reddebiblotecas@sanroque.es, indicando Taller Harry Potter, y dependiendo de la aceptación, se dividirá por edades. En el curso, dirigido a niños de 6 a 14 años, se enseñará hablar en público, lectura comprensiva, creación de personajes y actuar ante la cámara. Al final del curso se hará una representación en streaming para Facebook, y todos los niños recibirán un Di-

ploma de Participación. Estos talleres serán impartidos en diferentes días con una duración de una hora, terminando con una presentación en streaming por la página de la biblioteca de los tra-

bajos realizados en cada taller. Los talleres online de vertiente de educación a través la lectura vienen con diferentes propuestas, adaptables a la situación que nos enfrentamos por el COVID-19.

Network launches workshop on Harry Potter The Libraries Network of San Roque has launched a series of Theatre and Reading Workshops that will be carried out via internet streaming. This is a workshop where pupils will work on different parts of a work of theatre, and for this workshop the last stage piece written about the Harry Potter saga has been chosen. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The workshop will take place for three days from 7 April and in order to sign up it is necessary to send an email to reddebiblotecas@sanroque.es, stating Harry Potter Workshop, and depending on acceptance, it will be divided according to ages. In the course, aimed at children aged 6 to 14, they will learn to talk in public, comprehension reading, character creation and acting in front of a camera. At the end of the course there will be a streaming show for Facebook, and all the children will receive a Participation Diploma. These workshops will be taught on different days, with a duration of one hour, and finish with a streaming presentation on the library website of the projects carried out in each workshop. The online workshops with an educational side through reading come with different proposals, which are adaptable to the situation we are facing with COVID-19.

Preventive Mediation One of the things we have noted in the pandemic is that it would be good to learn to foresee some problems, see them in advance and propose options for resolving them, before they get on top of us. This would be useful for any sector, but it is necessary to highlight that it has been companies that, faced with the uncertainty of the last year, have turned to mediation more often. In other words, circumstances have led them to turn to mediation, and mediation, in turn, has led them to consider things from a preventive perspective, as there are few certainties we can rely on with the current situation. Some of the issues debated in sessions are, “what do we do if the situation is prolonged for “x” more time, if subsidies take a long time to arrive or don´t arrive, how to get the most out of teleworking, how to innovate services and products, how to remain competitive, hire people and evaluate their performance, in these new circumstances”. Dealing with such issues with neutrality and resisting complaining, blockages or arguments, is something that many small and medium-sized companies do thanks to preventive mediate, by creating their Conflict Resolution Protocol themselves. This was the case, for example, with a business person who, along with his 3 children ran the family business, a footwear company and several shoe shops in his area. They had worked well for years as a team, but when the time came to hand over the business to their children, they requested mediation in order to share responsibilities in a neutral setting that would not affect the proper functioning of the company or the turnover. Two sessions were enough to reach the agreement. They get along brilliantly and have known one another for a long time, but they had doubts over how to manage a team of people and sharing out duties. They wanted to do the same things and could not agree on the details. During the mediation they reflected on and agreed how they intended to act in controversial situations, thus saving time and money.

Mediación Preventiva Una de las cosas que hemos notado en pandemia, es que no nos vendría mal aprender a adelantarnos a algunos problemas, siendo capaces de preverlos y de plantear alternativas de solución, antes de que se nos hayan echado encima. Esto convendría frente a cualquier ámbito, pero hay que destacar, que han sido las empresas las que, ante las inciertas circunstancias del último año, han recurrido, con más frecuencia, a la mediación. Mejor dicho, las circunstancias han hecho que recurran a la mediación, y la mediación, a su vez, les ha conducido a plantearse las cosas desde una perspectiva preventiva, pues a pocas certezas podemos acogernos con el panorama actual. Algunas cuestiones sobre las que se debate en sesión son, “qué hacer si la situación se prolonga durante “x” tiempo más, si las ayudas tardan en llegar o no lo hacen, cómo sacar el máximo partido al teletrabajo, cómo innovar en los servicios y productos, cómo seguir siendo competitivos, contratar personas y evaluar su rendimiento, en estas nuevas circunstancias”. desde la neutralidad y sin caer en la queja, el bloqueo o la discusión, es algo que muchas pequeñas y medianas empresas, hacen gracias a la mediación preventiva creando, ellos mismos, su Protocolo de Resolución de Conflictos. Ha sido el caso, por ejemplo, de un empresario que, junto a sus 3 hijos se ocupaba del negocio familiar, una fábrica de calzado y varias tiendas de calzado en su localidad. Desde hacía años funcionan bien como equipo, pero llegado el momento de poner el negocio en manos de los hijos, solicitaron una mediación para hacer el reparto de responsabilidades dentro de un escenario neutral que no afectara al adecuado funcionamiento de la empresa ni a la facturación. Dos sesiones fueron suficientes para configurar el acuerdo. Salieron a la palestra cambios que los hijos querían hacer y que el padre no conocía, temores de los jóvenes que resultaron ser infundados y alguna lucha de poder que, de no enfocarse con humor y constructivamente, podía haber derivado en competitividad desleal y bloqueo. de Resolución de Conflictos y funcionan bien tras el traspaso generacional. No esperaron a que los pequeños conflictos escalarán y se intensificarán, siendo proactivos y adelantándose al problema. La mediación preventiva posibilita crear estos protocolos equiparables a un contrato, pero que se atienen, no a la legislación sino, en primer lugar, a los compromisos que, conscientemente, deciden adoptar los participantes. El proceso en sí representa un ejercicio de reflexión y expresión asertiva de las necesidades del equipo de trabajo. Otro caso reciente ha sido el de dos amigos y socios que, con ilusión por abrir una farmacia, también construyeron su protocolo tras sólo una sesión de trabajo. Ellos se llevan estupendamente y se conocen hace tiempo, pero dudaban sobre cómo gestionar un equipo de personas y repartirse las funciones. Querían hacer las mismas cosas y no se ponían de acuerdo en detalles. Durante la mediación reflexionaron y dejaron acordado cómo pensaban actuar ante situaciones controvertidas ahorrando tiempo y dinero.

Maxi cuellos para esta primavera • Esta primavera trae el cuello con mayor la altura y elegancia,de la mano de grandes marcas como JW Anderson, Loewe, Gucci o Balmain. Este realza el cuello haciéndolo ver más largo y fino, llamando la atención gracias a su patrón, con un estilo muy chic por su sencillez y facilidad para combinar con el resto de prendas.

Durante los desfiles de las grandes marcas del año pasado para Primavera Verano 2021, podían observarse todo tipo de prendas y repeticiones de colores, formas y accesorios. Pero fueron los maxi cuellos los que destacaron en las pasarelas de las grandes marcas. La mayor influencia de este tipo de cuello, que destacó en

desfiles, fue por parte del diseñador de JW Anderson, con grandes solapas, y volúmenes, en la zona superior de las prendas. Muchas de ellas, aparecen a partir del icónico cuello gorguera, de Cervantes, con muchas capas y caída. En esta colección, el volumen es la estrella, llevando la superposición en las prendas desde el cuello a los pies, con lazos

o grandes solapas en abrigos, estos más rectos y rígidos pero oversize, para destacar el detalle del cuello. Grandes marcas como Gucci, Balmain y Loewe aportan, también, este tipo de tendencia, al mismo tiempo; aunque son más parecidos a los cuellos que se ven, actualmente, en las tiendas: fino, grande y de estilo babero. Estas marcas, mezclan diferentes tejidos y estilos, como vaquero o pelo, y una forma, como, por ejemplo, con un patrón de estilo años setenta, de Gucci. El cuello bobo al que estamos más familiarizados a observar, es tipo camisa o blusa, redondo y un poco más grande de lo habitual. Según, que tiendas, se observan de una formas simples o más atrevidas. Aparecen con detalles como bordados o cortes, al final de este; o en contraposición, con colores vibrantes, estampados, pequeños pliegues o en capas, como los mencionados anteriormente. Esta forma de ruffle collar estiliza el cuello, haciéndolo ver más largo y fino, por su forma tan característica. No se abre a llevar accesorios en el cuello, ya que, no sería estético y realizaría un efecto ahogo, de manera visual. Este tipo de cuello ya guarda una elegancia en sí mismo, por lo que unos grandes pendientes no son la opción más acertada, puesto que, el cuello actuaría de collar grande y ancho, y no debemos combinar grandes collares con grandes pendientes. Esto nos da más versatilidad a la hora de usar todo tipo de pulseras, anillos o relojes. Es recomendable, visualmente, no destacar, nada más en la parte superior, para que el cuello sea protagonista, y siga haciendo su efecto de estilizar a quien porta la prenda. Se puede combinar los colores de la parte superior e inferior, pero hay que tener en cuenta, el estilo de este tipo de cuello, fino y elegante. Otra opción para portar este tipo de prenda, es combinarla con una sudadera, sin capucha, lisa y unas zapatillas deportivas blancas, del mismo color que la blusa; el resultado es un estilo más comfy, pero chic; donde la tendencia se adapta a nuestra personalidad de forma elegante y única, junto a un diseño que no cae en exageraciones.

It is possible to combine the colours of the top and bottom part, but it is necessary to bear in mind the style of this type of neck, thin and elegant. Another option for wearing this kind of garment, is to combine it with a sweater, without a hood, smooth and some white trainers, the same colour as the blouse; the result is a comfier, but chic style; where the trend adapts to our personality in an elegant and unique way, along with a design that doesn´t indulge in exaggeration.

Moda canina en 2021 • La moda canina llega a 2021 de la mano de grandes marcas. Esta tendencia que llegó fuerte en los noventa gracias a los famosos de Hollywood, hizo despertar gran interés en la moda, llegando a crear colecciones enteramente para perros. La ropa para perro empezó como un complemento, llevar a la mascota al siguiente nivel, como un artículo de lujo. En los noventa se podían ver los perros pequeños metidos en los bolsos de las grandes marcas, bajo el brazo de las famosas, como Paris Hilton con sus chihuahuas. Las marcas no dejaron pasar esta oportunidad y crearon todo tipo de complementos, empezando por bolsos adaptados a los perros, collares con el nombre de la marca y ropa desde la más sencilla hasta copias de las que llevaban los mismos dueños. Los días de apertura seguirán siendo viernes, sábados y domingos, salvo en Semana Santa (29 de marzo - 4 de abril) donde la instalación permanecerá abierta todos los días. El nuevo paquete de entradas corresponde al periodo entre el 12 de marzo y el 4 de abril, y en todas ellas se ofrecerá la posibilidad de cambio de fecha o reembolso íntegro de su importe, siempre y cuando volviesen a activarse restricciones de movilidad por parte de las autoridades.

Queridos lectores, que el COVID está teniendo efectos muy negativos para nuestra economía en general del que tardaremos en recuperarnos no es ninguna novedad. La inyección masiva de liquidez al sistema está permitiendo “apaciguar” esos efectos, pero la cantidad de empresas que presentaran ERE´s en los próximos meses será ingente. Sin embargo, hay algunos sitios como Sotogrande donde el efecto del COVID ha sido positivo. El mercado inmobiliario está especialmente activo debido al mayor apetito a tener una vivienda junto al mar y en una zona tan bella como la nuestra (y en la Costa en general). Muchas personas han querido huir de zonas más densas, donde el Virus ha hecho estragos y a esto ha ayudado internet y el uso de aplicaciones que permite trabajar a distancia. Otros se habrán dado cuenta que la Vida son 2 días y que no hay que esperar para disfrutar en lo posible de la candidez de la naturaleza y a la tranquilidad del mar. Esto proceso ha sido muy intenso y yo creo, y espero, que el proceso inverso sea igual de rápido porque significará que la vacunación masiva de la población será efectiva contra las distintas caras o cepas del COVID y nos permitirá recuperar la SALUD que este virus nos está quitando. Algo parecido, sin tantas muertes, a lo ocurrido con la mal llamada Gripe Española de 1918. Esto significará que esto habrá sido

un mal sueño y dentro de 1-2 años volveremos a una vida muy parecida a la era pre-covid. En un análisis rápido del Mercado y según las ventas de TESEO desde marzo de 2019 SOLO hay una zona donde el mercado está siendo especialmente ACTIVO: Reyes y Reinas. En mis 18 años de API nunca había visto tal demanda. El resto de Sotogrande ha mejorado, pero sigue a un ritmo de ventas parecido al periodo 2017-2019. En Reyes y Reinas (la mejor zona de Sotogrande Costa y que es la que rodea al Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande) estamos haciendo ofertas por precios muy parecidos al Precio de Venta oficial y están siendo rechazados. Hablo de propiedades que llevan años en venta. Me consta que algún compañero de profesión tiene distinta opinión y está “recomendando” que no se negocie e incluso que se suban los precios actuales. Creo que es un GRAN ERROR arriesgar el no vender ahora a un precio razonable (muy bueno si nos lo hubieran ofrecido hace 1 año) y no tener en cuenta el riesgo que ese “efecto inverso” producirá sobre el actual “sobrecalentamiento” del mercado. En el 2006 nos hicieron 2 ofertas sobre nuestra casa familiar en la misma zona de Reyes y Reinas que no aceptamos. En el 2014 vendimos la casa por un 15% menos. Lo digo por experiencia…, mejor pájaro en mano que ciento volando.

Something similar, without as many deaths, to what happened with the badly named Spanish Flu of 1918. This will mean that this will have been a bad dream

and within 1-2 years we will return to a life that is very similar to the pre-Covid era. In a quick analysis of the Market and according to the sales of TESEO since March 2019, there is ONLY one area where the market has been especially ACTIVE: The Kings and Queens area. In my 18 years as a property agent I have never seen such demand. The rest of Sotogrande has improved, but it continues at a sales rate similar to the period of 2017-2019. In the Kings and Queens area (the best area of Sotogrande Costa, the one surrounding Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande) we are making offerings for prices very similar to the official sale price and they are being rejected. I am talking about properties that have been on sale for years. I am aware that some colleagues in the profession have different opinions and it is “recommended” not to do business and even to increase the current prices. I believe that it is a BIG MISTAKE to risk not selling now at a reasonable price (a very good one if we were offered it 1 year ago) and not to consider the risk that the “inverse effect” will have on the current “overheating” of the market. In 2006 we received 2 offers on our family home in the same Kings and Queens area which we did not accept. In 2014 we sold the house for 15% less. I am saying it out of experience...a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

The Town Hall of San Roque is hitting the asphalt at the entrance to the neighbourhoods of Pueblo Nuevo and Guadiaro. This is an action aimed at improving road safety in this popular area, very close to shops and that deserved an action by the City Council, to improve the firm.

El Ayuntamiento de San Roque está acometiendo el asfaltado de la entrada a las barriadas de Pueblo Nuevo y Guadiaro. Se trata de una actuación destinada a mejorar la seguridad vial de esta popular zona, muy cercana a comercios y que merecían una actuación por parte del Ayuntamiento, para mejorar el firme.

Los comercios locales, presentes en el nuevo ‘Market Place’ comarcal M. G. San Roque también estará en el Centro Comercial Virtual del Campo de Gibraltar, una iniciativa de la Fundación del Campus Tecnológico de Algeciras, Arcadia Media y el proyecto Comarca No Te Escondas, según confirmó el Consistorio local. La principal ventaja es que los comercios pueden vender sus productos por internet y el cliente recibirlos en pocas horas en sus domicilios. Se trata de una iniciativa que ofrecerá todos los servicios que así lo deseen de distintas pymes y autónomos del municipio, tanto de la ciudad como de todas sus barriadas. El proyecto #noparestupyme es una iniciativa que ofrece a las pequeñas y medianas empresas que lo deseen la posibilidad de entrar en el Centro Comercial Virtual del Campo de Gibraltar. Jacobo Cestino conquista el Internacional de España Individual Senior de Golf Jacobo Cestino se adjudicó con solvencia el triunfo en el Internacional de España Individual Senior Masculino, celebrado en el recorrido valenciano de El Saler, una victoria que reafirma su protagonismo desde que accediera el año pasado a esta categoría, cuando ganó el Campeonato de Europa Individual Senior.

Pero, ¿ha merecido la insistencia del director y de los fans? La respuesta es un rotundo si. A grandes rasgos la historia es la misma, pero con matices que hacen que se diferencie una buena película de una mala. Y es que esta versión dura 4 horas respecto a las 2 horas de la versión de 2017, con cambios sustanciales en la forma de contar la historia, eliminando algunas tramas y añadiendo otras, profundizando y dando su espacio de forma equilibrada a cada uno de los personajes, algo que se le achaco mucho a Joss Whedon. Pero tan malo es la falta como el exceso, ya que, en algunos momentos, sobre todo en la primera parte, puede pecar de lenta pero que soluciona en el segundo tramo de la película que va mas a la “chicha” de la trama. Esta claro que Zack Snyder a conseguido darnos su visión de la película haciendo y deshaciendo como le venia en gana, realizando un muy buen trabajo, pero queda un regusto amargo al ver que esto solo era la punta del iceberg de algo mas grande como muestra en el final de la película pero que no sabemos si conseguiremos ver algún día.
