There is a circuit of pipe transmitting the alcohol from the tanks to the bar, there are no labels for the taps, people are not able to distinguish which type of alcohol are going out from the tap, which create an interesting situation which force them to interact with others, for example, they may ask the other directly about which kind of alcohol is going to come out, or they just analyze by the color or even the smell. As there are a lot of space provided, people can choose not do seat but parade around the open space, which enable the chances of interaction, just like in church, believers are passionate in sharing their religious and believes inside the church, no matter what the post they are, both experienced believers and rookies able to enjoy what serving and enjoying inside the church.
There not really a clear definition for bar tender here, just like in church there are no threshold for the believes, everyone is able to make their own drinks, they can share their formula with others and try to get a better version, as bar tender is experienced in his profession, they can provide useful knowledge when people asked for it, it seems that the relationship and bonding between the participant and the bar tender are changing, the traditional bar usually run their business by once pay, once serve, but here, bartender enjoying more respect then they usually do, just like the priest in the church.
