DE Der 1772 erbaute und 2006 zum Gasthaus ausgebaute Kürbis- hof liegt im Naturpark Trudner Horn. Zwei Bauernstuben mit Kache- lofen und offenem Kamin und ein Weinkeller mit altem Gewölbe prä- gen das Ambiente. Das ganze Jahr über wartet Familie Varesco mit einer abwechslungsreichen Speisekarte auf. Zu neuen Ehren kommt auch der Altreier Kaffee. Unser Genusstipp im Sommer: Praline vom Ziegenfrischkäse auf Altreier Gerste-Gemüse-Salat.

IT Edificata nel 1772 e trasformata in albergo nel 2006, la locanda Kürbishof si trova nel Parco Naturale Monte Corno e accoglie gli ospiti in due stube con stufa di maiolica e una suggestiva cantina vini. Degno di nota il menù a base di prodotti freschi proposto dalla famiglia Varesco. Fiore all’occhiello è una specialità locale: il caffè di Anterivo. Il consiglio dello chef in estate: pralina di caprino fresco su insalata di verdure e orzo di Anterivo.

EN The Kürbishof, which was built in 1772 and transformed into a restaurant in 2006, is situated in the Monte Corno Nature Park. Two typical Tyrolean lounges share a tiled stove and open fireplace, as well as a wine cellar with old vaults. The Varesco family offers guests a varied, year-round menu, featuring vegetables from their own gar- den in summer, while in autumn a whole week is dedicated to coffee from Anterivo. Our culinary suggestion in summer: Goat’s cream cheese praline on salad of vegetables and barley from Anterivo.
