Un tempo famoso per i bagni di fieno, oggi l’alber- go Krone è particolarmente apprezzato per la sua genuina cucina regionale a base di prodotti propri. Da ben 14 generazioni la fami- glia Franzelin abbina sapientemente tradizione e innovazione, nella stube e in cucina. EN This heritage-protected inn from the 15 th century was once where people met for the traditional hay baths. Today, it is the centre of all events in the village of Aldino and popular among those looking for natural, regional dishes made with home-grown ingredients. The Franzelin family, proprietors for 14 generations, skilfully mix old and new - both in the inn’s Tyrolean lounges and in their cuisine.
