Taiwanese tae kwon do4 athlete Ching-hsiang Tseng was knocked out in the final round. His South Korean opponent,5 Jihoon Song, got the gold, but the Chinese Taipei team claims that Tseng was punched in the throat, an illegal move in the sport. Executive Yuan Minister without Portfolio6 Dr. Ovid J. L. Tseng was present at the match and expressed his outrage.7 In English, he called out for “justice and fairness,” and asked the judges to look at the photo evidence of the neck injury.
