Grab a bite to eat with a glass of wine and listen to our open mic sessions then head off for shopping round 2! Admission / $5 per person at the gate.

Rain or Shine The Hobnob Harvest Market is an outdoor event and will go on rain or shine. The majority of the booths are under large festival tents and we have a covered area with tables & chairs for enjoying food and drinks. The winery also has lots of seating. However, be sure to come prepared with your raincoat, cute boots, and whatever else you need to be comfy and dry in case we have rain. Where It Is Tuscan Hills Winery – 2200 Historic Hills Drive in Effingham, IL (Near Legacy Harley-Davidson & just west of where Interstates 57 & 70 merge) How to Get There The best way to get to the market is to exit I 57/70 at Route 45 which is Exit 162 for Effingham/Sigel. We’ll be using shuttles this year to get everyone to the market and ask that you park in the areas designated. And don’t worry if you want to buy lots of big items. As always we’ll have a hold tent at the market for your purchases and when you’re ready to pick everything up you can drive right on to the winery grounds. On Friday evening: We’ll be parking at Mid America Motorworks - 17082 US Route 45. After getting off the interstate at Exit 162 turn north and drive less than 1 mile. Mid America will be on your right and our parking attendants will direct you. The shuttle will pick you up and then bring you back to the Mid America lot. On Saturday: We’ll be parking at Patterson Technology and Midland Bank & Trust Those 2 businesses are on Althoff Drive just a hop and a skip from the winery. Take Exit 162 (Route 45) off I 57/70. Go slightly south of the interstate exchange and turn left at the light on Technology Drive. There is a large blue sign for Tuscan Hills Winery on the left near the light. Shortly after turning on Technology Drive you'll see Althoff Drive which only goes left. Turn left on Althoff and watch for signs to turn into the parking lots on the right. We’ll have lots of signs out both Friday and Saturday to help get you here!
The Prairie Moon Party Friday night, September 11th from 3-7 pm Central Tickets are $10 per person on our website through September 4th (www.hobnobmarket.com/category_7/Buy-Tickets.htm) or at Fresh Digs (210 N. Banker Street in Effingham) through September 11th. Admission at the gate on Friday night is $15 per person. If you have purchased tickets ahead of time we’ll tear off the stub and you can keep that to use for free re-admission on Saturday. If you pay at the gate on Friday night we’ll mark your hand for free Saturday admission. Market Day Saturday, September 12th from 9 am to 4 pm Central Shop, laugh, eat, repeat! Enjoy a day of fabulous shopping, celebrate a fun day out, relax and eat some lunch or drink some wine, then head off for shopping round two! Admission is $5 per person at the gate. Kids & Pets Children 12 and under are free both Friday night & Saturday. We would prefer you to leave pets at home. Food & Drink We have 3 food vendors (Shady Rail Farm, The Neighborhood Kitchen, & Country Rhodes) who’ll be serving lots of munchable, yummy food. Tuscan Hills Winery will be pouring their delicious blended wines and other drinks both inside the winery and at a tented bar outside in the market. The Frisky Frolics will be playing under the tent near the food. Types of Payment You’ll want to bring PLENTY of cash, your credit/debit card, and your checkbook just in case. Most Hobnob vendors take cards but not 100%. We’ll also have an ATM on-site to dispense extra cash. Porters & Holds & Pickups, Oh My! Buy something too big to carry? Have too much to carry? We’ll have porters here to help. They’ll be wearing bright pink “Hey Porter!” tees and they’ll be stationed at each tent and also floating around the grounds. If they help you out with carrying or loading we’d love for you to tip them a few bucks. They have lots of teenage expenses. :) We’ll also have a designated HOLD area near the middle of the market (marked on the map oyu’ll receive) that’s tented and supervised. We’ll mark off a space for you and you (or your porter) can keep dropping off your purchases and making a pile til you’re ready to go. You can get your vehicle and drive right up by the Hold Area when you’re ready to load.
Ready for Your Close-up There will be good selfie-taking spots scattered around the market and some vendors also have them in their spaces. Tag your photos with #hobnobmarket and you may see them on our Facebook page! Giveaways As you enter the market you’ll receive a scratch off ticket and you might win Hobnob Cash (to spend like a gift certificate in the booth of your choice) or a prize from one of our vendors. If you’re unsure what you’ve won and where to pick up your prize please see us at the market entrance near the winery drive or at the hold station. Restrooms We’ll have porta-potties in 3 different places both right outside and inside the market. Tuscan Hills Winery also has restrooms inside. The men’s restroom in the main front room of the winery will be designated as women’s during the market. We will also have a baby-changing area inside the winery.

What to Bring Plenty of cash, your credit/debit card & your checkbook. (Just in case.) Most vendors do accept cards but not every single one. A stash of small bills is also helpful to have on hand to tip the porters who may help you carry large items.
The truck! You’ll see everything from big old cabinets to industrial cubbies, chairs, benches, & great old farm tables. We don’t want you to have to leave the piece of your dreams behind - lay your hands on the biggest vehicle you can get!
