Holistic communications is an integral part of holistic business. It is rooted in authenticity and a sincere approach to communications based on shared values, clarity, and honest dialogue used within the many channels of modern business. Holistic communications allow a business to have more creativity and courage to break free from stereotypes and do things differently by creating communication strategies that build a supportive community for the brand. Rather than accepting the limited view that customers are merely an end result to profit holistic communications emphasises the mutual relationship of trust and authenticity between a brand, its employees, and customers, while respecting the societal responsibility of a business.

Integrating a Holistic Outlook In general, most of us have a vague sense of what holistic means. We tend to associate the definition with wellness and being in balance. It is the marriage between the mind, body, and soul and all of these attributes of ourselves work together as one to produce a healthy individual. That’s why for several years now the emphasis of work, life, balance has been growing in popularity. Flexible working arrangements and working from home have until 2020 only been for the lucky few, but it is an option that many more employees can now consider.
