Greetings! It seems this year we’ve had cold weather come earlier. We had hoped to have the wood heater installed to keep us all toasty warm in The Cabin by now but I feel certain it will happen. Until then, it’s like camping out and you know, some people travel long distances to do this on purpose. We’ve just had our first Thanksgiving Day celebration, just the two of us and we plan something similar for Christmas. We all have enjoyed our holiday traditions and in a way wish we could repeat them but times change and things change. Rather than holding on and feeling sad because we can’t go back, we are both taking several deep breaths, letting go, and looking forward to making some new holiday traditions together. This month’s magazine seems to have magically chosen topics and articles to go right along with that. There are two articles on breathing. One focuses on the physical side and the other more on the spiritual. There is an article on fireplace safety and of course healthy eating and plant medicine articles.
