Davin Emmons has been a realtor for over 18 years. He is a United States Army Veteran and is retired from The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department after 29 years of service. Davin obtained his real estate license due to one of the many job-related injuries he had while in the Sheriff's Department. At the time, he thought that the injury he had obtained 19 years ago would end his career in law enforcement. After rehabbing his back for 13 months, he returned to service with the department and began his second real estate career. After a few years, Davin got his footing and became a Top Producing Realtor. He worked both careers for 14 years, retired from the Sheriff's Department in 2017, continued his career in real estate, and grew a great business. In 2021, he decided that he was vastly overworked and needed support In March 2022, he brought a buyer's agent on board and began a team. He loves that he could recruit a hungry, motivated new Realtor to assist him with his business. Davin plans on being an active Realtor for approx. 3-5 more years and has a not-so-secret fantasy of retiring to Arizona.
