Bill Morgner was raised in San Antonio, TX. From the beginning, his German immigrant father instilled a deep respect for hard work, impeccable communication, and dedication to excellence

Bill began his professional career as a Claims Adjuster for a high volume Auto Insurance Claims company. He focused on mastering the skills necessary to succeed in a high-volume environment He worked up to be an Assistant Vice President of West Coast Claims Ops. Bill credits his Dad for all of his success.

In 2009, Bill obtained his Broker’s License and began his career in Real Estate here in the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs), CA In his first year with HomeSmart, he was the Top Producing Agent for the company. In year 2, he established his Team - The Morgner Group - and achieved top honors as a Team from then on. In 2012, Bill obtained a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica - which added to his capacity to serve his clients more profoundly and meaningfully.

The team has been transitioning this past few years, and Bill has been focused more on the 55+ Communities in the Coachella Valley and considers himself honored to be a part of the first-ever TOP 50 - Chairman’s Club representing the Class of 2022.
