Alisa has been helping her clients find their special place to call home in Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley, and surrounding communities since 2010. She has been a Nevada County resident for over 40 years. Alisa and her husband, Scott, moved back to the area immediately after college and the birth of their first child. She could not conceive of another place to raise their family "there is simply no better community!" Nevada county has so much to offer, from many outdoor activities to highly-rated schools and a super-friendly atmosphere. Working in Real Estate has allowed Alisa to share her passion for community with others. She and her husband have two beautiful girls and have been so thankful to raise them in Nevada County near family and around great friends They both love to do outdoor activities, attend school sports events and are members of some local community groups

Alisa has been blessed in business by working hard and has received top sales awards for 6+ years with HomeSmart ICARE Realty, and she has been a proud member of the Nevada County Masters Club for the last nine years

To Alisa, Real Estate is about building relationships, not just closing escrows Her passion is to help others, and being able to give back is her top priority. Volunteering with local schools, churches, and Girl Scouts helps keep her schedule full (sometimes too full).

She brings a solid ethical perspective to all that she does. Integrity, truth, and fairness are integral to who she is and what she does. She loves to help others, spend time with family, and travel. Alisa is also the founding owner and team leader of Johnson's SIERRA Lifestyle Team.
