Yvonne was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, growing up in Euclid and then residing in Mentor since 1981 Her parents taught her the entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be ambitious, hardworking, and independent She has three adult children that grew up in Lake County and graduated from Mentor High School. Two of her children live in the Mentor area, and one resides in Columbus. She has two adorable granddaughters, four and eight years old, and a two-year-old grandson. They are a joy to be around and what drives her even more to succeed.

Yvonne enjoys spending her free time outdoors, golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, working in her yard, or relaxing on the beaches along Lake Erie. During the winter, she enjoys refinishing furniture, weekend getaways, and hunting for unique items for staging or home decorating. She also manages her Airbnb properties and enjoys communicating with guests to make their Cleveland stay an enjoyable experience

Latonya Oliver was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. She began her real estate career after purchasing a home at 28 The real estate broker that sold her the house six months later asks if Latonya would manage his newly opened real estate brokerage. After managing the company for one year, the broker sent her to school, and she obtained her real estate license. She performed both duties for six years and, afterward, real estate only.
